I like the idea of a Praetorian Pool and your write-up is detailed and cool! Obviously, we have to test it and maybe change or adjust. I would suggest completion of the Number 6 arc as the final note of Preatoria. Plus it's a super cool arc that I think a lot of people haven't done. On just theme, other than the Scorpion Shield from Mace you mentioned, I would give Power another look. Power Build Up is an awesome power for anyone, but especially ice/ice corrupter. It's a combination of Build Up, so more +damage and +tohit, AND Power Boost, which boosts all mezzes, tohit, slows, defense, and other stuff. You have two holds in ice blast and just about everything adds slow to your opponents. Unfortunately, it doesn't boost your ally shields as they also have resistance and that ends up negating the boost. But it would boost maneuvers, combat jump, weave, etc. https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=epic.power_mastery.power_build_up&at=corruptor Temp Invulnerability is a fairly basic smash/lethal armor. But you can add the two unique IOs to add another 6% defense as well. Force of Nature is essentially Unstoppable from Invulnerability so it has the big crash at the end. Some people hate that, others don't mind. Alternatively, the only "ice" powers would be in Leviathan - Hibernate and Shark Skin. While Shark Skin doesn't sound particularly icy or glassy. it provides smash/lethal/cold resistance and can be used with minimal effects to just be a slight aura.

Can you post a build? I might have some suggestions on slotting and power picks if I can see the whole thing.

Illusion/Storm/Psionic- So much chaos!! Psionic Mastery pool to get some mez resistance from Indomitable Will, S/L/Psy resist from Mind Over Body, and you can later get Clarion Radial for more mez resistance and boosts to your mez. It is a little end heavy, but you have to slot smart, use blues, buy survival amplifiers, or recovery serum.

If you are looking for them to post the text of the agreement that goes over that, don't hold your breath. Ever hear of NDAs?

Let's break it down. In - domi - table: In: negates, cannot, eg. Incredible domi: rule over, eg dominate or dominator table: flat surface to place items, eg. uhh . . . table Therefore, it means either that their dominators don't have tables, or that they cannot dominate tables (possibly because they are under them). More study is required.

I heard (from @Faultline I believe) that changes to a base do not get saved until the player exits the base. Maybe that's true of changes to the player costume in the base as well?
