I hadn't thought of that. I will have to price them.

I can't play the F'ing game. Literally. The F key came off my laptop. I ordered a replacement but can't get it to stay on. My eyes are not good enough to see the little hooks that are supposed to go together. I can type an F if I focus on it, but in game I miss it all the time. It makes it too annoying to play. So now I have to decide if I am going to spend $729 for a new laptop to play CoH.

I am unavailable on Friday so I will post my namesake costume here.

I have macros for: emotes, the base transporter, and switching builds. That is all.

I have a couple of crabs for the AoE. Ultimately I find that playstyle boring so I rarely play them. Widows would fit my playstyle better, but they don't get their special powers until level 24 and I rarely play above that level so I haven't bothered.

I have never tried either. They don't fit my concepts. And they don't display costumes in changed form.

Yeah, I had to play it before on the lowest resolution settings. Now I can play it on the highest. It makes a huge difference.

I was looking up super powers for a TTRPG. I liked how CoH had the standard effects for elements - electric drains END, etc. So I looked up CoH to get the power list - and saw a post that CoH was back. I couldn't believe it. And didn't believe it until I was in game playing.

I play a controller a lot and some defenders. I almost never pick a debuff set. I pick dark for its control + debuff. And I am happy that ice has debuff. But I rarely use debuff as its effects are so much less of a protection than control and often take longer to apply. So my favorite debuff set is sonic blast on a defender.

Thermal is my go to buff set. I basically don't use any others any more. At low levels you get a self heal (plus aoe), heal other, and RES shields. It's not as good defenses given out as FF, but you can heal and self heal. At level 15 it is fantastic.

No matter my AT, most of the time I die I wasn't paying attention to my health and suddenly notice I am nearly dead. This is almost every time I die on the rare occasions that I solo. I notice the enemies dropping but don't pay attention to my health.

I tend to make break free and DEF inspirations. I try to use them regularly. I used to rarely use them. Now when my tray is full I just use some for the next fight even if I don't need to. And before the final Posi 1 mission I buy inspirations in Oro before heading in. And again after each team wipe when heading back in to face the ambushes.

I experience this, but not with every PUG team. I am also amazed at how many tankers just stand around waiting between spawns. I tend to play a tanker or a controller/dominator. I prefer electric or ice so I can drop an AOE control from around a corner to start the fight. What's really crazy is the number of teams that see me drop an ice slick and the enemies all flopping around - and then just stand there and watch until the ice slick wears off and the enemies charge the team.

For Posi 1 play a psi/electric dominator. In the final mission use static field at the door to sleep the ambushes as they come out. Keep paralyzing blast and domination for the fight with your shadow duplicates. Dominate and hold them. The fight should then be easy. Psi because it works great on clockwork.

As a tanker - when aggro is being held by another tanker I automatically want to go and grab more aggro. It's what tankers do. It takes effort to stop and assess the situation and decide if the team can handle more aggro or not.

Quantumania is in my top 5 of the Marvel movies. A great space opera movie rather than a superhero movie.

I assume there are people who don't transfer influence to new characters. Which is fine. But if you do, then complaining about how they got the influence they gave to a new character makes no sense unless they did something illegal.

I don't know the numbers but supposedly defender is basically equal to corruptor on damage when solo but does less in teams.

I'll have to try it. dark is my go to support for soloing since it is basically a controller plus support I have ice on a few characters but have not paired it with dark. Is there a reason you went ice/dark corr instead of dark/ice defender?

I play a lot of controllers and dominators but at low levels. Plant is by far the best low level control with Seeds of Confusion up basically every fight with solid aoe control. Electric is generally my preferred because static field works so well during ambushes in Posi 1 and can be dropped around corners in Frostfire. Ice control is okay. It would be great except clockwork and some others bounce out of ice slick which makes it much less useful at low levels.

These all look good. I guess you can make good insects.

I don't play blasters. I have blast sets on defenders. So sonic is my go to. I use fire and dual pistols on a few characters.

Dark melee is my favorite for the effect. Dual blades is my favorite for the animation.

Showbiz and Queen of Pop have great silhouettes.
