  1. Hey, Does Beta Decay require a To-Hit check? I only ask because it can slot Acc DefDbf and Acc ToHitDbf sets. It can't slot regular Acc enhancements, and while the power's detailed info does have an Accuracy rating, that doesn't mean anything, as damn near every power has an Acc listing (Alpha Barrier does, for instance, and that's a Res toggle). Anyone who can help clear that up, I'd really appreciate that. Thanks.
  2. Never mind guys, I snuck away to the Beta server and saw the popmenu lets one select from a few levels. Now I just have to see if I can fine-tune that if I select a different value.

  7. I have an Elec^2 I've gotten up to about 48 now. She's a lot of fun, and I've started kitting her out with set pieces so she's getting to be quite tough (or at least on the road to that point). I'll post a build later tonight. Short answer: you'll probably want every power out of the secondary, and almost everything out of Electric Blast (I skipped Voltaic Sentinel). Add in some travel pool choices and the Fighting pool (one presumes so anyway), and that takes up most of your "slack" for power picks. Fortunately, so far it's been my experience that the APPs for Sentinels are much more skippable than on other ATs. Later, Generator
  8. I know one thing a lot of people like to harp on is "mitten hands." Which, yeah, don't look great. But if I'm being perfectly honest, when I'm out on the streets punching down bad guys (or, depending on who I'm playing, good guys!), I don't have time to stop and look at my characters' hands!   9. Gods yes. I mean it's great that we can do what we do, get a fresh 50, give him any and all the IOs we could ever want, but if I want to just test out my guy as he is on Indom right now, an actual copy tool would be twenty times easier.

  11. Ice Armor is all Typed defenses (as is Energy Aura, and the Defense portions, of Invuln, and most of the others I can think of). If you want positional defenses on a Sentinel, I think you're looking at SR or bust. (Melee ATs can also use Shield for that, but that's not an option for Sentinels.)

  17. I was able to level myself to 50, get craptons of Inf, all the IOs I wanted. But I had no Incarnate threads/components/Merits, and couldn't figure out where/how to get them. I'm sure I just missed it, but I don't know how to get those pieces.
  18. Sure, but last time I was on Justin, it wasn't release candidate, I just didn't know how to get Incarnate stuff.
  19. How does one get free Incarnate abilities on Justin? I did try speccing out a 50 a few weeks ago but I couldn't get her any Incarnate stuff.
  20. The only one of that lot from the Kahn TF that I find to be a problem is Misfortune, she seems to present as a MC/Psi, and the combination of Terrorize and Drain psyche is not good times. Beyond that I love this method.
