Thanks @Uun and @nihiliiand @Zect ... some decent info around screech->shout->scream so I rebuilt to drop proc'd dominate and put back in Choking Cloud and work in Siren's Song. Kept Musc Radial for the bonuses to def debuff, to-hit debuff, endurance and run speed (no travel power) besides just damage. Therefore proc'd out Siren's Song. Hopefully this is better on most fronts. Melee / Ranged are > 32% and AOE lags a bit at 24% but purples (meds) will help and since I usually team with this toon, I'll count on some external buffs most of the time. Pulled slots from AM to go back to Conduits and then slotted up CJ to get more -KB early. Is the best way to stack -RES now the chain above (screech, shout, scream) or do you also add in the Howl -RES when it's up? (outside of Wail having -RES when it's up). Thx again. Thanks @Zect. Updated build with current Incarnate powers attached below. ' 1) Howl / Shockwave - I think I may have confused the change to Screech with Shockwave. So keep Howl for AOE dmg / -RES -- check. 2) Shout vs. Screech - I guess it was Screech that changed -- would you swap out Shout for Screech now? 3) AM slotting - thanks for tips. 4) Not sold on Choking Cloud - thinking about maybe switching to 5 Unbreakable Constraints and a Lockdown +2Mag, but I could drop it. Thoughts? If I dropped it I could keep both Shout and Screech. 5) Agiliity alpha vs. Musc --> usually I've avoided Agil because I read it nerfs proc chances. 6) Multi-vector def--> I was trying to get M & R at least to around 32% (so 1 small purple would softcap) but I might be OK backing away from that. 7) Now that we can choose between T1 and T2, would you keep Shriek or go for Scream? Assault Radial Embodiment BP Core Ageless Core -> Have rebirth as a backup and likely will add Incan with time Pyronic Core Degenerative Core Musc. Core Damage is good enough, rotation is good enough, esp on teams with speed boost. Defense and res seem fine for most content. Though in LRSF, I could not Facetank LR -- he kept hitting me thru the def and 2-shotting me (since I didn't have greens and couldn't heal), I ended up having to kite him around the towers to stay alive. I'd say my Rad/SS feels stronger and my Elec/Fire feels a bit stronger, but I'm having a lot more fun than I was with the Shield/WM and likely will play him more now. I'd say pretty good, not "the best" but fun to play.

This is how I have had CP slotted on my Elec/Nin ("Sith" concept) for a while: Nucleous +3'd and 2 purple damage procs and GW psi and Gladiator's Toxic, plus the Decimation BU proc. I like the damage but I hate the leisurely projectile travel time on casting - probably not an issue when you're right next to the Pylon lol.

I'm still using this Elec/Bio/Psi build so maybe it gives you some ideas. Proccing out the attacks is a good one. Things usually die too fast for the end-drain to be meaningful, IMHO. The nuke's target cap and relatively low damage means it always ends up muling the Sent +10% recharge full set for me. Proccing Short Circuit with its new faster animation is great. Even though proc chance is lower due to AOE and recharge time, I like -RES in both SC and BL for when you hit a lot of mobs. All I can see is that if you +5 the End mod IOs (2 non proc ones) you'll match the End recovery in the screen shot. Maybe he had an outside buff like Mystic Fortune or the self-mutating one on giving him +2 def and the extra cold def? What makes me sad about the build is you lose out on Proc'd RT and you lose out on cross punch spam like you said. I guess that's the trade for survivability.

@Spaghetti Betty i liked your build and made some slight tweaks--> basically swapped in Smashing procs for Lethal or Psi procs (since Smashing overall is less resisted than Lethal/Psi from what I've read), moved a few slots out of Health into other powers (trying to keep some + resist by 2-slotting WG in SS) as the trade off for regen/sec vs. more damage or -RES seemed reasonable, tweaked some slots in PP and Stam to add the +Health procs, etc. Nothing major, just some minor adjustments. Let me know what you think and/or if I missed anything crucial. I'd like to find another slot to put into Whirling for a 3rd proc, but I can't see what's worth taking out. Here's my current Thugs/Time. I went with PowerBoost + Clarion Radial + Farsight, which is putting the pets at 50%+ melee/ranged and 60%+ AOE def, when stacked with the Enforcers' buffs and pet uniques. My own defenses (on the MM) are also soft-capped for melee/ranged but not AOE (~41%) except when PB is up, as long as I use Clarion+PB. With just PB+Farsight, they're around 33-37%. Sure, S/L/E def are 50% though due to Scorp Shield (with PB'd Farsight). That said, it doesn't feel quite as powerful as I'd like. I'm pretty happy with the pet slotting, but I have no attacks so just end up healing and debuffing. My Necro/FF MM now feels stronger in some ways with the 3 attacks and spectres. SlowedResp has acc check, but with PB'd Farsight and Kismet IO it's probably fine (esp. on teams with other buffs). Stuffing two +5 Rechage IO's in it would bring the recharge down from 30 sec to maybe 22 sec, but I honestly don't know if it's worth it vs. losing those slots somewhere else - can't see from where to pull 'em and not sacrifice something. EDIT: not really finding a way to add 2 + slots to SR without giving up 5-10% global recharge or letting AOE def <45%. Will keep playing around with it.

Fair points. Allow me to rebuff: 1) Don't plan to be in melee so Time's Juncture not a must-have. Goal with this build is pew-pew from range. 2) Didn't seem like adding 2 dmg procs do Slowed Response would really make a difference ... key was -RES proc and the -DEF is buffed (for AVs/hard targets) by Power Boost. it goes to like -44.6% Def which on top of the -RES is what's need (stack -RES with the -15% RES from Piercing Beam). Everything outside of AVs dies too fast anyway on teams.
