I give Frigid Protection a couple of cool points for being Absorb instead of Regen, but I give Metabolic Acceleration perhaps a point or two more for not drawing aggro. Ultimately, I also think /Ice has the more appealing melee attacks while /Atomic has Beta Decay. So it’s a tough choice between the two. If you have enough damage from Primary/Ancillary, maybe lean /Atomic for the +recharge. Otherwise, consider /Ice. EDIT: I see you referred to Freezing Touch and Positronic Cell as copies. This is not the case. Freezing Touch is a melee attack and does a lot of damage before procs are even considered. Also, yeah, don’t skip Beta Decay.

There are already a lot of ways to increase range. Bonuses, Intuition/Cardiac, Clarion Radial, etc. Teleport is already easily the best travel power in the game. Not seeing a need here.

I like being able to slot Armageddon and Fury of the Gladiator procs in my single target chain, so your suggestion would have a negative impact on the set for me. Respectfully no thank you.

Dominators are fine/good with endurance. No issue detected.

Not that you should redo anything, but the blaster proc chains could really use Char if you want to capture the current proc meta.

The only set he listed with mandatory PBAoE’s IMO is /Atomic due to Beta Decay. Thorn Burst? End of Time? Easily skippable. That being said /Tactical and /Energy are certainly good picks for ranged builds along with /Temporal and /Plant.

Nope, AR is probably the third or fourth best blast set now.

I like my AR/Plant just fine, though all you really need from the secondary is the build up and the sustain.

I buy attuned purples when I don’t want to boost them (because recharge/proc concerns) because an enhancement that is neither attuned nor boosted just looks unfinished.

You’re free to think Colds and Kins should be buffed, just like I’m free to think you’re an idiot 🙂

And I disagree with intentionally keeping exploits around just because a class is otherwise underperforming. All I’m saying.

Yes it is an exploit. It needed to be fixed yesterday, but, alas, they’ll take their time.

As far as I know, Dark Consumption wasn’t buffed when Consume was. So I’m open to that. Consume was already substantially buffed and is in good shape, though. I like that they added features to it instead of just lowering the recharge.

The game itself hasn’t been very interesting in awhile. I’m just here because my friends are here.

So, Titan Weapons

Take Fire Blast and don’t take either of the other two. Your best attacks are Blaze, Blazing Bolt, Freezing Touch, and Char.

Storm Blast + Pyronic Judgement checks both boxes.

Just giving every character in the game with the fighting pool a free extra power pick is obviously a non-starter for anyone that cares about balance, difficulty, etc. I would personally be embarrassed to be caught asking for blanket freebie buffs all over the place but oh well. Here are a couple of ideas to buff Boxing and Kick instead. What if they both affected Tough and Weave like they do Cross Punch? (1) Boxing grants one of the toggles mag 2 stun protection and the other toggle some modest stun resistance. So similar protection to stuns as Acrobatics grants for holds. Kick grants one of the toggles mag 4 KB protection and the other toggle some modest KB resistance. (2) Tough and Weave base values are cut in half, but having Boxing or Kick each doubles their value. So you get the same thing you get now with one power, or 1.5x what you get now with both powers. I would probably prefer this option as it’s less power creepy - technically only a buff if you pursue both Boxing and Kick. Both would be plain and simple buffs to the Fighting pool, but neither would just flat out give everyone free power picks like the “buff me!” junkies want. Which is what I hope like hell we can avoid.
