  1. It is possible since the Winter Beast is all but a GM he maybe partially based off of their mechanics, and since GMs levels are Based off the Zone /Map level he may not be able to exceed 50. Just a guess.
  2. Have you seen Vorpal Judgement in the Incarnate Abilities? The animation is very close to being just what you described. It is a Multi Target Melee Cone attack ( 80-120 ft, 80-120 degree, 20-40 max targets ) and deals extreme smashing damage and may cause lethal damage over time. They may be able to rework it into more of a moderate damage melee and reuse a tweaked version of the animation. Below is a Video.
  3. I want "Vomit" back, there used to be an /e string to do it but it was renamed or disabled. Just the perfect emote for many situations, lol.
  4. Have you noticed that the trees leaves have changed color around Atlas Park in keeping with it being Autumn, nice touch even though it's not an event.
  5. On a Sailboat floating off Talos Island.... On the top of the Atlas Statue.... On the back deck of the Cabin at Everett Lake, Perez Park.... In the Middle of Moth Cemetary...DA Tucked behind Jack in Irons Throne, Croatoa... Center Point of Valor Bridge, IP... Top of Vampyri Mountain, Striga Island... and many, many more!
  6. Entrances to Pocket D are in the Following Zones or by using the "Pocket D VIP Pass" Teleport Power ( usable once every 30 minutes). Hero Kings Row Faultline Talos Island Founders Falls Villain Port Oakes Sharkhead Island St. Martial Praetoria Imperial City It is marked on the Map in each zone and the Marker is Targetable as a way point. Sometimes it's a Box Truck, sometimes a Sewer Entrance, always Fun.
  7. In The Hollows, in Grendel's Gultch, the Pumicites and Elder Pumicites wander around in the open, but aren't the Magma Lords what pop out of the ground if you cross the smoldering patches on the ground? I seem to recall you have to be in level range for them to pop, but you could probably do it exemplared. And there are lots of them, everywhere. If they count.
  8. From Paragon Wiki: Denial of Service Badge (Redirected from Denial of Service) Description You crept a bit too close to the danger zone and got burned. How to Get Attempt (and fail) to pass through the sonic barrier surrounding Praetoria. While there's no formally marked spot for trying this, not every rush into the barrier will get you the badge. Most spots just send you to the Hospital. If you get one of the right spots, however, you will be teleported to a safe distance...hopefully before your hit points finish running out.
  9. I think I was awarded this Badge from running into the Sonic Fences in the Southeast Corner of First Ward while trying to find another badge, had to look it up as I had never seen it before. Is it possible there are multiple ways to get this? My memory is sometimes a little Iffy, but I swear it was First Ward, I've never taken Marine to Neutropolis.
  10. I like The Island Resort concept, The Undersea would be cool and everyone has been asking for the long ago in development hell Moonbase, the Asian Culture Zone could also be a long needed stronghold for the Tsoo, they just don't really have a home like say the Council on Striga, Skulls and Hellions in Perez and Trolls and Outcasts in the Hollows. I wish they would do something with some of the existing virtually unused zones first though. If you changed out the spawns, in say Boomtown, from Council and low level Clockwork to something higher and more Intimidating, say level 54 knives of Artemis and Cot, spin up a new repeatable story arc for the zone and there you go. Since most of the CoT content is in caves it would be interesting to Use some of the newer cave maps and interject elements of CoT Architecture into them to get a new Map feel. We are going to start getting Top Heavy with level 50+ Players with nothing new to do. I'm really thinking about starting to put together a story arc along those lines and see how fresh I can make it feel, I know AE has limits so it requires a good story and some creativity to carry it.
  11. Or you can just be a Suicidal " Busy Little Bee " and fly directly above the Badge, turn off fly and fall to your death landing close to the Badge Marker. Badges are way more important than life and debt, lol. Clearly the Best name for a Zone Exploration Badge Accolade.
  12. Great Idea, and opens up all sorts of character options from Ghost Whisperers to Exorcists to Ghosts herding other Ghosts.
  13. It would actually be helpful if the first person to find a GM would announce Monster/Zone/Closest Map Marker ( ie, Palladin, Skyway, 200yds west of Hide Park Marker ) in the LFG Chat, ( that is if it isn't being used for Political Debate or exchanging Recipes, lol ). Isn't there a Monster Chat channel already, seem to remember hearing about one.
  14. ....and the Pesky Rularuu Floating Eyeballs of various Ranks just ignore all defense types it seems, not sure how, but boy they do it.
  15. Fun to Fight: Devouring Earth, Freakshow, Clockwork, CoT, Anything in Croatoa. Boring: Council, Warriors, Hellions, Skulls.
  16. Sappers are just something that you have to Identify in a crowd and make sure they go Bye Bye right quick. Master Illusionists and Ring Mistresses also need to go first into the abyss when in a mob or become trouble. Paragon Protectors at 1/4 Health letting you punch them till you run out of endurance, priceless. But I would have to say the most annoying for me are the Council Ascendants, they wait until you almost have them then Shields On ( +regeneration, +recovery too ) and they are almost unhittable till they drop the shields, Just like Fake Nemesis. There are a couple missions where there are Herds of them, a very, very long annoying mission, lol.

    Exorcist Badge

Sounds a lot like Unveiler for 100 Fake Nemesis, just takes a long time to even find that many. And of course Nemesis only spawn a few places with Fake Nemesis as a Possible member of a spawn. Good Luck on the CoT, some of these Badges are just intended to be difficult to obtain.
  18. The only thing I ever thought that Champions Online did right ( I loathed the entire open instance that you had to be in almost all the time ) was allow a player to become a giant Monster. What if you could actually be Jurassik, Jack in Irons or another existing Monster, I know you'd end up getting your butt kicked but it would still be a blast. That would be a short but truly epic archetype to play.
  19. Have this to Level 10 so far and it feels really good in combat, almost more like a high defense/high resistance Scrapper. I've been screaming through missions and barely having to watch his health. Granted, I haven't cranked up the difficulty but it seems very good on both sides. Any Pitfalls or warnings on this combo? Any "don't bother" Powers?
  20. Shielded Cabling can help protect against EM Interference from Fluorescent Light Ballasts and such but has not been used much until recent Alien Cross talk* Issues made it necessary for Cat7 and beyond. Most shielded cable installs end up ineffective because people don't properly install it. You have to Ground each cable at Patch Panel, use shielded jacks at user end and use shielded patch cords for it to be fully effective. Some older Cisco equipment used to have a reference in their Warranty Declarations that use of shielded cabling would void the equipment warranty, not sure what they thought would happen. I have an older home, and have been reworking the electrical but have very limited pathway choices for the 2nd floor, so some cabling will be in the same chases as Electrical. This makes using Cat7 worth the hassle, but just for those runs, the rest will be Cat6. Insulation Comes in several Grades: Riser: ( PVC ) General use single space cabling, not recommended for Multi-Floor Installs, also used for most patch cords. Plenum: ( Plenum PVC ) Enhanced to not release toxic fumes when burning, If your cold air return for HVAC is thru the Ceiling, this or above is required by Code for commercial installs. Good for Multi-level and ceilings. Polyethylene ( CPE ) Outdoor Rated and resistant to heat, sun and environmental exposure. There are numerous others for specific installation needs. * Crosstalk between Cables In a Shared Pathway
  21. It is selectable in Windows Features but when it goes to activate it it fails, the files available on the PC won't work for mine or don't exist on the PC. Have tried downloading the Installer and it fails. I thought I would try the method Tahquitz showed but it also failed ( I don't have the discs for this particular PC ). So I looked for just the Binary, no luck, everything so far is an installer that looks to Windows Update, then fails to install. Looked at the DISM log and it is failing ( both Tahquitz or Download method ) because it cannot find the specified files. No clue why.
  22. Just a long shot, but why not create an account with the incorrect global email and see if the system completes the delivery. Wouldn't take long to set up since you already have the game loaded and might let you retrieve your goods.
  23. Have a PC at work that has this issue that I need to install .Net3.5 to get an ESI App running but have not had any luck, even with this. Add / Remove Windows Features has a box for it but apparently the actual Binary is missing. I'll have to do some digging and see If I can find the CDs for it. Don't under stand why they don't have the binary available as a download instead of a bunch of bugged installers, that would make it just a Command Prompt action.
  24. I don't have a laptop but I do have a Dell Gaming Desktop, I'll have to check to see if this applies to it as well, I am hardwired and haven't noticed any issues though. Getting ready to rewire the house soon, but don't want to suffer in the meantime. Most of the cabling is Cat5e or below, yet I have gigabit equipment, which can lead to disasterous amounts packet loss. Need some Cat6 0r Cat7 to future proof my network for a while. Going to put in a 2nd AP while I'm at it.
  25. Gotcha, the Council and Fifth Column are Cults, it is all clear now, lol.
