  1. ok finally figured it out with a huge hand from Bopper in PMs. The problem wasn't with the macro per se but with the dead person being in your view. so it'll work on either a dead teammate or a dead leaguemate but only if they're visible on your screen. ymmv as to whether it's faster to get a corpse in view or to click them in team/league window and whether either can be done before they hosp/wakie/rez but barring HC devs recoding it to auto-target i guess that's the best we can do. If the corpse isn't on your screen it'll just target whatever teammate/leaguemate/passerby is handy. /macroimage FortunataTeamwork_TacticalTrainingVengeance venge "powexec_name vengeance$$targetcustomnext defeated friend notmypet" you'll want to keep vengeance somewhere visible to monitor its recharge and you have to hit the macro button twice to activate.

  3. only on a team of 2. that's what i was testing and thought i had it initially. and of course didn't realize until after i'd posted in the macro thread that teammate overrides defeated.
  4. venge isn't location targeted (if it were we'd have no problem) so doubt that'll work.
  5. been trying to figure the same thing. thought i had it but it only worked for a team of 2. i think the problem is that the next teammate argument overrides the defeated argument rather than combining. I've tried it in both orders and with _ and with "" and nope. presumably you'd want to use friend notmypet for leaguemate but since defeated isn't combining with those arguments it's immaterial. would love if someone figured it out as noticing a death, clicking in team window then hitting venge before the person uses prestige rez is nigh impossible.

  7. It's fine for 35's so long as there's a 50 leading. Also buds will spawn if you kill all the yellows too, just have to wait around after hami dies.

Should now work for either teammate or leaguemate. The problem wasn't the macro itself but that the defeated ally has to be in your camera view. So this is only partially what I want but there doesn't seem to be any way to target a defeated teammate out of your view other than clicking in team window. If they're not in view it'll just ignore the defeated bit and target a friend who is in view.
  9. I mentioned this in one of the patch threads but figured it needed its own report as it wasn't fixed with the fixes to taunt auras. Positron at the end of Mortimer Kal is teleporting like crazy. Prior to the original page 4 patch I didn't even realize he had teleport. Now he teleports every few seconds from corner to corner of the computer area, making him generally annoying to hit, but especially for melee toons who get maybe two attacks per build up on him. He even continues to teleport even when held and immobilize doesn't help either. It'd be annoying enough in a normal fight but given that he also teleports into full heals from the flames it's so annoying that I'm not even going to do it anymore until I hear it's back to normal (and this is my favorite tf). Did one after the patch today just to test if it was fixed and it took us as long to beat him as the entire tf usually takes.

Loving my sr tanker at 41, seems very underrated to me. the scaling resists with tanker hp is all sorts of tough. finally died for the first time to hami on lg when our holds dc'd, but can hardly blame the set for that. and it held up a good long time even then. long enough that i could easily have run had i not been more concerned with keeping the team alive. paired it with broadsword for procportunities and the easy softcapping left slots for 4 5-procced attacks.

  12. you left out afk farming, which is what took me from the stupidly rich i was just from the converter game to ludicrously rich and basically only having influence for the purpose of giving away. All while doing chores, workouts, showers, meals, other games, reading, watching something, or playing an alt in another tab. i basically consider ridiculous piles of influence as just a side effect of getting incarnate levels for alts at this point.
  13. wouldn't count on the stuff you bought during a bubble to sell as well as the stuff you sold during a bubble, but fingers crossed.
  14. I'd ditto the defensive amplifier and BotZ in your travel power but as far as resource efficient you can't really beat the mag 10 base buff for 2 common salvage. drawback is you have to go grab it again every hour.
  15. key there for most things is not to type your whole search, just enough to get the drop downs.
  16. It has been, but you shouldn't have to pay that much. It generally sells well below that threshold.
  17. They're all bucketed together now, so there's no difference as far as the auction house is concerned whether you're bidding on a luck charm or a hydraulic piston. Orange prices fluctuate, usually more on the weekends but you can usually buy it nao for 500-600k. If you're that worried about a couple hundred thousand you can always put in bids at 400k and wait a bit. But the fact that they're all in the same pot also means you don't have to hoard what drops to you. Sell it all and buy what you need when you need it. You'll come out ahead.
  18. I've been filling a storage bin with Ultimates and grabbing some to pass out to teammates for tfs when the team makeup looks suspect. I like to pop them myself for the end of rsf/stf. When they're gone i just refill it, it's not like my afk farmer doesn't have the threads. Now if we were able to transfer threads and components he wouldn't, because the only reason i use him now is to get incarnate levels for alts.
  19. I'd skip it, it's not going to be anything like the let's corner pull in safety to the tar patch power it is on defenders. If you're looking for more powers to take a VEAT can never go wrong with doubled up leadership powers.
  20. Remember this is a temporary bug, not an AI change. I agree there's no need to reroll but there's no need to respec either. Have faith that it'll get worked out soon. Look how quick the first bug fix patch came.
  21. My /electric brute is fine on him, mainly because i taunt him from the air with my jetpack and he keeps running up the pole trying to get at me. Once it's time to actually fight him and I land he'll occasionally get a kb past my defense and all the debuffs and 20+ points but it's generally just once and hardly an issue.
  22. Seems to me your issue is the same as a lot of folks - you're still approaching crafting like you did on the live servers. Bucketing of salvage has completely eliminated any need to save salvage in your base. Just vendor the white/yellow and auction the orange. Then when you need it just buy it. You'll come out ahead influence-wise every time, even with ah fees. Similarly with bucketed enhancements and recipes there's no real need to hang onto recipes either. Just sell what sells well (weekends for best prices), craft what you want to boost or converts well and dump the rest. When it comes time to buy them you can just buy attuned for the same price you sell a regular for or if you want to boost just convert where needed. Doing that frees you up to replace those full salvage racks with more enhancement storage in base.

  24. Anybody done Morty since this? Turns out Posi has teleport. I never knew this before, even having done plenty of Morty runs with no taunty types on the team. Now he's tp'ing corner to corner like crazy. Feels kinda like a NES boss battle. Kinda fun for a minute but gets old.
