  1. Only if you don't have the endurance recovery to support it. Also if you have enough recharge to keep it permanent there is no end penalty.

  4. Fire/Energy was my go to character before Murcielago. His build was max recharge/damage, it was a kill or be killed playstyle. High stakes but high reward. Died a lot but it was fun.
  5. That's not true, sometimes people just play characters for fun. If we all played for damage we'd be using Ill/Cold trollers and TW/Scab Armor Scrappers

  11. I vote we should rename Bio armor to scab armor.
  12. Incarnate enemies exist in the signature story arc. This could and should be proliferated into new content whenever that gets created. Just level shift everything to +10 and bam game is back to running almost dead fest.

  14. Procs can only fire off a set amount per minute. I usually slot mine in an AoE or a quick recharging power.
  15. My vote goes for Dark/Invul. -to hit with res and defense.
  16. I am playing an Archery/SR and love it. I've taken all primary powers as I've found that they're all pretty useful. SR has an AoE hole until you hit L35 but I haven't died much and have been solo'ing at +1x3 mostly
