That's how Badger works. Tells you all the badges, then as you mark them collected, they disappear from the list. Eventually you see nothing remaining. I'm pretty sure there is a box to tick to do that and this site may not have the most updated/recent badges immediately. Yeah I think (correct me if I am wrong) that Scrappers have a higher chance to Crit on certain attacks (like Eagles Claw), and the ATO proc provides a guaranteed crit chance as opposed to a straight percentage. If this is true, ATOs are really supplementary solutions to each AT's inherent weakness, whether by design or unintended.

This is welcome news! I don't play Brutes too often, so I must've put that ATO in a power that doesn't benefit from the proc mechanics. Outside of the ATO (and Frenzy), is my statement still accurate?

I usually solo because of my hobby schedule (it's shrinking!), but when I do team up it is a good time. I haven't ran any incarnate trials recently though, only just normal teaming.

As an Ice/Cold Corruptor main since Homecoming launched, I'll argue that what your said above is not an incontrovertible truth. Buffs and debuffs assist greatly in improving the amount of damage dealt and minimizing damage received. In this game, in any given engagement, whether NPC or Player, the goal is to bring the target's health to 0 before they can bring yours to 0. So to me, damage is the true king.

I think red side is unique in that it's story and zones are all well paced and placed respectively. Start out in the gutters of Mercy Island, expand your name recognition and get through some really great story arcs in Port Oakes. Jump to the other side of the island to Cap Au Diable for your first Strike Force and giant monster. Sharkhead will improve upon that formula and introduce unique enemy groups while still enforcing the idea that you're moving up in the world. St. Martial and Nerva, amazing you're already defeating real Heroes by yourself and once you get to Grandville's immaculate tapestry of story telling you realize it's all just a wash and nobody can touch you as you sit atop the world and grin. Edit: Oh there's a question to answer! I vote moonbase! Because I'm already the ruler of the Earth, now my Villain needs another celestial body to control.

I start new characters and accumulate wealth the old fashion way, then spend more than I take in from my various activities. At that point I'll have asked others for inf and shiny things, and once I'm tapped out on other people's humility, I'll sell inspirations to vendors for cheaper than it costs to buy them.

Jokes aside, can these packs be earned in game? Like for the Winter Event? Never bothered to find out until now I guess.

Yeah, its not happening anymore as @Luminara pointed out. Too much effort for the behind the scenes to make it happen if I remember the reasoning correctly. Post from 2021:

@KaizenSoze I don't know if I've mentioned this, but I really appreciate your guide, among the handful of other amazing Widow guides in this sub thread, this one has given me a lot to think about for my second build slot. I'm in the process of saving up inf for a super purple crazy build, but know the situational purposes of these powers has given me pause to think. Like Confront and Subdue both get AVs to stop running, but otherwise aren't much use in a teaming build, that sort of thing.
