  2. Just to clarify, is that meant to be a full teams worth of players (8) in the zone, that don't have to be teamed, or does there actually have to be 1 full team of 8 players?
  3. That would be correct, they haven't actively purged unused charcter's names as of yet.
  4. It might be best to attach your full launcher log, and any logs in the crash folder, if you have any now. Maybe give details about OS. @Number Six Any idea what could be causing this?
  5. It doesn't look like it. Pity, as I had cleared out some storage so I could get a years worth of winter sets for alts.
  6. Update, tested a bit more and the Savage leap issue also happens with fake nemesis when they pop their personal forcefields.
  7. The first thing to try, if you haven't done it already, is to delete any folders you have attempted to install to previously, before trying to install it again.
  8. You are right that selecting another mission would reset it, but that definitely wasn't what happened in this case as that alt only has the one mission available to pick from.
  9. I'll be honest I don't know if this is a bug or WAI. I took my Stone/Savage melee tank into a x8 carnie mish and noticed something which may have been the case before this issue went live and I have just never noticed it: When I used Savage Leap against a Master Illusionist that had just phased nothing happened. The timer started on the power as if it had gone off but no leap occurred. As they were in the middle of a crowd I didn't notice straight away they had phased but once I did I tried it again and the same thing happened. I then tried going into melee range and firing it off, the same, no leap and no damage to any of the non phased enemies surrounding the MI and my tank. What I would have expected to happen was the leap to occur but no damage to the MI, just to the non phased mobs around them, however I don't know if that is actually what is meant to happen or not. Logically you would think that's how it should work, but as we all know not all the powers do work logically! Another odd thing that happened, same mission, was once I remembered I still had to change IOs on my tank, as I had only done it to the copied version on test when I went to test out the stone/* changes, I left the mission and bought a few IOs from the /AH, then went to my base to pick up a few others, when I came back to the mission it had reset. I hadn't logged off, switched alt or anything like that, so I was rather confused. Normally a missions progress is only lost when you log off as far as I was aware. Or at least as far as I have noticed before. Is there a mission reset timer when you are out of the mission or something?

  11. I was testing out a new stone/stone scrapper, got it to level 4 in Atlas and decided to go to KR and pick up a scanner, while street sweeping along the way to get to level 5 to use it. Except there were no enemies anywhere in the zone. As far as I could tell no zone events were happening, the entire zone was just.. crime free! I then tried going back to Atlas, then Steel Canyon and enemies were showing as normal, back to KR and nothing. It's very odd. Edit: They did eventually show up. I don't know if it was due to multiple Paladins being in the zone at the same time, and place, while summoning a ton of sprockets that may have been causing issues.
  12. It is to do with custom UI scales, I've seen it with other things as well.
  13. Animation times are the biggest issue. It's fine solo or in small teams, but on large teams it just feels like you are wasting your time putting things down when there is a good chance the spawn will already be gone by the time you are finished. That's not a unique to traps issue, but it definitely does suffer from it.
  14. I wouldn't be against the idea. I was going to say it may be better as a Giant Monster with a high mag single target hold, but GMs rarely get taken on much these days so it would probably be a waste of time doing that. Being an AV in a new arc would likely be the way to go. Having said that I don't think the snakey hair would be easy to do, and might take up an unrealistic amount of dev time. If it's easy to do though I'm all for it.
  15. I don't know if you are still trying to figure this out, as it has been a while since you asked, but the answer is no I'm afraid. There are things you can try, like adding powexec_auto haste on to a bind for a power you already use very regularly, like an attack or a targeting bind and another like powexec_auto practiced brawler on to another regularly used bind and you will cycle them. It's not perfect though, as if you hit the same one twice in a row it turns off the auto toggle, so you need to pay attention and make sure you keep checking if one of them is toggled on, and also that it's on the one you need is up next. As an example on one of my /SR alts I use: /bind E "target_enemy_near$$powexec_auto hasten" /bind Q "target_custom_next enemy alive$$powexec_auto practiced brawler"

  19. It is how it works in PvE. Resistance is, as you say, its own debuff res, but the hard cap for resistance amount is not the same as for the debuff res amount, so you could have 109% res which gives you 90% actual res and 109% debuff res. I asked the question a while ago, assuming it worked the way you thought it did but not sure, no one else was sure either but Bopper tested it and confirmed debuff res is taken from the total amount, not the capped amount, of res.
  20. Why is 109% res silly? Your resistancce debuff resistance isn't capped at 90% (as you are mentioning tankers), so having higher than 90% res can actually be pretty useful. In PvE at least, not sure if it works the same in PvP. That being said I would like to see all the T9 crashes reduced to the point where I might actually consider using the power, rather than merely taking it as another mule for set bonuses, so I wouldn't actually be against the powers base values being reduced if that's what it takes to make it happen.
  21. Lady Grey TF doesn't really need controllers, I did it with 2 MMs that had one epic hold between them. Admittedly they were demons and necro pets, so a couple of holds in there, but still, no controllers required.

As has been said there is no upper limit for the set bonuses, when the IOs say they have a slottable range of say 17-40 it just means that after 40 the IO won't give any further stat increases from the individual IOs (acc/dam/rech and the like) but you will continue to get any applicable set bonuses all the way to 50.
  23. You can still slot the stealth IO, just put it in one of your sprint powers instead of SS.
  24. If you are doing it do it on the alt with the most influence as it is expensive to do. Other than that it doesn't really matter which one you do it on, as you can craft them and put them in your SG storage for alts to use. Plus you may well find you use common IOs less and less with each new alt, instead using attuned IOs bought from the AH anyway.
  25. It's certainly worth doing at least once, but it does get tedious after a while. I tend to just open the Alpha by doing DA arcs these days, so I have the components available when it unlocks. There is a silly quirk to that though. You can't talk to the contact in PI that leads you to DA (Nolan I think?) and get their mission until your Alpha slot is unlocked. The work around is you need to do their intro mission via Ouro, when you have done that Heather's arc is available and can be run normally, even without the Alpha being unlocked.
