90% sure I made this post before for trollers/doms

Cast all the mob dispersion powers all the times. All MOBs must be spread out forever. Times 10. -
All build advice and guides removed.

Uh, it already does work like that. Stealth suppression occurs on attack. Solved! No patch needed.

This. Run acro with the blaster ATO +1 mag proc in a t1 or t2 power that you spam as part of your chain. Try it. It's super-neat. Funny, everyone talks about arcane something or another.... When a blaster can acro/ATO...

Someone even complained that war witch sipping her coffee was so disturbing when they were using the NPCs in that area that it was game breaking. And war witch was relocated.

1. Don't play mind control like other sets. If you do, you'll disappoint yourself. Like trying to tow a trailer with a sports car. Play mind, like mind, and it's superb. 2. Mind is not all about mass confusion, MC is nice, but it's only a small part of the toolkit. 3. Mind, like storm, is unique and one must learn to use it in order to unleash it's true potential. 4. Mind is tactical and proactive, you must not wait for the team, and you must use positioning, until you have the right mix of IOs 5. With the right mix of IOs, mind is incredibly potent. 6. Mind can do things to bosses and AVs that most sets cannot. 7. Mind needs a small refresh, but not nearly what people think, it's mostly user error that makes people think sits not as strong as other sets.

Sorcery Pool Updates in Issue 27, Page 2
SwitchFade replied to Captain Powerhouse's topic in Developer's Corner
Uh... Most of this wasn't entirely cogent, and I think you're mistaking me for someone else. I'm not sure who you're "sticking up for" but I'm not being attacked by anyone, you may need to review who you're referring to. -
Sorcery Pool Updates in Issue 27, Page 2

That seems unnecessary, considering that the long recharge was one of the reasons nukes were skipped so often on live, coupled with the insta-gib. Returning nukes to that 180s recharge as a means of addressing balance issues would instantly cause me to strip and delete any blaster or sentinel I have. -

Pool > Fighting > Cross Punch: Fixed critical damage values May I ask, did this result in a net change to this power's damage output? -
Some problems with Storm Summoning
SwitchFade replied to RogueWolf's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
1. End heavy, but just about the best set for safety. Justifiable. 2. Bind can fix that, but you don't really need to locate the pointer, tornado runs all over anyway 3. Storm is not about heals, so, no need to change o2 -

Sorcery pool updates look very good. RoP ignoring recharge and at 33% uptime is spot on, very eloquent. Grav Singy changes are fun. Need to play with this one a bit more to make sure there are no odd mechanics. -

Couple dozen? I was thinking maybe 7-8 max. -
1. Passive power granting mag 4 status prot in human form 2. Raise the damage cap 3. Toggles suppress in forms, balance end issue 4. Orbiting debt carries over to dwarf 5. Make extraction pets much tougher This would solve most Warshade issues. Warshader do not need more slots, there's plenty. Going forms has always had that opportunity cost, which is one of the rewarding challenges of getting it right.

Aggro cap change, no vote. Pet summons, I would be open to discussion of small changes on a set by set basis.

Lvl 50+ Mind/Psi Dom here.... I would not recommend psi epic. I would recommend cold. Mind/psi/cold, IOd properly is absolutely terrifying, alpha strike, great damage, massive control, n41%defense to everything, huge regen and end recovery, turn AVs and GMs into drunken sleepy kittens. Debuffs as well. Be prepared to spend around 900m-1bil.

Focused Feedback: Travel Power Updates (Build 3)
SwitchFade replied to Arcanum's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
Mid issue 4, is correct. It went like this, In PVE, huge -acc applied to travel powers. There was never a clear answer why, there were short quips about jousting, where a player could move so quickly by a MOB that it prevented retaliation to an alpha strike. When pressed with clear explanations that jousting in PVE may happen, it was such a horribly inefficient or tactically sound way to defeat MOBs that it was really a non-issue. PVP was in development early. PVP landed in issue 4. Blasters straight ganked everyone by superspeeding while firing. Travel powers were suppressed on any power that affected a MOB/player. Things live invinc would cause suppression. It was comical. Suppression was tweaked. The feedback was horrendously negative in PVE terms, continuing to demonstrate that kiting was a non-issue, and a bad excuse for suppression. It was possible to continue to move quickly by 6 slotting things like hover. The boards filled with continual feedback about how it was a bad PVE mechanic. This was in direct contradiction with Mr. J.E.'s "The Vision™" Issue 5 brought ED. No little blue pill 🔵. Ed and suppression reigned supreme. The Vision "left" for "greener pastures" which resulted in said greener pastures becoming a largely defunct beta released clone; then left that too. Meanwhile, sad 🐼 and the debate on exactly what was the catalyst for suppression continues, but rest assured, it was never sufficiently answered clearly, because The Vision was not great at that particular skill, at that time. I would bet the family pig it was a combination of pvp and pve (primarily pvp, because the initial vision was to make them homogeneous mechanically), but only because it was The Vision's personal belief that it was necessary, as no actual evidence supported it. -
