It's not that they CANNOT. They WILL NOT. Because, frankly, it's NOBODY ELSE'S BUSINESS. Even the person lodging the complaint. The most you have an expectation of, as a complaintant, is the GMs telling you "We'll take care of this." as you put the offender on ignore. Beyond that, you are owed nothing. What someone perceives beyond that? Frankly, is that person's problem. NOBODY ELSE. Again, community "drama" is corrosive and will kill the community faster than anything else (save maybe lawyers, and THEY are corrosive in their own way). You are playing a game, provided to you FOR FREE (AS IS). You get the choice to either enjoy the game or not. And tools are provided to you, as if you were a real, live ADULT, to allow you to tailor your exposure to others. The fact that you have GMs at all is a blessing. Look up defamation. Libel. Are most of the people here going to sue them for libel? No. But every community has their share of crazies. Everyone's entitled to be wrong every now and again. Even you. I'm sorry if the GMs responses aren't "good enough" for you. But they're all you're getting. Hopefully you can find a way to make peace with that.

Simply because someone is being a creep/perv/jerk doesn't mean the GMs are going to air the dirty laundry to the community. Quite simply You Do Not Need To Know. If the GMs tell you "It's handled.", you take that as "It's handled." and move on. Anything else gives rise to an endless cesspool of community drama llamas. No Thank You!

Try doing this: Slots/Enhancements --> Slots --> Auto-Arrange All Slots It may be that you're pulling a slot that was placed at low level and trying to insert it into a power taken at a higher level.

There is currently no way to do this. And, from my understanding, because of how CoH does its integrity/bounds checking on a character, I don't believe it's possible. With work, I could be proven wrong in the future. Honestly though, with the modern game, it's simply easier to build an alt and level it.

You're right. But you'll notice some differences between the PNG and my GIF. Just...watch it... Even used this over on the CO boards. The change was so subtle it took the forum mods YEARS to notice it. That was pretty much the only reason they let me keep it!

Audacity is a popular audio editing software tool that's been around for over 21 years. On April 30, the Muse Group acquired Audacity with the promise that the software would "remain forever free and open source." However, as FOSS Post reports, last week the Audacity privacy policy page was updated to add a number of personal data collection clauses. The data collected includes OS version and name, user country based on IP address, the CPU being used, data related to Audacity error codes and crash reports, and finally "Data necessary for law enforcement, litigation and authorities' requests (if any)." The personal data collected can be shared with Muse Group employees, auditors, advisors, legal representatives and "similar agents," potential company buyers, and "any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, or (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights." It's also stated that personal data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA), but that "we are occasionally required to share your personal data with our main office in Russia and our external counsel in the USA." As you'd expect, the collection of personal data, the potential for it to be shared with law enforcement, regulators, and government, as well as there being the option to transfer it to Russia, has angered a lot of people. This is clear from visiting the Audacity GitHub and Reddit pages, and there are now calls to fork the software in order to revert back to a policy of not collecting such data from users who simply want to edit audio using the free software.
