I'm getting this same error now (though in English) and there's no such file in my folder. I've tried a full reinstall using both the exe/msi and msi links to no avail. Nevermind. Uninstalling then manually deleting leftovers and reinstalling worked.

I'm with TJBC on t-strike being too slow to bother with and I never take placate anymore either. But grant cover's worth keeping for the debuff resistance. With double stacked active defense, GC and ageless radial you can pretend you're SR.

I wouldn't get used to the bold bit of this (my emphasis) as you'll be 50 soon and the crafting cost of a level 50 recipe takes too big a chunk of your profits. Better to sell off the level 50 recipes and buy cheap converting fodder. The only things I craft a level 50 drop of are purples (which only exist at 50) and pvp (for hoarding). There are plenty of guides to the craft/convert game if you want to go that route, including Yomo's entertaining current thread

spend 24k up front at p2w for 8 hours of the three amplifiers at level 1. should last you to level 27 unless you afk a lot and will serve you in better stead than the TOs.

Are you sure they weren't talking about enhancement diversification making it so it could no longer be made perma just by adding recharge to the power itself? There are quite a lot of folks who still complain about 2005 changes.

Pyronic is fast and strong pbaoe. The only reason I don't take it more often is its range. I miss being able to take out all the healers around an itf general at once.

No need to guess. Per wiki - Any critter that is capable of dropping a level 50 IO has a chance to drop a "purple". This includes, but is not limited to, level 47 minions, level 46 lieutenants, and etcetera. Giant Monsters, Monsters, and Underlings will never drop a "purple"

which version of mids? mine (3.0.4.7) has moonbeam only 5 damage ahead and 2 dpa. I usually end up taking moonbeam more because I often want shadow meld.

any mob 47+ can drop a purple. but yeah bad idea all around for the reasons already listed.
