I made a character on test and bumped it up to level 22 with the proc in invincibility. I stood in the middle of 2 warrior and a Tsoo while I ate lunch. It seemed like 5 minutes before I saw a proc, but after that it seemed to remember it was there to the point of getting two procs at the same time. I didn't think that could happen.

That automatically makes our character yell, Hadoken. At least that is what it should look like.

I have been messing around with a inv/km tank on test just to see how it would work. It is great, but needs more endurance recovery. I may try a km/bio scrapper on test to see how it is.

I have found savage/WP to be far more resiliant than I expected. I run beast run at all times. I have almost as much regen as regeneration (which is a problem with regeneration). I don't look at my HP or energy any more, though that came as a surprise when I ran into sappers again.

@Sir Myshkin I saw your breakdown of kinetic melee with bio armor. How well do you think it would compare with invulnerability with the Gaussian proc in invincibility?

Where is the best place to slot the proc in savage melee? I was originally going to place it in shred thinking more targets means more chances to proc.

What if corrupters had a scaling crit chance that started small at 100% health and went up from there to 100% chance at very low health. The scalar would be based on rank of each mob. IE.... a 5% chance on minions at 100% health.

I have a savage/WP and have no problem with damage or end. In fact, I run beast run all the time even in combat.

I originally went for a light blue and white color scheme for that 60's Sci-fi look, but decided to add a splash of pink to it for a bit of anime style. One of my favorite anime is the old Bubblegum Crisis series.

With the recharge it has, maybe instant healing should live up to its name and be an instant full heal. You could decide what the minimum recharge you want it to have would be and lock it into that so it can't be affected by recharge. Regen could also use a power that gives absorb.

I made a WP scrapper in mids and a regen brute and they almost have the same amount of regen.

I named my PB, Astral Ascendant and my WS, Stellar Avenger.

I have a character that I am leveling now that is savage melee so that is why I wasn't looking at it.

OK, I have been mulling this idea in my head for a bit. I originally made the character as a SJ/Bio and then parked it. I am not sure why. Maybe it was because I was trying out SJ on a tank. It could be Altitist. Anyways this is the bio of the character and a few pictures. Damn scientists! I was a person once. I had goals and dreams. College, career and maybe I would settle down with a nice guy or girl. Instead I got kidnapped and experimented on. I have no idea what they were trying to do to me or what they hoped to turn me into. They injected me with some sort of biological material and turned me into a monster. What kind of monster you ask? Just look at me. Take a good look! I hope you have a good memory, because tomorrow I might change into something else or it could happen five minutes from now. My form is unstable and it keeps changing. I think they tried to stick too many things into me and now my body doesn't know what it wants to stick with. I will probably die a horrible death as my body melts down into some sort of primordial biological goo. Until then, I will continue trying to hunt down the bastards who did this to me and make sure they die screaming. Until that day comes, I will do my best to make sure no one else suffers what I have. I am not totally tied to /bio, but it seemed the obvious choice. I have tried Rad/, Spines/ and DM/ along with a Stone/ brute on the test server at level 22 with level 25 IOs. I was not too happy with the survivability of spines. From the bio and pictures, what sets stand out to you?

What about Kin/Bio? Pretty Crusty? Strong?

My problem with the old devs in general was that they thought their way was right, our way was wrong and couldn't be done anyway. Yet here we are years later with a volunteer, amateur, part time dev team doing way they said couldn't be done.

You not knowing about Homecoming is totally not a Nemesis Plot.

You really don't want to miss your combos so extra help on that due to +hit buffs is nice, so invulnerability is good for that. You can also put a buildup proc in it and it has a chance to fire per foe in the aura.

I have a low level 22? EA electric defender and I have noticed being able the floor a tough boss mob's end and recovery during a fight. I fought Chernobag during the KR story arc and he ran away from me with no end left. Then I fried him.
