From “The Tick” is The Monarch. Quite a few villains in many iterations of Batman were MMs. Giving Batman plenty of goons to dance with. In fact so many villains of lower power dramas could be considered MMs. On the high end Lex Luthor and Kingpin. Both smart and powerful but preferring to work through flunkies. Why not?

I have an ele/temp that i made as a joke to outshine Sentinels. Great toon, fully ranged. Okay dps, but nothing outstanding for a Blaster. I have a beam rifle/temp that i use on incarnate leagues for dps. Also pure hover bkaster. Great ST, meh aoe my dark dark brute has fly in 100% time. everything is possible, some things work better than others

I like to keep right at 2 bill, Last year I was making new 50s non stop and was getting broke. Then a friend, who never plays anymore, from Cosmic Council showed up. We had a vintage Cosmic Council team night. This one guy, he a WHALE, not as rich as Yomo, in that zip code. I jokingly asked for money. 2 bill to everyone on team. All old Cosmic vets. I have 75% of that, as I stopped making 50s. Now I just need to con Yomo into sending me 2 bill so I can start making endless new fiddies again...

they wont. i have a few 50s "decked out" for ouro 1-10, 1-15 etc. it is a painstacking process of figuring what powers are available at that level, cramming all enhancers down into those powers, then trying to get 6 slots of nerfed enhancers (the exemplar math) to be decent. i ran a posi 1-2 anf Cavern Transcendence last night on my new project. Brand new level 15 (level locked so my math doesnt change) runninh 90% damage on all attacks and also with all 3 temp buffs running from P2W. The real trick with posi 1? Bring a Dom. Save Dom for Shadow fight. Take a huuuuuge yellow before the fight. Hit Dom, and AoE Hold. done...

Why do you run a Posi at +anything? Okay, nvm. Whatever But if the bulk of your team is heavy melee you know you have to lan for that. Not the biggest damage dealers against the toughest armors. And the simulcrums get get powers you cant. Inspirations. Preferably team. Acc/damage/def. Envenomed daggers. Pick a lead and everyone target thru them

my ST go to is the Beam Rifle Blaster. i use that as fire support in RHW Magisterium badge runs, i can comfortably keep shooting with little affecting my damage output. because anything you do besides ST just lowers your damage. move, calculate, whatever. just sit still and kill it.

on a team I find it more important to get the AoE debuffs up, the things like Tar Patch, Darkest Night, then lay into AoE, Fearsome Stare, the DoT rains, Frost breath. only spitting ST as a luxury. More important is to stay near the bulk of the team and make sure Twilight Grasp (the heal/-tohit/-dam-regen) is working on a big bad while topping off the teams health.

this is exactly how i feel. To me there is a significant damage improvement from Dark/Dark Corr to Ice/Dark Corr. Due to the DoT Rains and Scourge. Plus the ranged nuke is tactically much safer and easier. Also, for me there is a survivabilty improvement from Ice/Cold Corr to Ice/Dark Corr. The team heal is amazingly good (and is a debuff) the Darkest Night and Fearsome Stare -dam, -tohit debuffs, and you still get some -res in Tar Patch. Giving up the GREAT debuffs in Cold secondary, and (for me) not much else about the set i love. Then there is theme.
