They already reduced the summon cooldown to almost nothing while they consider larger changes for MMs. If entirely new MM sets arent feasible, then i wouldnt mind having the upgrades baked in at certain levels to open up 2 new powers in each set. -

Ive never made a dominator and its been mentioned that MMs will be getting looked at so this is certainly something to discuss before any changes are final. -

Its not exactly the same as adding enhancements, but dominators use global recharge to improve their domination so this isnt completely without precedent. -
I had it happen to just myself and nobody else. I was moving with fly turned on when a time freeze happened. Because i was held i kept drifting into an obliteration beam (i was outside the beam when time freeze started). I was hit by the obliteration beam and perma held at that point. Hopefully that can help track down the cause or for finding a solution.

Its a good opportunity to say that a good bit of the arc needs a rework so its not a bad tutorial or to not have twinshot automatically pop up. I would prefer to be reminded to go to the hollows and faultline.

Ok im not trying to derail the thread so last response here. We can make another thread if we want to continue. That was over 30 years ago. A more recent example they sued a school fundraiser for showing a disney movie to the kids and withdrew it over the bad press they were receiving. They might have even made a donation but im not sure on that point since i didnt look it up again. And homecoming isnt earning a profit. So suing 30 years ago to protect your trademark from a company that was using it and making a profit isnt quite the same as disney going after homecoming because they bought marvel and there is the possibility that someone might break the terms of service and create a character in the likeness of a trademarked character and then use it to make a profit. All that said, we are still walking a tightrope here and shouldnt do anything to mess it up.

I couldnt find this on a search so my apologies if its already suggested or already available. Is it possible for a macro icon to shrink when the ability it uses is on cooldown? Or to add a line into a macro to the effect of 'use cooldown of power' or 'set cooldown #' I rarely use macros and the main reason is because i still have to put the ability in my tray so i can see its cooldown. I tend to avoid mouse targeted abilities for this reason with my ice/storm corruptor being the exception. But instead of using macros, i click to drop all the rains and storm abilities. If its not possible or too difficult to implement then i understand, but if its doable i would be grateful if it was added to the to-do list.

Yes, unauthorized commercial use of a trademark must be contested in order for those trademarks to remain intact. Ya getting them on the game even if its just for a few minutes would be the best way. Its free, tell them to give it a shot.

Id almost say its better that disney owns marvel now since they want to avoid the bad publicity like when they sued the school fundraiser for showing a disney movie. 'Disney sues not for profit volunteer organization for playing video games'. Id say go with the funny or music video ones. Even if its not 'actual gameplay' its still more memorable and if they ever log in they will recognize things from the video as opposed to a screen exploding with power effects.

That is what this enhancement is supposed to do. Assault rifle animation time may be bugged with it, but getting the yellow ring permanent and not having the snipe bonus is supposed to happen.

I suppose i should clarify my previous comment. I dont really want a damage buff for corruptors. I want to see scourge more. Give scourge half its current damage and make it happen twice as often. Or an arcane bolt treatment where your next single target corruptor ability will scourge a target above 50% and add some debuff instead if they are below 50%.

I would like to see scourge hit at higher hp or more often. Seems just as scourge gets going, the mobs are dead.

I'll occasionally see something to the effect of 'looking for AE farm, i only need 1.5 bars to level'. And then the same message from the same person every 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes. And im over here thinking if you just joined a regular team or ran some missions solo you would have been leveled up already.

Go to your options and disable the razer naga tray. Im not at my computer to tell you exactly where it is, but its in the ingame options menu somewhere.

Well, I went to bed shortly after the servers went down. Got up early for work. Came home and the servers were down for about 1 more hour. So the 1 hour 15 minutes didnt inspire me to do much. -
MSR = mothership raid = if city of heroes ever did support VR, a mothership raid would probably fry your brain.

Theres alot of pages i skipped so forgive me if my idea on a rage rework is the same as someone elses. I think rage should be similar to the hybrid so it starts with a low damage buff and increases as you attack more. It would stack up to 5 times, im thinking 10-15% for each stack. Stacks can expire if you arent attacking often enough, maybe 5-10 seconds without attacking drops a stack or each only lasts for 20ish seconds so you need to keep attacking. "But Zag, thats less damage buff then it has now." Well yes, but let me finish. At 5 stacks you are fully enraged and your single target attacks have a good chance to do extra smashing damage to your primary target and nearby targets. Hurl would have 100% chance for the effect since in full rage mode pulling a literal boulder from under ground should hit more then 1 target. Foot stomp is pretty good already so im not sure if it should get more AoE but hand clap should probably have a high chance for the proc damage. The bonus damage to the primary target should be tuned to put the total damage over the duration fairly close to what players get from rage now. The splash damage would be an increase to overall damage but i dont feel it is out of line since most players want SS buffed but cant agree on how it should be done. I dont think the crash portion should be a thing anymore in my version of rage since it requires active player involvement. And if the double rage stackers are required to be catered to, then adjust the numbers as necessary.

Overall i consider the badge more difficult to obtain now since you have to be online, travel to kings row and find the construction site in less then 5 minutes. All that assuming that you have event messages turned on in the first place. I did manage to find it 1 time since i was messing around in kings row when it started but i was too late one other time and in another group the other times ive seen the message. Im definitely looking forward to whatever rework they have planned since the original design is underwhelming. -
And characters with resistance to end drain, they dont do anything at all.
