  1. Didn't find that Instant Healing helping me much on ITFs.
  2. So, as I was thinking what we needed was a Ninja Run Power that can be enhanced but doesn't come with Stealth attached to it, to detoggle other stealth powers. Then I thought why not go with the idea of passive cyberware. Really, any of these powers can be replaced or lowered if thought to be OP (I didn't see them as such), for me, it's really about getting the Ninja Run (or Athletic Run) style travel power without the Stealth. Subdermal Armor (Passive): +3% Resist Smart Link (Passive): +3% +To-Hit Solo Runner (Toggle Travel): Like Ninja Run/Infiltration (System Rush (Click): +100% Jump/Run Speed) Endorphin Rush (Click): +17.5% Heal Reflex Booster (Passive): +1.88% Defense/+10% Recharge Edit (Copy Paste of a revised idea from a post below) Subdermal Armor (Passive): +3% Resist All Smart Link (Toggle .07 End/sec): +3% To-Hit Cyber Runner (Toggle .46 End/sec): Like Infiltration w/out the Stealth Aspect (System Rush (Click): +100% Jump/Run Speed) Endorphin Rush (Click 13 End): +17.5% Heal ***Here's a different idea for the 5th Power*** Reflex Boost (Toggle .15 End/sec): +10% Recharge (OR INSTEAD Slow Effect...enemies seem to move slower) & Taunt Aura

  4. I've run some /RADs, I feel it's about blasting away and casting AM and the heal when needed and saving those debuffs for hard targets.
  5. As said, happens to all toggles that effect the enemy. Blazing Aura will detoggle if the Fire Armor user gets mezzed. The difference is, Fire Armor has a toggle mez protection, while Shield's click mez protection can have gaps if you don't have the recharge equal to the duration. Also, you'd likely see it during an ITF as killing Rommy puts out a powerful stun, that eats through most stun resist (double Clicks Mezes and some sets with double stun protection can get by it...plus using a mez protection inspiration of course)
  6. Every build I've posted, I built for ST DPS, yes, but that doesn't mean I ignored AOE. I will say, I don't care for cones myself. One of the few builds with the cone is Dual Pistols, but that's because I love the Empty Clips animation 🙂

  8. By offensive, they had to effect the enemy. Assault just buffs allies.
  9. I wasn't even thinking 4x8 content. And I never make my builds to feel like they need to cycle incarnates on normal content 😛
  10. Even so, there is a second name for the emote if I recall correctly, I just don't recall it. 😛
  11. Just rolled up an EM/NIN Scrapper because I never got Regen to feel tough enough and really, I don't want to take Shadow Meld and Rune of Protection, to try and make it so.
  12. Went Support. Maybe the Assault would give Phantom Army double hit if cast while it's active, but I thought that may just be very limited use.

  14. Can we get the Kissit emote as an alternate animation for taunt?
  15. Does Shinobi-Iri (Def and Stealth Power) of Ninjitsu cancel out/detoggle and vice versa Infiltration?
  16. I am convinced to give Trip Mine another chance. It's not like I was using Deceive.
  17. I kept trying to cast it and it'd keep getting interrupted by me taking damage.
  18. SR will only be weak to the psi attacks that don't have positional types. Still, that's rare. Also, the psi resist the sets are getting is so minor, it's not making that big of a difference. The highest being 5% on a Tanker. 5% is only really nice when one can build up on those resists. Which, figure the +8% Resist from 2 Unique IOs (one giving a little more resist as you take damage), and possibly just 1 6% Psi Resist IO (doubt to many are making out that Psi Resist IO). So now 13-19% Psi Resist instead of the 8-14% Was Psi Defense ever really anything tho?
  19. I have both of those and while I didn't get the RoP and Shadow Meld on my Regen (as that's not very concepty) I found my EM/Bio/Soul survives better than the EM/Regen/Soul
  20. That seems a bit off. Looking at Spectral Wounds, Blind, all of Mental Control except Levitate (makes sense since it's a telekinetic attack), and all of Psychic Blast except Telekinetic Blast (which has a smashing and psychic component, but I always felt it should've just been smashing for damage, as it's a TK attack that's done mentally) are pure psychic attacks. So, they didn't have defense against those psychic attacks. Spines has always been mostly Lethal damage, so it should still be checking lethal over toxic. Haven't checked the other Toxic attacks, but some I believe are just toxic damage.
  21. Ill/Traps Troller Should I just go with Assault Radial? I read it gives Phantom Army Double Hit when PA is cast while Assault is active. Or should I go with Control? Tho, Illusion lacks the controls. Or one of the others?

That said... Here's what I'm currently doing. Lack of travel power is purely concept reasons. I originally had Flight Pool instead of Leadership, but honestly, it didn't feel right for the concept since I first picked it up. So, easily replaceable for others. I would've gone Infiltration if it wasn't for Superior Invisibility, for the ability to enhance Run/Jump. Tried out Trip Mine. Didn't care for it Long cast time and seems to be interruptible. It seemed to have limited use imo Took Mu Mastery for now. Maybe I'll switch it up to Mace Mastery for the S/L/E Shield defense and replace Tactics w/ Focused Accuracy later. Not feeling the lack of KB Protection as Phantom Army does a good job of keeping aggro away, but I have had moments. Still have lots of testing to do. Deceive is taken for the set bonuses. I could go Trip Mine, but I went with Confuse for the 4% Damage Bonus over the F/C Resist. I am enjoying it more than the Ill/Rad I've had before. Don't know what Hybrid to go with yet. Went Degenerative Interface, Barrier Destiny, and Intuition Alpha (enhances everything I do!)
  23. Make a Scrapper with the Leadership Pool and you just pulled off what you asked for. Also, if you pick the right Powersets, you can buff your friends more and/or debuff enemies. Shield Scrapper buffs your friends and debuffs enemies. Bio Armor will debuff enemies. Willpower will debuff enemies. 🙂

  25. I never found it required, but still it's so useful, especially for those trying to hit Softcap with Maneuvers. However, past that one power, does one really need any other from the set other than a desire for them?
