Must be rough to have 100 super packs, huh?
Once, I overheard a billionaire lamenting that it was tough to keep track of all that money.
@HeroWorldProblems, eh? 😉
Just because one can put a baby in a blender doesn't mean one should. In fact, there might be a significant amount of discomfort and remorse. 😉
Disclaimer: no blenders were harmed during the making of this post. All stunts were performed by trained babies on a closed course with proper safety and medical supervision. Do not attempt at home.
Sorry, this is a no vote.
Not only would this invalid much game lore, architecture, design, progression and intent, it would probably have significant and far reaching consequences that would break more than we can even ponder.
So.... No.
Status resistance is not worth slotting for in general. Here's why...
100% status resistance halves duration. That's it. So if you were hit with a 15 second hold, the best you can hope for is reducing it by 7 seconds by building to a ridiculous amount of 100% resistance.
Mag protection is different. Defenders don't get mez protection, we carry break frees.
League already exists, has a sound notification that is destinct, has coloring that is distinct and all people have to do is set up the current tabs they have to have league. For example,.my bottom box has team, league and tells only, all others on top.
Sorry, not really needed.
Just took my 50 invuln tank to PI,
Waited for others to attack MOBs, walked into melee, invinc took aggro within 2 seconds.
Same scenarios, attacked and aura after they had MOBs to half health, I attained and kept aggro.
Exemped to a lvl 25 tram, radios in Talos,
Waited for team to engage groups, walked in, taunt, I took all aggro, nothing peeled off.
On an invuln tank, not seeing a bug.
Operative words are "can cap with barrier" and "900hp shield."
Rad is great, no doubt. Invuln does this with no maintenance from clickies, no barrier, no dull pain, and soft cap defense as well. There's good enough... and then there's invuln.
Close.
The short version? Without dumping a statistical inference model (not difficult, but it would certainly not be something most here would get and would be time consuming to produce), is that this would be a huge impact to defense. 17 MOBs with chance to proc as you have described would most certainly cause a very aggressive lowering of defense, bypass defense and render defense dependent sets at a large disadvantage. Further, AoE would be multiplicative.
This would require so many dependency clauses that preclude situations not happening (such as cool down, follow up hits, con, type exclusion) that it would be highly unlikely to be helpful, resulting in a net loss in terms of time investment to outcome potential.
So.... No.
