1. I have toons where the redraw is thematic, and I want to redraw as normal, no change 2. I have toons where "no redraw ever" is how I want them Beta change - If this change removes the "no redraw option" and forces "1 redraw per mission" I would basically never play any toon that uses a weapon. And being that most of my toons do, and that DB is my main across 7 toons... I would stop playing. I play for theme and fun, this seems trivial, but if the theme is broken, the toon is broken. HC team, please understand that if this change does actually do the above in "beta change" I would unfortunately no longer play.

Contact mission randomization, where it is not always the same mission progression, same maps, same location, same mob spawn location, is the way it was designed. No vote on standardization where the progression of missions is always the same.

If you mean practiced brawler is akin to beanbag, this is false. Practiced brawler is superior to master brawler in mag protection. I, and others, have noted this in discussions to change scrapper version of SR to match sent version. Sure, master is a toggle, but sacrifices stackable mag protection. No thanks on that change. If that's not what you meant, disregard my above. Feedback on the changes: AR wider cone is ok, AR needs an increase to max MOBs by 2, and a slightly quicker animation. This should still justify the fast recharge and not get too redonk. The cone could be 60 degrees also, worth an internal build test, 90deg x 80' is.... Big. Psionic tornado down to 15 from 20 feet... Meh ok, but it's still underwhelming and skippable even with the slight bump in damage. What this power needs is a bump in proc chance of the KU from 50% to 75%+. As it is, sure it's faster and a bit higher damage, but still weak and unreliable for control. Better than before, but still skippable half the time. Other psy changes, good steps, overall faster casting. I'm ok with the reorder, snipes at lvl 2-4 was a bit odd to me.

Known singy issue... The thing moves so slowly that it will frequently hang on geometry, get lost, be unable to reverse entry/exit points... Unless, kinetics. One of the main reasons I avoid gravity, sadly, the need to either be kinetics or take teleport to move singy around.

There's also a big that occurs regularly where BU and AS on a stalker will not play the animation, but the power fires. It happens regularly on MA stalkers and I have had it happen on Katana stalker. Hit BU, fire Assy strike... Stand there and no animation then power fires. Maybe related?

@tidge 50+ water/elec named ... iBlap I skipped water jet. It's lackluster and doesn't fit well in attack chain. Other, better powers natively consume tide more effectively in a good rotation and do more damage. In fact, I skipped it on 3 different water toons.

Property rights and protection, both real and intellectual, exist, are codified in law at various levels and guarantee, among other things, exclusive use, free of infringement. Intellectually property, as recognized by law, explicitly denies reproduction, usurpation or attempted replication in any form that approaches a facsimile or reasonable representation thereof, that would -to the layman- cause a 3rd party to identify it with the protected property. Whether or not a reproduction and its intended use is monetary for the tortfeasor in the moment is immaterial, for many MANY reasons, chief among them is that gain, loss and potential dilution is varied, not bound to a single tort or said tortfeasor and can induce precedent. Your opinion is great, but in no way invalidates common law, property rights as codified, commission of torts under said law and the liability of the tortfeasor, regardless of intent.
