  1. it's +1 mag across the board.
  2. Windows fix... Did you try rebooting?
  3. I've never thought about slotting the -Rech proc in RttC... mostly because I have trouble with slots as it is and you really want to 4 slot RttC with Heal/End Redux, meaning you'd need a 5th slot in there. Also, the way that procs work in toggles, I'm not sure it's worth it (chance every 10 seconds if memory serves correctly).
  4. You've got a pretty solid build there, and Energy Absorption + Radial Boost will put your Fire/Cold just above 45%. Something I like to do, and it's really cheap, is slot the Winter's Gift Slow Resist into Super Jump. I know Ice has a lot of slow resist to start with, but that just kind of puts the icing on the cake. One more thing, you only have 1 attack until 10 then 2 attacks until 28. You're going to slog along unless you have a team that you regularly play with and don't plan on Exemplaring. As a comparison, here's my Ice/Ice/Ice build, it gives up quite a bit of S/L resist, but gives you more F/C defense
  5. don't bother slotting for taunt in your attacks. Gauntlet will keep enemies right next to you between Chilling Embrace, Icicles, Frozen Aura, and your ST attacks (they automatically taunt 5 enemies).
  6. you get 5 transfers per week, apparently the week starts on wednesday for server transfers.
  7. Honestly, unless you're looking for something like Perma Phantom Army, Perma Hasten just isn't necessary, just aim for 70% global recharge and viola, you have essentially perma hasten. Also, Agility is a Destiny power, not an alpha power.
  8. I play redside, just not that often. The problem with Redside is the Invader accolade. Hero Slayer is kind of annoying to get, so I feel like the easiest way to do it is to do a mayhem mission every five levels, and if your're teaming one of two things happens 1. your team doesn't want to do the mayhem mission 2. you out-level the content before you can do it.
  9. Technically TA is the most focused on enemies, as every single power is targeted at enemies. I personally love the set (have like 5 of them) but I'll be the first to admit it isn't the strongest set, at least until you get Oil Slick and EMP arrow slotted.
  10. just to jump in on the side note, I too love Melee Judgement, just for the animation's sake.
  11. Quicksand + Earthquake = win, which is why I think it's a necessary power. My Earth/Nature is not IO'd out, otherwise I'd post the build. But even with generic IOs, he's very strong.
  12. I always liked the original Posi TF. Posi 1 and 2 are certainly easier/faster, but something about it made me smile.
  13. the limit for power pools is 4
  14. so, this is kinda dumb, but my favorite tank is WP/Mace with the shovel weapon... just because I like smacking things around with a shovel. He's also really tanky, sitting over 90% resist to S/L and over 45% def to F/C/N/E.
  15. SR/MA can soft cap without any IOs/Maneuvers/Weave if memory serves correctly. the trick to Aid Self is 2x 50+4 Interrupt IOs. That will put you at the ED cap and should make you be able to fire it off as much as needed. So, since you can soft cap without IOs, you should focus on resist and recharge, since that's your weak point.
  16. depends on what sets the brute are. Yeah, if you're going /Stone armor and don't want to build to break even with damage, recharge, and movement speed (which you can do) then a Kin is your best friend. But /Stone armor is such a good set that there is no reason not to build for those. Depending on the set, would depend on the best support. For a Defense based set, a Sonic/Sonic or Thermal/Sonic are going to be great to bolster support for when you do get hit, for a resist based set (assuming you can get close to the resist cap) Cold or Time/Sonic would be your best friend for the same reasons.
  17. If you're farming only, you can drop Super Jump for Consume. You don't need KB protection in a fire farm, and you can get away with 1 slotting consume. You've got Ageless Core, so you shouldn't have too many end issues. I don't know which is better, Miracle +recovery or Pancea Health/End, but you can always drop a slot from Build Up for Miracle to get both benefits. Because of your tohit buffs, you can cut a slot out of Melt Armor, just have the resist debuff and put in Numina's Regen/Recovery as well. Those should all help your end drain.
  18. I mean, if you can tank recluse on MLTF I'd say you're doing pretty good. Instead of recharge, might I suggest building for resist and defense and using Ageless Radial as Defense Debuff resistance? You should be able to cap all resists (with the possible exception of Psi/Toxic) which will make you even tankier, but I'm no master at Dark melee, so I don't know how the resist game plays out in IO world.
  19. you should absolutely take veng on a Rad/ defender. just remember. Veng before Fallout.
  20. Beam is going to have better ST damage while AR has better AoE damage. Beam gets some AoE -Defense and ST -Regen From what I've heard, Beam is objectively better than AR, but really, with rad as a primary, it boils down to "do you want to do ST or AoE damage"
  21. strange thing... I just tried to run Skyrim: Special Edition and I was able to move just fine. My old computer does not have the software because it's not the RGB model. I wonder if it's the software on my newer rig that is causing the issue. Though that seems to only be for changing the key colors and nothing else.
  22. Mouse test worked perfectly, so just for fun I plugged in a different keyboard and voila it worked no problem. Looks like there must be some problem with the keyboard. Thanks again all!
  23. Tried this, no luck. I'm running Win10 64. I've updated all of my drivers and changed my audio to use the onboard chip rather than the HDMI, still no luck. I went to MSI's website and updated drivers that way, and still have the issue, is there something else I should be trying? Also, I want to reiterate that my character is the only thing that is stuttering/barely moving. Everything around me is running normal. He's also a Force Field Controller and Dispersion Bubble runs normal as well. I doubt this is the issue, but once I get a chance later today, I'm going to plug my laptop into my TV to see if I have the same problem.
  24. If you don't like the slow animations of Broad Sword, might I suggest Katana? It's identical in terms of powers, but damage is slightly lower, animation time and recharge time are slightly higher.
