Hi, great post and having made at least two threads/posts of a similiar plea for changes to Group Fly I 100% endorse your suggestions. Just seems that they always fall on deaf ears and the worst power in the game stays just that. I assume the dev’s never use the thing so have no interest in it. Seems such a shame when even such small changes as setting the defaults would transform it. Ah well, maybe one day........

Hi, the new LRTP system actively rewards and incentivies all alts to go make the effort to get at least one explore badge in every zone to maximise its usage and effectivness. By doing that, you can in theory and in practise end up with an incomplete entry for every zone in the “Nearest to Completion” section of the badge tab. Now at present that great long list of entries is pretty useless for a lot of players old and new because many say “Obtain accolade by earning following Exploration Badges: 8 badge names listed in a seemingly random order” So to identify what zone they are listing for means I have to tab out of game and google search or whatever, then go back and travel to zone. A right pain especially when I am ingame for a limited time. HOWEVER...a few entries are different eg “Obtain accolade by earning the following Exploration Badges IN THE NIGHT WARD: 8 badge names........” I suggest that whosoever that can access this part of the code go in and add “in the (relevant zone name)” to those that are missing it. Give me access and I”ll do it for you, thanks so much. Very simple and I hope uncontroversial fix. Cheers

Hi, wow, just wow, I am going to be all over your info like a flash. I also dual box so can get all the assets up and levelled and paired up real soon. So excited about this new venture can’t thank you enough 👍🥳😀 Will also roll an arch/ta because that will be a new combo for me as well and sounds great for when I just have a short play time or am on my “can only run one instance at a time “ machine 😢 Thanks to you both, so much appreciated 👏👏

Hi, popup menus like the ones in the Salvage and Map gui’s give us a choice of what/how to display options. I always want my Salvage option to be displayed as Rarety and name descending. Especially for my Incarnate salvage! That way when I get my end of mish/TF reward selection table, which coincidentally are also mostly offered by rarety and name descending order, I can open the Salvage gui and see exactly what I am missing or have least of, so can make a much more informed and quicker reward choice. However at present I set that option as soon as I log in and yes it stays that way till I logout that alt. It then reverts to the the sort method that the Dev’s have set as default. So I play this game on every alt every time I log one in All I want is to set my preference on my alts and have it remembered until I may want to amend it. We can do this for a lot of options so I assume this could be made to happen for those option menu’s? Thanks

Hi, not sure if in right topic section so apologies in advance.. Have been considering having a Lockdown Treat and been eyeballing a Samsung 34” 4k QLD widescreen curved monitor. This is a dedicated moniter and not a television. (3440 x 1440) Never had a large screen and no experience of a curved one either. Has anybody had/got or used one for gaming and how was it? And, most importantly, will the game run full screen on one at max resolution and be immersive. Just looking for any experiences/thoughts/opinions et cetera both subjective and objective.. Thanks guys 👍

Agreed she is a pain so.... just bypass her and go clear the path right to the glowie then go back and free her and gently lead her to it. No aggro nonsense from her at all. 👍 -

Hi guys, just found out about hover farming yesterday and then did a search on forum and found a couple of builds but they were in mids script so had to leave them till I could get on my mids PC. Now I can’t find them ☹️ All I know is they mentioned Water/Rad but no AT. So if anybody can link me or indeed suggest a better combo and AT I would be really grateful. I just tried a Hover Farm map with my general purpose Fire/Fire Blaster and it was okay enough to wet my appetite for a proper build. Thanks for help/advise 👍

Hi, to change the topic but stay with the OP’s thread title I would like to mention the changes to travel powers on beta that seem to have radically changed our favourite Mm power pick “Group Fly”! I say seem, because the beta changes are all about travel speeds, but having rolled a new alt Mm and levelled up enough to get 6 pets and the requisite other fly pool powers to take GP and then played a few hours with it, GP really seems to work much different to live? Now I can toggle on GP and travel from one corner of IP and PI to the opposite corner of zone non-stop and have all my pets travelling at my side so we all arrive at destination together! Am seeing no (or virtually noticable) end usage whilst GPing. My pets are not dropping out of the group or getting lost on journey. I have all other travel powers except inherent Swift toggled off and GP three slotted with Fly IO’s. It feels fantastic, and because this was a new alt and I had not switched off chat bubbles it frightened the bejeesus out of me when my pets talk appeared all round me in mid flight. OMG they are stalking me lol. Yes it is slower than the other travel powers now but I prefer company on journey rather than speed when transiting solo. Anyways, just a heads up and would be really interested if any of you guys have had the same improvements on beta?

GM Arcanum, hi and thanks for looking after me, I refer you to the first line of my post and put hands up to admit I forgot about Air Superiority duh. Be nice if they were swapped over, but as have never gone near Air Superiority there must be good reasons for it to be available before Group Fly. Thanks muchly, will stop fretting now 👍😇 -

Hi guys, am not sure if the following is just nonsense, so if it is I fall back on a recent forum poll to find out the oldest player in which I came runner up👨🏻🦳 In the patch notes where it details the stealth changes it states that the Stealth pool is now considered a “Travel Pool” and so the first three powers in that pool are available from lvl 1 instead of just the first two. Pool: Concealment Concealment has been updated to include a new sneaky & versatile travel power: Infiltration Concealment is now classed as a travel pool - the first 3 powers in the pool are available immediately instead of just the first 2 Invisibility and Stealth have been merged together, the best parts of both powers are now available with just Stealth Infiltration now sits where Invisibility used to be in the T3 slot So if “Travel Pools” can have the first three powers open to pick straight away why do I have to have the first two powers in Flight to open up Group Fly? Make it available same as the new stealth powers and I can get it on my Mm’s at same time as I get my pets. That would be a great QOL gift from the dev’s. Thanks guys -

Hi, as from my post back on page 7 I feel the way this power affects other players has needed looking at for a long time and with these changes that look at is even more needed. This power is ON by default for every player but is up there with the powers least picked and liked and most loathed by player base. Currently, on live, it is also so gimped that even the AT’s that would use it most just simply ignore it. This means that some players will go to the Gull and set default to off, but a majority of players, old and new, will have never seen or experienced this power in use and so simply are unaware of the Gull option. Therefore when this change hits live and fingers crossed a lot more Mm’s start using it in teams there will be a lot of WTF moments followed by pressure on the Mm to stop using it. We currently have a power that is virtually not in the game usage wise, so why would players even think about changing the default. If the default was now changed to OFF it would be like a stealth change for most of the guys and stop all the inadvertant affects on them. -

Hi Group Fly: patch is just minor tweaks to this really unloved power pick. So a couple of thoughts and observations, rolled a new Mm and levelled up till I had first two tiers of pets and two picks from Fly pool to unlock GF With pets out and group fly powered up I travelled corner to corner in Atlas without stopping. It was fantastic to have my pets flying with me and keeping up and all of us arriving at same time. Totally the oposite of our current Live experience. Have there been some backroom tweaks or whatever that has changed this on this patch? Am perfectly happy with the GF fly speed given I prefer company on journey over speed. However, a few things I just wish could be done to greatly enhance this power, make “make me affected by group fly” default be globally OFF. Then instead of having to visit the Gull on 90% of my alts to turn it off I could take just the few Mastermind alts there to turn it on. And I could then use it without hacking off most of my team who have no liking or use to be group flown! Please make it so I can pick it without having to pick two unwanted travel powers from that pool first. I want to have and use Group Fly on my Mastermind alts as soon as I have pets to use it on. Three picks to get it makes it come way to late for a pet support power and also wastes two picks I could much better use in my build. Why is such a QOL power for Mm’s locked behind two other power picks. So thank you for getting it to work properly and wishes for it to be made properly available to Mm’s. -
Hi, have the power pools had any sort of major love/changes to them since the game started? I know we get the fitness pool and some new pools have been added? Anyways my only thoughts are about “Group Fly”. (candidate for most hated/pointless power pick atm?) I would rip it out of the pool system completely and shove it in the P2W system for a cost. And at the same time I would make it have a sensibly set fixed fly speed that affects all alts/pets under its aura. (Group Fly that flies us as a group, that would be nice) Then I could take it on my Mm’s right from the first pet and actually all fly as a group! I would also change the global default setting “Affected by Group Fly” to Off so no more whining about it from everybody else on my team ever! Null is there if you want in. Then let the Dev’s do whatever they want to fill the empty power slot in the pool with a new power perhaps or re arrange some from the othe fly pool we now have. Let them have some fun coming up with something a bit radical and novel for us all to moan about. Cheers

After all the years, I am still amazed and gladdend by just how many different ways there are to get the same rewards in this fantastic game and by the ingenuity of our player base to think oitside the box😀

Many thanks for all the inputs guys 👍 I guess I was really asking out of curiosity about the benefits of having all those accolades on a farmer and I think the general consensus is that for a tricked out farmer they are mainly just bragging rights. I can now go on blundering through my farm map on my truly average farmer gently PLing my own alts without fretting about power output sans accolades. And also continue to play my main fully accoladed and just 2 badges from a complete set alt to enjoy my bragging rights. 😎 Thanks again, keep safe all 👏👏

Hello, can a dedicated/specialised fire farming alt also be a contributer as a team member outside of AE? I ask because I am curious how all the fire farmers I see also usually have all the accolades as well and wonder just how they got them? My farmer has no travel powers or team support powers (unless they are a valid gain to me as a farmer) and no stealth or ATT or TT et cetera! So what is the methods they use to get the accolades, do they doorstep teamed up with a 2nd account regular alt that is doing the missions or do they use a non farming build as they level up then respec into the final build? Do they just go team up with a farm build to level and do what they can and die a lot? Can/do they run a Maria Jenkins and are they a leader or a member? Would love to know how you did them 🤔 Would love to know which ones were the most painful or just awkward or even a breeze to get for your farmer. Thanks

Hello SuperPlyx, thanks so much for the info, going to make my gameplay time so much better. The macro is only doing the targeting bit on first click and I have to click again to get it to fire Blazing Fire. However doing two clicks and a guaranteed fire lighting moment is just brilliant compared to what I was messing about before 👍👏😀 I are a happy bunny, thank you again, cheers

Hello, running a lvl 50 Archery/Tactical arrow blaster. Want to do: Fire off my Oil Slick Arrow Target the Oil Slick Fire off my Blazing Arrow to set it alight self targeting the oil slick in combat is difficult for me with all the other members powers going off so I would like a macro or bind to target it for me. Similiar to finding sappers and named bosses but am not sure how do do that as the oil slick is a pet not a foe. In a perfect world I would like the macro to target the slick and fire of Blazing Arrow but have no idea if this is possible. The most important bit for me is the targeting help. Any help/advise/alternative solutions will be gratefully received. Thanks guys

Hi guys, just because it was quiet I rolled a new Mm and took Group Fly for first time on any alt. It seems just so bad in every way that I kind of think I am doing it wrong! Firstly two other power picks just to get it and then when in use I am flying so much faster than pets that I lose them after about 10 seconds. So it is a fly backwards job to keep an eye on them combined with a stop start method to try and avoid having to forever go back and get them. I have not enhanced any slots just to keep a level playing field as far as buffs go. I have to assume that the original concept of Group Fly was majorly aimed at Mms and pets so am baffled why it is completely borked in something as simple as co-ordinated flight speed? So as title, is Group Fly power Perfect or Pointless or as when using it mainly for the Mm, petless? Thanks Edit, maybe it should just be renamed “Ultimate Herding Cats” power

Hi, from thread last june in Badges section. Hi, did the three arcs for Mr G by flashback last night and got all the badges so everything is working okay if you do what is needed at the right times. The wiki for the badge is the one to follow which states: Do the Macarther arc in its entirity first or you will not get the Mr G stuff for him. Mr G first arc is (Criminals of War) (Oro flashback in the level 50 section) You then have to pay attention during the second mission of the first arc of Mr G and see if you get NCP chat from Dean during the mission. If you do see that then when you exit the mission (Steal a helicopter) AND BEFORE you start the next mission you need to travel to Sharks and talk with Dean who will greet you and pledge to support you later. YOU GET NO INGAME MESSAGES TO DO THIS WHICH IS WHY IT GETS MISSED! Then carry on and at the end of the first arc you will get Dean in the cutscene. If you do not do/see this you will not get Dean to rescue in second arc. If all is well then run the Second arc for Mr G (Sweeps Week...) and in the third mission of that section (in the instanced Carnie map with all the tents) you will find Dean as a hostage to be rescued. Do not do the bombs in this mission til you find him as they will complete the mission. It is real easy to dial back the diff and run these Arcs solo that the whole thing can be done in an hour, all three Mr G arcs with all the badges, so if you do miss something it really is no biggie to restart and rerun. Hello, given the changes to our travel methods and the newish LRTP mechanics, on new alts I now do a very quick visit to each zone to grab one explore badge to open up that location for fast travel. Then in slower time and as I progress in levels and work new zones I collect all the other explore badges and get the accolade and merits. So it can be a non linear zone visit schedule if I get an invite to say PI as a lowbie. Currently if you use the drop down menu system to check which zones you have unlocked you see the same icon for having one badge as for having all of them. It would be great if when I do a whole zone collection the Icon changes to the Accolade icon. You could then see exactly which zones still need collection work instead of having to try and get my old brain to remember across multiple alts. So ordinary badge icon for part collected and accolade badge for fully collected. Thanks
