  1. Master Brawler in Sentinel's SR is the only example of this. Apparently, implementing it was a massive hack job and Captain Powerhouse has said they have no intention of doing it again.
  2. Everyone always argued that it should. But, the original Devs didn't take activation into account, and they never started doing so for powers through Shutdown. Except, they did start using it for PPM. So, I wouldn't object if that could bleed over to powers. I'm not sure how much work that would be. Probably a lot?

  5. Bopper's recent testing showed it as limit 1 stack per activation. edit: You do get a chance per target, though, to get your 1 stack.
  6. I wonder what it is you are trying to accomplish with slotting SD with Sudden Accel.? SA will convert knockBACK to knockDOWN. As far as I understand, it will do nothing to knockUP, which most folks don't really object to, anyway. Unless I am mistaken, all of the kb slotted via SA will increase the KU to the "moon launched" that you seemed to hate.

Import/Export->Short Forum Export I choose "Light Blue (US)" in upper left section and "Universal Codes" in the upper right section and check the box for "Export Data Chunk if creating a DataLink isn't possible". Everything else is unchecked. Click Export Now. On the forum, I click the "eye" logo in the toolbar to create a spoiler and then paste into it.
  8. As a primary solo player, I would like this, especially if they were all capable of dropping to EB. Then, I could experience the story on my own without having uber-DPS.
  9. There have been some reports of similar things when using alternate animations. Are you using the default animation or are they alternate animations?
  10. Stickied in the Tools section is the unofficial update, which includes the new IOs: As to the build, look for Bill Z Bubba's build. He is the Claws/SR guru. I know you should have the KB->KD proc in Shockwave. I would highly recommend working in the two defense IOs that add resistances (Shield Wall, Reactive Defense). Edit: Found Bill Z's build posted in another recent post. I believe his ST attack chain is FU-Focus-Slash, for reference.
  11. In the planner, go to Options->Configuration Go to the 2nd tab (Effects & Math) and check the box in the bottom left called "Use ArcanaTime". Now, all the activations will show the corrected arcanatime. Your attack chain works fine within Arcanatime. FU needs to recharge in 3.828, Focus in 3.564, and Evis in 2.376. FU and Focus have lots of wiggle room. Evis recharge in 2.35, which is less than 2.376.
  12. I've always thought of it like this. I want the Absorb early in the fight (lots of minions) to help eat the alpha and or give me a regen window, depending on the timing. Hence, putting it into one of my 2 PBAoEs. FSC got Armageddon for the Purple proc, so Combustion got SGF. I want the +Resist in long hard fights vs a small number of the remaining hard hitting enemies. I'm more likely to be using ST attacks and maybe not be using any AoEs at all. Hence, Incinerate got Hecatomb for the purple damage proc, and then I had the choice of SMotT in either Scorch or Fire Sword. I went with Scorch, even though its proc chance is lower, because it literally goes off twice as often. The average procs over time was higher in Scorch due to this. That may not be the right way to do it, but it was my take on it.

  14. The immortality scores across the board for a SR tanker built for resists is so nice, though. As long as you don't mind being at 30% HP, anyway. Edit: Occurred to me I should note that this is for my SR/Fire and not for Redlynne's build(s). SR Survival 30hp.ods
  15. Not to mention the price difference. +5 Run IOs are going to be a tiny fraction of the cost of the HOs.
  16. No, don't delete the builds. They should be fine. Be sure to install to a place that isn't Program Files or Documents or the like. Install to something like c:/games to avoid Windows access issues.

  19. Solid as always. I have a minor suggestion for consideration for the build. Mystic Flight's end cost is no problem out of combat. You could slot the Winter's Gift slow resist IO here and go from 40% to 60% slow resist.

  21. Bear in mind, Taunt has a target cap of 5. Be sure to target the biggest, baddest thing directly, as you can't control the targets chosen by the splash. The tanker PBAoEs now have a target cap of 16. Quite useful to snag the small fry, if they live long enough for it to matter.
  22. There was another recent post asking about Elec/X. I posted a sample build in it for Elec/Fire. It might be worth a look, and should be easy enough to switch it up to most secondaries. It was an example build, so it could also likely be optimized some. Spines is similar to Fire, so should have similar results.
  23. They probably copied some other power when making this one and didn't correct the pop-up description. You should probably also add this to the stickied Typo post at the top of the Bug Reports sections.
