  2. The time between seasons is starting to remind me of how Japanese anime studios do their work. Usually about 10-12 episodes then an 8-10 month break. Either way this is good news and I'm excited for the third season to drop!
  3. Ice Blast is superb on either Corruptor or Defender and will meet the needs you've described for contributing to team damage. As for support set (both buff and debuff), it's going to have better values (about +5%) across the board on Defenders. Corruptors aim to make up this loss by using the same support set, but applying Scourge to enemies who have reached a certain threshold for it to kick in at a scaling chance to do double damage on primary attacks.
  4. The jetpack likely had a timer that expired if it was a temporary power.
  5. @DrRocket The maximum range that players can see enemies is 1153ft. If you're not hitting that cap, try using Tactics or other Perception boosting powers to increase the range at which enemies are perceived. Edit: Small error on my part - VEATs get a capped of 1260ft Perception.
  6. The toggle will recharge faster.
  7. No new updates to post this week. Let's see some higher scores next week!
  8. Until the next thread they start saying the same thing...
  9. Which Archvillains can't be immobilized?
  10. What's the debuff called that lasts 40 seconds and brings a player's recharge rate to -75%? And the original post did not indicate any endurance drain debuff occurring, just to be clear. The post said ice powers. Subsequent posts indicated the enemies were below their character's level in Steel Canyon. Outside of Outcasts natively spawning, no other enemy group besides Winter Lord enemies have that ability. Specifically Winter Lord itself has a debuff aura that causes -recharge.
  11. I think you meant to quote the author of that post - my post was picking out their absolutes that embellished the actual issue.
  12. Well unless you start using specifics like what level your character was, what level the enemy was, how many enemies there were, what enemy faction it was, or even just writing what the name of the attack itself that caused this was, folks aren't going to be able to answer much.
  13. Noticing a lot of extremes, maybe a lot of embellishments to make a point about recharge debuffs. Not just an increase, but a MASSIVE increase. Not just some of the powers taking a long time to recharge, but ALL of the powers. No way to fight back. Forever on cooldown. Impossible to fight. Have you tried getting some slow resistance? Or teaming with players who have +Recharge buffs? Or using temporary powers to buff your character's Recharge speed? Or lowering the level of difficulty for the enemies you're facing? Or selected powers that improve your character's recharge time?
  14. Seems kind of drastic. Are you sure the mods didn't attribute a comment to you or pick out the wrong person from the thread? Mods are human and make mistakes - it normally just takes filing a support to ticket or responding to their message. And even if it was intentional, you can always just elevate your disagreement of the handling of your case to a Lead GM to adjudicate. Well if you change your mind we'll still be here!
  15. Wasn't their post about changing the colors of the Interface debuff?
  16. My thinking is, am I using the T9 in anticipation of something or am responding to a situation that exceeds my normal mitigation measures. Proactive versus reactive.
  17. Closing tickets means a lot to players. First, this isn't a business. There aren't customers. It's a volunteer ran operation. Everyone devotes their free time so we can play. Without fail, these GMs have come to my rescue within minutes of me submitting my help ticket to fix whatever issue I'm experiencing. That's faster than any game support I've ever experienced in any game, let alone one I don't pay for in any way. Second, I get what you're actually saying and I'll repeat what I said already - I've received fantastic support any time I've requested it, whether in game or on the forums. Take a look:
  18. It's not an automatic process. The user adds the badges they have manually. There's a way to add badges basically automatically by using a set title command, but I'm not familiar enough to explain how to do that.
  19. This is an interesting find. I just tested the method you described, and while I remained perma-stunned and immobilized (but I was able to move around like a drunk) I did not receive credit towards the Held, Slept, Stunned, or Mezzed badge. Might be fun to use for roleplaying purposes, but beyond that I don't see an utility.
