  2. Sorry, text was all white. If you're looking for minimal investment, I'd suggest Shield. You only really need 2 specific IOs (the 3% defense boosts). Everything else is just "Nice to have". EVERYTHING else can be generic IOs if you want. Though I'd recommend the Tanker ATIO sets at a minimum. This'll get you a tanker operating at basic Defense cap (not incarnate cap). This'll limit your choices to one-handed secondaries. But that's still a lot of choice.

  7. Depending on your tank, you swallow a couple inspies to make sure your Defenses/Resists are appropriately high. Then just flip LR the bird and tell him his mother smelt of elderberries.

  18. The drifting mugging animation. You have a guy on the ground, flopping as another guy kneels over him and punches. The models became so horribly misaligned over time it looked like the mugger was punching the guy in the balls.

  22. Built for top-end toughness, you shouldn't need a heal on Invuln either. It's just about the best-rounded set out there. WP is better rounded, but it's automated everything essentially. So you pay for said automation in somewhat lower durability.
