Yeah, many travel options available without even having to select a pool power. Some of them can even be enhanced. With plenty of things broken or in need of attention, the request here could be considered more flavor than function, hence "frivolous".

yeah skip the FF +rech in pseudo pets unless you are going wild and putting it in all your longer recharge powers.

Initial random brain dump (not thought out): Increase perception range of targets Increase reward for team of six rather than eight (likely mission completion reward) Raise AoE resist slightly for LTs and Bosses across the board Add taunt to AoE (AoE russian roulette solved by controls) Raise AoE def significantly for random Bosses Anyway. raising HP is just increasing button munching. Something more elegant that could require recognition and reaction would be preferred.

given your criteria you are correct for what you want to do. while understand some may run +4/1 for.. reasons.
