Regeneration Tankers are quite fun. They can reach resist caps for most damage types and recover upwards of 170 hp/sec thanks to their massive health pool before using other mitigation means to complement the powerset.

That's interesting! I've got mine set to do -551 MaxHP per cast on my Corruptor, so Defender numbers would be higher. Of course, no Scourge so why even play anything else! 😁

Play on Indomitable, Reunion, Victory, or Torchbearer.

For anyone who wants to dip in further, here's a snapshot of what a Corruptor can do with a focus on -MaxHP from stacks of Brine and Degenerative Interface.

Depends on what you're after. I love it and focused my build towards maximizing it's effectiveness.

Movement supression existed before PvP (remember jousting?). On Homecoming, PvP travel suppression has been disabled in PvP zones and is turned off by default in arena matches, but it can be re-enabled if desired.

Super Speed great, already received QoL adjustments by Homecoming, and the problem presented by the original post can be mitigated by the player if they focus their build towards set bonuses that apply global run speed buffs which don't supress in combat. Or just team with a Kin who can Speed Boost you. Use Speed Phase when running through sewer or cave maps where enemies block the door. Use the jump boost to ascend vertically when traveling through dense parts of the city. Enjoy!

Only as good as who is behind the keyboard I'd say. As it relates to the meta, Cold Domination works because of what it buffs and debuffs, and how valuable those things are in that content you are referencing. The ability to Heat Loss, Burnout, Heat Loss (among other Burnout incorporated rotations) make the situational encounters and stacked effects complimentary in that content.

If I want a badge on a character, I earn it on that character. I don't want one badge I earned on one character applied to every character forever no matter what. Badges are cosmetic, I don't want that look on my character. And roleplaying.

Maybe I could just put in a support ticket and see how that goes.

Hey that's a great point. Would it bother you if I could just get badges removed from my characters instead?

Those pesky Mission Architects badges I earned on my badger 6 years ago have been applied to every character I've made since. Just doesn't make sense to me that a character would get a badge even though they didn't earn it by completing the requirements. My suggestion is to stop granting those. Thanks!

Go in to the Nvidia control panel and unlock the FPS.

Doesn't it share a cooldown with Afterburner?

In game you can use the command "/netgraph 1" and it will show your ping and network latency. I found that even if my ping is 20 and my internet download speed is over 1/GBs and my upload is 500/MBs, and my FPS is over 160, I still experience crippling slow slideshows during major raid events like MSR, Hami, or Labyrinth. And that's on Indomitable.
