  1. Not really. Because Light Form is a click buff, it follows you throughout your transformations. Until then, remember that depending on the enemy you don't need to run all three toggles. You can usually get away with just the SL shield and heals, adding EN or FC when that can't keep up.
  2. I think theme is job one for Lore pets. My martial arts guy took Tsoo, the winged defender has Knives of Vengeance. The angel had Demons, Crab spider had Arachnos. Rularuu pets are a good stand in for random aliens, while most hi-tech heroes could use Robotic Drones. Any primal Earth incarnate could call on the Vanguard, or IDF troopers after the war. I preferred Drones to Lights because less random KB and more -regen, and Vanguard or IDF to Longbow because the giant robot gets in the way. Size does matter.
  3. Peacebringers are like scrappers, in that they're self-contained. Their Build Up and tier 9 armor click always give the same bonus, you can walk way for real life aggro and come back and you're just as capable as ever. Warshades click buffs are dependent on the number of living and/or dead enemies within PBAOE range. WSs work better biform, because their dwarf has a second Build Up effect. PB can be done human only. Your ranged damage scale is terrible, so you'll want to focus on melee attacks. You also have no mez protection until 38.
  4. Here's a Fire/Martial blaster. You can use Burst of Speed to port in for Inferno. An Elec/ version wouldn't even need to do that.
  5. Yes it is, and the crash didn't go anywhere.
  6. Yeah, I can't get the DataLink to work either. I'm always griping at cats to post the chunk so I have something the program can use.
  7. Hecatomb, and the info in parenthesis are the slot levels. The Automatic slot that comes with the power, 42, & 43. But you aren't supposed to read those, that's just shorthand garbage spit out by Mids and is wrong besides - organically you don't wait until level 42 to start slotting your first power. It's only written that way because the builder did not direct the program to arrange slots in proper order. Often they'll forget to put the powers in the correct order, which is a problem if you try to do a low level task force with the build. What you *actually* do is load that build into Mids, which automagically provides a clear display of the character's entire stats, including power selection and slotting. There ARE guides that break down power selection and discussion, but those are distinct from builds, which assume you know about the powers and are just for improving performance.
  8. This MF'r spittin' right now! As you saw, StJ makes your character look like a trained fighter, rather than kickalicious MA or oafish SS swinging.
  9. You pretty much nailed it. Elec and Rad Armor are resist armors, so they're better on brutes and tankers, but even though it's defense based Energy Aura is very strong. You can build for soft capped defenses for resist armors, but they'll get easily stripped by debuffs. Defense armors have DDR to keep that from happening. Huge fan of Elec Armor. Solid resistances against end-game enemies, a damage aura, heal and endurance clickies. Elec Melee is best on stalkers because they have strong ST without giving up AOE. Rad Melee visuals leave more of your fists visible than Energy Melee, and gives you a random heal. All six of the powersets mentioned are good, but since you've already used four of them it makes sense to go Elec/Elec.
  10. MIDS had them listed as knockback. If that's wrong, swap them for Force Feedback +Recharge or a damage proc, . How does it play?
  11. Here's a tweaked one based on SomeGuy's Elecx2. Hard capped SLEFC, melee defense softcap. Looks like end burn will be a little hot, might be mitigated with Energize or Musculature Radial. Has a ranged attack and travel power, can drop some Leadership if you want Fly or Hasten, but Elec Armor doesn't want to fly in combat against enemies with knocks.
  12. Softcapped energy defense, hard capped SL, better regeneration. Changed mace beam into a recharge buff, increased your max hp. Mitigated knockback, but you could swap those for +recharge instead.
  13. As a WP scrapper in the end game, you're gonna want softcapped energy defense. Normally mace would give you enough KD so you have time to regenerate, but the Praetorian army uses energy beams that zero out your regeneration, and your primary doesn't have an active heal to fall back on. Post the data chunk and I'll see what I can do to get you there.
  14. As Dark Dove wrote, Guile goes into Assassin's Strike. I tweaked your slots and sets, got you hard capped to SLE, perma-Particle Shield. Traded Meltdown for Weave, which gets you soft capped to all positions while Shadow Melded.
  15. Fire attacks don't carry debuffs that would disrupt the farmer's defensive matrix or slow their harvest. The farmer itself can be anything from a basic Fire Armor brute to a Elec Armor tank, even a blaster or corruptor. 45% fire (or positional) defense, maximized fire resistance, and go. Your regen and defenses won't be stripped, your heals will recharge like normal.
  16. Incarnate Alpha can't go wrong with Musculature Radial for damage and debuffs. Destiny should be Rebirth if your secondary lacks a heal, Ageless if it doesn't. Judgement and Lore whatever. Interface is Degenerative/Reactive or bust.
  17. End Redux. When you get to the end of the game, you can select the Alpha Incarnate power Musculature Radial. It will buff EndMod for every electrical attack.
  18. Link doesn't work, please post the data chunk. To perma-Hasten, it needs to recharge in less than 120 seconds, which can be seen in the info box to the left in Mids.
  19. Inv/Dark, probably. Don't have one of those at hand, but here's a Shield/Dark that should be okay. Resists shown with one stack of the tanker ATO.
  20. The alternative to perma-PA is using Blind, Deceive, and Spectral Terror to lock down spawns and burn them down one at a time until your guys get back from their smoke break. Like a petless mastermind with less AOE, maybe? It can be done, but you might not enjoy it. I expect perma-PA's as important as perma-Dom, but I never really explored dominators before the end. You asked about the mindset. Approach Illusion controllers as an alpha version of the mastermind, developing while Jack was still head honcho.
  21. Here's one way to build. Focused on getting capped resistance, with some defense sprinkled over it until it gets debuffed.
