I just finished a run through Praetoria, and I have completely come to the conclusion that doing all 40 contacts was NOT the intentions of the original devs. There are 4 distinct Storylines going on, all of which (if played correctly) independently can level you from 1-20. There is no faster way excluding a DFB to get a character from 1-20 then Praetoria! However Praetoria is not for the new player. It is an expert zone! Everything is more dangerous then regular blue or red content. And lastly EVERY ARC in praetoria is in Ouro. Nowhere in my post did I saw that I was trying to run every contact. Matter of fact, I highlighted the portion of my post which storyline I was running, Powers, which is a grand total of 10 contacts. And while yes, Praetorian content is in Ouro. My Praetorian (or anyone elses Praetorian for that matter) CANNOT access Ouro. Unless you transition them to Primal Earth which I have no intention of doing. I mean if that's the case, why bother rolling a Praetorian at all, just run all the missions on a Primal Earther.

Not to mention that even only doing HALF the content in Praetoria is more than enough to push you past 20, where the initial 3 zones basically run out of contacts. I just finished running a brute through the loyalist side, and even with no EXP boost I was almost level 21 having done ONLY the Power/Responsibility quest lines. Ran into this issue yesterday, now I will need to reroll my Praetorian. Not even HALF of the content. My Praetorian is running strictly Loyalists Powers contacts and arcs and I missed turning off XP and Tami Baker will not even give me the time of day. I can understand contacts not talking to us if we've out-leveled them at first contact, but not if you've already started running their missions. Regarding running cut-off contacts via Ouroboros, problematic on a Praetorian.

The colours in the far right 2 columns tend to be the more washed-out pastel colours of that chalkboard green. If you meant the 2nd stripe, I'd call that more of a faded camo green.

I've been wanting to restart this as well @Greycat Back on Legacy systhspawn used to run the thread and provided sketch drawings to the winners. Sadly I cannot draw. 🙂 But some of the character I made in that thread I ended up playing.

This is more towards standard comic book scales rather than what some consider attractive in women. I tend to decrease the leg length as well, along with the boobs.

My current Top 5: Water/Poison Corruptor - My fun to play debuffet Darkness/Plant Affinity Controller - My krazy kudzu Savage Melee/Dark Armour Brute - My Ex-Destroyer Loyalist Ice Blast/Kin Corruptor - My frozen frog Kin/Archery Defender - Last but certainly not least, my namesake, first character on Legacy and first 50 Honourable Mention: Savage Melee/Bio Brute - My first really tanky-ish type character, except for my Ninja Stalker on Legacy I didn't play too many melee characters so I'm still getting used to how to play this one.

I'm running a Savage Melee/Dark Armour Brute through Praetoria at the moment and she's been quite effective so far, mostly the only thing she's had to worry about so far is KB, which and Enh will help mitigate.

They're in the Face category, the first dropdown - should be "Face 1" or whatever by default. Click it, scroll down past all the actual faces and you'll see them. Yeah, once you select 'Full Masks' go to Faces and scroll down to about the last 3rd of the list.

Did you look under Full Masks? It's the next option below Standard. The three obvious ones are Sightless, Mask Full 1, and Ninja. Not sure if these are what you were looking for.

I sent in a request to the mods since the OP hasn't been around for a while. No change yet.

Other than using the SuppressCloseFx @Vulpoid the only thing you can do to minimize the vfx is to use Bright Colourization option and the far left column.

Here's everything that it obvious Titan Weapon, there is always the possibility that some powers also use sfx from other powers.

There happens to be windows that look into our garage, so I hung this up... on our big freezer.

Regarding altitis... on Legacy I had 121 characters and 14 level 50's, I've not been so prolific on HC (yet) with about 30 characters and 3 level 50's. Granted, it's only been a year. 😄

I'm enjoying a Savage/Dark Brute in Praetoria at the moment.

If you've silenced any other sfx then they may share the same one, I've not looked into Incarnate abilities sfx and there's nothing obvious when I do a search, so the buffs may use a sfx from another buff power or it may not have any sfx attached to it. I rolled one up on Beta and the T4 had an activation sfx and one for the first 'tic' of the toggle. It's likely affected by the toggle power sfx fade so it doesn't play anything beyond that. The activation has a metallicy, teleport-ish sound that I've heard elsewhere, just not sure where. the first tic on the toggle though I've not heard before. So Powers\Hybrid_Melee.ogg removed a small portion of the activation and the tic sfx, still trying to hunt down the activation sfx though.

I tried as well and was unable to change it. I was trying to hunt down a thread where adjusting the powers bars separately was mentioned hoping it would help, but have been unable to find it again.

When it comes to base builders, everything is cosmetic. 😄 I recall back in Legacy spending tens of millions of INF to convert to prestige to buy everything that would allow me to build the AI Central Core, including the power and control that was required, even though I was using it for purely aesthetic reasons to build a containment room for an RP session. I never want to go back to grinding just to build. The HC Devs have done some pretty amazing things, especially with the base code which was spaghetti code to the nth-degree and easily broken. Anyone recall the defensive items firing on anyone that entered the base? Perhaps the HC Devs can work more magic and make Prestige a toggle for SGs who want it.

I think it may max out at 1.99 Even 1.50 increases the window sizes considerably.

Same here. Putting all that effort into creating a build for a character seems like work to me and not fun at all. I've looked at other's builds that are posted if they mach my set combination but more often than not they will have Pool powers selected for what they can slot in them and it's not always a simple thing to swap out what works for my character vs what they've chosen.
