  1. Sorry for the callback WAY to the original post, but Panacea is healing less for me. Panacea is healing for 64.58. Power Transfer is healing for 93.7. Of course I get END back with Panacea as well.
  2. I've noticed this on my AR/Nin blaster as well. It's a bit disconcerting.
  3. Both on Live and on Brainstorm if I slot the Panacea proc (attuned or non-attuned) in Tanker Rise to the Challenge, it never procs. - Not if RttC is turned off - Not if RttC is turned on - Not if RttC is turned on with a non-gray enemy (or enemies) in active melee If I then move it to an auto power its proc works If I slot Regenerative Tissue +Regen in RttC, it fails to add its 25% bonus to my regeneration. As above, no matter the status of RttC. If I then move it to an auto power its bonus is added. I haven't tested other special enhancements. I don't think this is expected behavior, but I guess I don't know for sure. Thanks!
  4. I really like battling large numbers of foes, which I can't remember being a real possibility in other MMO's. The aggro cap is 17 here! Many other games you're working to pull one foe at a time, or two, or maybe three. Get to six or seven and you're probably dead.
  5. My brain totally edited out the dist line you had there, in both your post and parabola's post, sorry about that. I just jumped to thinking the distance hadn't been specified when parabola said that it hadn't worked.
  6. You have to set a distance. If you don't set a distance it may not seem to do anything. I can't remember what I set mine to, but it removes Ice Armor, and almost all auras (of mine, but it doesn't suppress others' powers). I feel like I set it to 35, but it's something that can be played with. Turn on SuppressCloseFx and then set distances until you can see differences. https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/SuppressCloseFxDist_(Slash_Command) https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/SuppressCloseFx_(Slash_Command)
  7. I'm almost postive SuppressCloseFX only affects your own powers, not the powers of other people on you. I use it a lot, I'd love to have more LowFX/SupressFX options.
  8. I have no idea what others have done, but I tend toward "project" or "theme" builds, and for Willpower I've gone after Regen in a big way. I went down the Vigor trail in Alpha and Melee in Hybrid. Both of those add to my overall Regen. Barrier is good too of course, but not directly to Regen. For Interface I think there's a bunch of different things you could take. For Lore you might look for a set of pets where one gives you some sort of defensive buff.
  9. My Willpower/Ice doesn't have the ice swords and has never missed them. I think it's absolutely feasible.
  10. Moved Panacea back to RttC. No procs in a minute with no mobs. Let six Possessed Scientists (3 blue and 3 white) do their best for some minutes and no Panacea procs. Saw Power Transfer proc, but no Panacea.
  11. I did, unless it didn't count because the mob was gray. I'll log back in quick and try a group in PI.
  12. I edited. If it's supposed to proc, it certainly wasn't, and moving it to an Auto got it to proc just fine. Interestingly, I also had regenerative tissue in RttC, and it wasn't applying either. When I moved it to a slot in Health its bonus all of a sudden appeared in my monitor. So that buff wasn't applying from within RttC either.
  13. I added this tonight, and it seems to work fine in Physical Perfection. Oddly though, I never saw Panacea proc, and I watched the combat log for several minutes. I saw Power Transfer proc, and Performance Shifter, but not Panacea. I have it slotted in Rise to the Challenge, which was toggled on, and I even stood in combat for five minutes or so. Are the two procs exclusive? Is Panacea not proccing because it's not in an auto power? It should show in the combat log, right? I'm not sure I could get both in auto powers, but I could try, if it would make a difference. Also, at one point I unslotted Numina's Regen/Rec and my monitored Regen rate didn't change. It does show up in the list of things contributing to the regen rate though. EDIT: Swapped Panacea into Physical Perfection and now both are proccing. I really thought it would work in RttC, but I didn't lose anything in the swap I guess. Still feel like maybe my Regen isn't totalling what it should, but not sure I want to chase it right now. Should things like Panacea or Doctored Wounds work in RttC?

    Ice Dark Tank

I don't know about others, but I use it when I first jump into a group. Chilling and Icicles are taunting, so I'm not super worried about getting aggro. I jump into the group, do EA, and then start taunting or whatever.
  15. I have a character (with an embarassingly crummy costume) in both series. In the first his appearance was Mike Wasowski-esqe, I think at least part of him was obscured by a another character (it's that last "looking for group" panel). In the second he's part of the backup squad that's helping to defeat bad guys while the main characters do their thing (issue 12). Fun that he made it into both series, but dang I wish I'd have had a better costume (like Firebrandi, who looks great).
  16. Ice Armor gets a self heal (and +HP boost) in Hoarfrost, which is available at level one I think.
  17. Maybe a Slow Resist in Super Jump rather than Jumping? Might keep you out of a bit of -recharge heck. That's about the only thing that occurs to me.
  18. That's pretty much how I figured it too. I'm using those two as often as they're up. I'm not sure there are really any other even halfway decent options for Ice Melee if you don't get a damage aura in your primary.
  19. I think the Might of the Tanker is best in a damage aura, though I'm not totally sure Shield has one. I think Gauntleted Fist is best in an oft-used AoE attack. I actually split GF into two sets of three in one of my builds to get the three set bonus twice. That's the way that I understand it. With my WP/Ice I don't have a damage aura so I have MotT in Frost and GF in Frozen Aura. Not sure if that's optimal.
  20. Teleport Foe with range enhancers can get all sorts of baddies up to the rooftops.
  21. Yep, I ran into that last night as well. Ice patch was throwing clocks backward for sure.
  22. What level of Regen is necessary, approximately, does anyone know? I've been working on a regen focused WIllpower tanker and it might give me some goals. 🙂
  23. I ran it on my Bruiser in Thugs and he handled it OK. I wouldn't put it on any pet other than that, though I've really only tried Thugs and Undead. Couldn't agree more on adding choice of where to put it. If VG was a toggle (like Disruption Field) and both VG and Disruption Field could be self targeted or teammate targeted that would be amazing.
