  3. Use ParagonWiki. It's the most up to date. The Fandom site is Wikia. They're an ad-pusher that hosted an earlier version. Now, all they do is essentially scrape the ParagonWiki pages.

  13. Yeah. It's basically there as a mule and not much more. But it's more useful than taking Boxing and single-slotting something in there. So, maybe every now and again, you cherry-tap someone with Kick. One word: TANK. You want ALL THE AGGRO. You want them all up in your grill so Icicles is doing maximum possible damage and Spin is hitting the maximum number of people. Slotting for KB (not KD) is counter-productive. Oh yeah, and so your teammates can just land AoEs right on your head. Also, not that the WinterO in Shockwave *IS* a "Chance to Knockdown". I don't really run into unalloyed Psi that much. And yeah, Watchman is a great clicky power.

  22. Fallout is ALREADY providing you some E/N/Ranged Defense buffery from Overwhelming Force, as well as some KB protection so you're not getting flung all over the place in the middle of a fight. Is it a PERFECT solution? Of course not. But "The Perfect" is the enemy of "The Good". You should be QUITE tough in your own right. And on a team, you should be godlike. Also, I'd recommend using Diamagnetic for your Interface. Dumping a 100% chance (from T4) ToHit Debuff on your opponents should help you remain hard to hit, even if you get nipped by a Defense Debuff here or there.
  23. Choking cloud is one of your main mitigations moving through your mid levels. You can hover-blast if you want. But it's not going to stop EVERYTHING from flying right up into range too. Fallout is a situational power for teaming. It's essentially a corpse-nuke. EM Pulse itself isn't about "damage". It's about CONTROL. You're locking down a large swath of enemies, allowing you to whale on them without them being able to hit back. If you just want to blast away with impunity and depend on armor, you're probably better off with a Sentinel. A Corrupter simply doesn't have the HP base to make a Def/Res tank setup WORK properly.
  24. No offense, but MEH. You've basically just tossed out half of your Rad powers. At which point, why not just play a Kin? You're not even really an asset on a team. Also, most of that Defense is AFTERBURNER, which doesn't allow you to attack when it's on. You GOTTA shut that off. Also, I've said it a million times. But I'll say it again. Kick >>> Boxing. Boxing essentially sits empty for lack of anything to do. At least with Kick you can toss a Force Feedback proc in there... I'd be more apt to rock something like this: Note: Had someone point out that the build was illegal. Corrected it here.
