  1. Sure! Start with eye lasers, get to level six and take Nova. Drift around blasting things with your tentacles until you win, then change back into a person and heal, repeat until level 20 when you take Dwarf. You still drift around blasting things, but NOW when you get mezzed or hurt you get to shift into Dwarf to gradually punch and heal your way to victory. Periodically swap back to person for buffs and heals until level 38. At 38 you get a resistance and mez protection click, so you can change things up and punch as a person, or blast longer in Nova without having to change into Dwarf to survive. At 50 you can build up enough money and slots to fully IO your build so you can do everything above, just faster and with bigger numbers. Same thing in teams! You drift around blasting things until the team is in trouble, then you switch to Dwarf to collect aggro while the others recover. Once you're comfortable in those roles, you can also add shifting into person form to heal injured team members in what is known as a pro-gamer move.
  2. Moon Knight definitely just soaks the hits. You could go with Ninja, but WP gives Batman psi resistance and the toughness to keep going even when he should really back off and call in the JLA to handle some of those idiots.
  3. I'd make Batman as a StJ/Willpower/Weapon stalker (Moon Knight would probably be Staff, otherwise the same). Save SR for Nightwing and Batgirl 3.
  4. Here's another version, built for max resistance.
  5. Now you're talking. I'd just make tweaks here and there. You should put Power Transfer End Mod instead of Synapse Shock, and you don't have either of the +resistance uniques. Aim looks overslotted, can move one to Hurricane (try Dampened Spirits instead of Dark Watcher's Despair) or Weave. Does the -kb do anything in Hurricane, and does the Force Feedback proc often in your pets?
  6. I think what you added is called the data link. You have to specifically check a box for the chunk.
  7. To counter the debuffs, defense armors like Shield or Super Reflexes are best, but might bloom too late. Pair them with Dark or Rad for healing. Resist-wise, Elec or Rad armor should both do well. I'd pair Elec with Savage or Staff, because it is starved for endurance on the way up. You could also try a heal armor like Willpower and Bio.
  8. Here's an armored blapper build. Good resistance, ranged defense, multiple holds for working with Hami green team. Played something similar on Live.
  9. Can't read yours without the data chunk, but here is one I put together. Good defensively, okay on offense.
  10. /Sonic is best on a team. /Water brings a heal and is thematic.
  11. For tanks and brutes, by damage per animation it is your best attack. Toggle it on, then go after the toughest fool in the room. By the time he's down, his flunkies are weakened to the point that you need fewer attacks to finish them off before moving to the next spawn. I don't remember ever using it on scrappers, so the lack of an innate taunt would change the equation if you have to chase down runners.
  12. White Dwarf is AMAZING if you aren't playing a gimped human-only build....
  13. You know that some powersets are different between ATs, right? Bots/Traps are good for hard targets like AVs because Web Grenade immobilizes your target while Acid Mortar and Poison Trap debuff their defense, resistance, and regeneration; Triage Beacon and FFG help keep your pets alive while they grind down the bloated sacks of hp. /Time gives your pets healing and buffs their defense and tohit. Ninjas are shit, of course, but Time is basically an armor set. Stronger combinations for general gameplay are the new primaries like Demons and Beasts. Support them with buffs and heals from like Dark, Nature, Thermal or Time and you should have a pretty tough crew. Cold and Storm lack group heals, but provide strong offense.
  14. Dark Melee is the best set to go with Shield, but you're already incarnated so lets work with that. Post the data chunk and I'll take a look.
  15. I have a Storm/Ice defender build, but not the reverse. You might prefer Water/Storm, so you can heal yourself. Electricity is also on theme, of course.
  16. Musculature Radial, Pyronic Core, Reactive Radial, Rebirth Radial, Assault or Melee Core for Alpha, Judgment, Interface, Destiny, and Hybrid. Whatever for Lore. That increases your damage and endurance, gives you the fastest casting attack, weakens enemy resistance, heals you and everyone nearby, and increases your damage again or increases your resistance and regen.
  17. IO set bonuses don't apply to pets, but incarnate Alpha Slot abilities can.
  18. I think that Brute TW is more natural than Scrapper. You're already chasing Fury, may as well catch Momentum at the same time. Plus the higher HP will go well with Willpower's regeneration.
  19. Brutes have low base damage, so you could trade set bonuses for damage procs, but Dark Melee doesn't have powers that hold or debuff defense, which can slot the better ones. When you get to incarnates, Alpha Musculature Radial is likely the best: it increase damage, endmod, and to-hit debuffs.
  20. Oof, you're right about the absorb proc. Had scrappers on the brain. *side eyes his profile picture* Not sure why, but probably because my main on live was Dark/WP.
  21. Sonic/ wasn't a great set solo, but so few builds hit their resistance cap that you make an amazing team. Here is a Sonic/Beam Rifle version. SLE hardcap, ranged softcap and automatic healing for better sustainment; and providing their team +30-50 resistance except psi, +16 to hit and +5 defense.
  22. There is no absorb in WP, and Praetorian plasma cannons say "Hello, let us tell you about our lord and savior regen debuffs today?"
  23. Here's one. Fully slotted attacks, with a focus on closing the psi hole and maximizing your endurance. Hard capped resistance with a few boosters. Defense is a small purple from softcap.
  24. Energy damage. It's everywhere at endgame, and you need a plan to deal with it.
  25. Defenders! Storm/Ice or Water, Cold/Water or Sonic, Traps/Beam Rifle. Traps has -regen, Cold has -special, and Storm is just abusive. Controllers! Illusion/Radiation is a classic monster stomper, could also try Grav/Storm.
