Not significant in practice. Flash Arrow is autohit. Feel free to slot a -tohit set without accuracy. Oil Slick Arrow doesn't take accuracy. I would move Scourging Blast to something that requires it. No epic/patron armor?
-
When the trap goes off, there are two effects. The initial 6 second hold has an accuracy roll. The gas cloud, which has a 30 second duration, has an autohit -regen and -recharge and an autohit 2% chance for an additional 6 second hold every 1 second. The -regen/-recharge has a 10 second duration but gets reapplied if the target stays in the cloud.

Confirming that procs don't work in Seeker Drones. In addition to taking alphas and debuffing, they're good for pulling around corners. You can send them into a spawn and after they detonate, everyone will come running to where you are (and have laid Trip Mines and Poison Traps). The only proc that works in Trip Mine is Force Feedback %recharge. Poison Trap procs quite well.

I just checked in game on two lvl 50 characters. I show 18.5% for the attuned enhancement value from both Eradication and Obliteration. For Eradication, I only receive 15.2% endurance cost reduction because the enhancement scales to lvl 30. For Obliteration, I receive 18.5% endurance cost reduction.

It's not so much that they're gimped, but that they provide more recharge at the expense of end reduction. They're better suited to blast set PBAoE nukes that only get used every minute or two. That said, as both sets are over-enhanced for damage, I don't think many would complain if the dmg piece were swapped for dmg/end (damage would drop to 92.8% and end reduction would increase to 45.1%). See below for a comparison of the lvl 50 values for the fully-slotted Melee AoE sets, excluding purple and superior sets. (Multi-Strike doesn't have a proc and ends up way over-enhanced if you take all 6 pieces.) Acc Dmg Rech End Cleaving Blow (4) 53.0% 79.5% 53.0% 26.5% Multi-Strike 74.2% 121.9% 47.7% 95.4% Eradication 66.3% 108.7% 92.8% 18.6% Obliteration 66.3% 108.7% 92.8% 18.6% Scirocco's Dervish 74.2% 100.7% 53.0% 47.7% Fury of the Gladiator 66.3% 92.8% 87.5% 61.0% Avalanche 87.5% 114.0% 58.3% 66.3%

2 years+ and still waiting.

You can use it when you're mezzed and it lasts 60 seconds. The 180 second recharge can't be enhanced, but the 25% damage resistance can.
-
You could switch from Flight to Sorcery pool and pick up Rune of Protection. Other than that, you could pick up Destiny Clarion. I would also drop World of Confusion in favor of Dominate (which you can stack with Entangling Aura to hold bosses). BTW, Entangling Aura doesn't require accuracy - I usually frankenslot with 3x end/hold.
-
Here's my build. I find that Hybrid Support (10% endurance discount) helps a lot with endurance.
-
I would /bug this. Make sure you list the faction and level of the targets.
-
Looking at CoD, Wormhole and Fold Space have the exact same Teleport magnitude (+410%). Not sure why they would work differently on +3 or +4 bosses. Not aware of any factions that have TP resistance.
-
Frostwork, no question. It's a much more significant buff. Usage is situational, but quite useful in tough content (i.e., Relentess Aeon).
-
Acid Arrow no longer has -res to damage. It has -res to debuffs and +res to healing.

For realsies this time, the REAL debuff King, dark/dark corruptor
Uun replied to Nayland1971's topic in Corruptor
If you really want to debuff as much as possible, this needs to be a defender. Defender debuff values are higher than corruptor's across the board. Twilight Grasp needs accuracy. Personally I would slot with Touch of the Nictus as it's a great heal. It also has -regen. Stealth and Shadow Fall are mutually exclusive and can't be run together. If you want a LOTG mule, take Combat Jumping instead of Stealth. Skip Dark Pit. It only disorients minions and has no -tohit. Slot Tar Patch with 2x recharge IOs. Accuracy and damage do nothing. Not sure if procs work as it's a pseudo pet. Skip Life Drain. More slots in Fearsome Stare. Along with Darkest Night, it's the biggest -tohit in the set. Dark Servant is a walking debuff. Slot with 4-6 pieces of Cloud Senses. Tenebrous Tentacles needs accuracy. Shadow Fall, Maneuvers, Tactics and Charged Armor all need end reduction. Power Sink doesn't need accuracy, the +end proc or 3x recharge IOs. I usually 3-slot with some combination of EndMod, EndMod/Recharge and EndMod/EndRed/Recharge IOs. Don't skip Howling Twilight. In addition to rezzing, it's a huge -regen. -
I've taken Nature to 50 twice (controller and defender). I consider Lifegiving Spores skippable (or something to take at lvl 49). While many skip Rebirth, keep in mind that it's not just a rez, it's also a heal/endurance buff that can be used on living allies. I really like Entangling Aura (since it doesn't take accuracy I frankenslot with 3x Hold/EndRed), but it does require you be in melee. On Fire I would skip Flares and possibly Fire Breath.
-
Back on live I had an Ice/TA controller. It could control multiple spawns at once, but it couldn't solo worth a damn. I also had a Traps/AR defender, which actually worked pretty well.
-
Presumably you're going into the Sorcery pool to get Rune of Protection. Would recommend Mystic Flight and Arcane Bolt as the prerequisites.
-
You could make Jack virtually indestructible though. Now if you could only buff his AI.

Improvements to Dark Astoria "Radio" Missions
Uun replied to KaizenSoze's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Don't both contacts offer the same missions? -
The toggle has a range. If you run far enough from the the caster, the toggle will drop.
-
You've got way too many attacks. Drop Air Superiority, Kick and Thunder Kick. You don't need more than Storm, CAK, AB, Cobra and Crane, and once you have more recharge you could get by with only four of those. Also, drop Cloak of Fear. It has a huge accuracy penalty, high endurance cost and only works on minions.
-
I've got four level 50 corruptors - Rad/Dark, Fire/Time, Arch/TA and Ice/Kin. They're all beasts, but I really like Ice/Kin. Fulcrum Shift + Blizzard never gets old. Rain powers benefit from Scourge and Kinetics is better on a corruptor because of the higher damage cap.
-
Also, Wormhole doesn't require line of sight with the target and can be used around corners.
-
It's intended as a buff. Check the beta patch notes and the dev posts on the focused feedback.

Which Interface Incarnates are working as intended?
Uun replied to TungstenShark's topic in Scrapper
If you go radial for the 75% DoT, there are 3 that do higher damage than the others - Reactive (fire), Preemptive (ene) and Spectral (neg).
