One of the greatest strengths of this game is character design. There are a number of oowers and oower oools that alter the look of the character. Plus auras. armors tend to have a constant change in the character costume. Some to such an extent i cannot roll a toon with that armor uess i am making a statement aboit that powerset stealth and flight pools can dramatically alter a characyer as well it also depends how invested you are in costume over playing ability. Choosing to look a certain way all the time is similar to always wearing high heels. You have changed how you look but uou are not running into combat without taking a negative on at least one roll

Do both these sets crit on Scrappers? I looked at the detailed descriptions on Street Justice and it led me to believe only one did. Of course documentation in game is iffy at best lol

Two things. 1) you filks have about convinced me to change my inf making schemes to just straight up auctioneering 2) people that use the game as an RP platform are being completely ripped off by the Homecoming team. They put in just as much time gaming as someone doing a MoM trial or Underground Trial. But they get squat. It just does not show appreciation for time invested in participating

I have a Dark Dark Brute posted in Brute forum that handles incarnate content well. 49% energy resists. Recharge Monster so PBAoE heal is just spammed as part of the attack chain. He does die. But in incarnate rials so does my Invul Tank

Was hoping for some insight into the various weaponless combat forms. I am pretty good on Super Strength and Dark Melee. Have played a little bit of Energy Melee and Radiation Melee. Ran Elec Melee for a couple months back on live. I was sort of focusing this more on the pure martial forms, but who doesn't love to ramble? So, Street Justice. Ran it for like 5 levels 10 years ago. Martial Arts...same, I think. Savage Melee ran for a half day three weeks ago. StJ is a combo set? I really know little or nothing. What is good, what is bad, what is cool, what is sad? Thanks.

Arent certain bosses/fights of a magnitude that 1 break free wint work? (I play Brutes 90%time so unfamiliar)

Attuning a purple makes it look prettier tier but reduces the value. An attuned purple cannot be boosted and they are inherently attuned. Its the only enhancer you shop non attuned on the market

The game carefully looks over the team If everyone is deemed worthy a reasonable door is selected. If however someone is not worthy the furthest door possible is selected. I bave been on some Citadels where there were very unworthy teammates (it obviously wasnt me). And we had miles of commutes every mission

I could 50 and build once a week, going through most of a billion to do it. I don't I alt too much, partly because I don't have the cash ready. (I play more than earn) But...I am doing it about every two weeks. Also, my base is now filled with odd ATOs and partial purple sets and other random sets. so it is getting harder to judge. Maybe a billion or two in there? I may look at that thread on makling a billion in 24 hours. Then I guess I start selling ECs on market again? I am dreadfully tired of clicking lol.

I learned the game on Brutes in ROFLSTOMP teams (on better days, FUGLY other days) I have a Tank I use as a badger, Invul/Dark. vet level 13 with 600 badges, full buildout. I probably do not Tank well enough to meet your standards. It is just a toon I rolled as a concept and liked. Zombie Tank. He is fun, and I run him as a very heavy Brute (I run heavy Brutes, lot of Invul) But my Brutes have no taunt. I spam Taunt on the Tank. I try to keep my team safe. I still mostly suck playing Brutes, so I am guessing that did not get better switching to a more specific job AT. But I have fun. When I go in the right direction my teams even do pretty good.

So, I find myself wanting a useful ATO. It is either super expensive or out of stock. Love Homecoming, gotta say. I window shop. Find one a few million cheaper in an off brand. Convert convert convert. polish that thing until it rolls right into what I need. I never buy converters. I am addicted to TF so merits are a given in my life. Try to charge me top dollar on an enhancer....I will buy 3 off brands, convert and dump them on your market. I make a little money off that too. 🙂 So convert away, sounds like you have a full set for your ATO just waiting for a little magic.

was listening to NPR today (I am a semi driver and was on a 100 down 100 mile back run) There was a couple "exotic Dancers" talking about legal issues with their profession. Made some good points. Of course what stood out was them talking about how difficult it is to "sparkle" for 8 hour shifts surrounded by power drinkers. And really that's why I cant make money at it. No sparkle.

I play on Everlasting. Of course all the servers have a great community. It is Homecoming after all in another of my endless alt experiments i have been working on various war mace toons. Could not quite match weapon and costume. last night i spent nearly an hour in creator switching things around, seeing if things looked better on large body or regular. Fussing over clipping. Really getting it 98% percent perfect and letting the 2% go as unobtainable. Which is a struggle with my OCD i log into Atlas park. “Great Costume”. Private tell from random player winning a costume contest is great. But the feeling that gave me was definitely worth the hour I spent Did some PI farm and then a Yin. Now in mid twenties. War Mace/Invul magic Brute. Going to be a keeper

I play a LOT of 1-30 characters. I like it. Dont fully understand why and it does not matter for this topic The numbers posted seem reasonable. I am broke when i play my normal manner. But i learned to turn those Enhancement Converters to good use through forum advice. Crafting is tome consuming. But i feel i am at least giving back throwing 100 procs on the market. And getting paid I live TFs. I hate farming. Cannot say why. I will step in on a 50 in someone elses farm or PI radio missions. Decent earning and i like it i (rarely) do some auctioneering. Usually when forced. I want enhancer 1A. But it is 2x more expensive than 1B-E. I Buy 1-5 B-aE. Convert. Keep some sell rest at markup, but still on low end of selling price. I am good at this. I dont particularly like spending my gaming time doing it. i prefer to make alts and run TFs. I dont form them and i get cranky if people do them super stupid. Stupid i can suffer through. Super stupid? Yeah. I need to start leading. Sigh. But that is what i enjoy. So i have merits. Lots and lots of merits. And when i run 50s. (More common now that i am badging). I get purples and PvE recipes. That i kepp in my base like a hoarding dragon. Does nothing to help with cash. Sigh. Back to crafting lowbie procs lol what i am saying is your numbers may be a lerfect analyzation of the income disparity. But it completely ignores why we play. Some to run lowbies. Some to farm. Some to marketeer. And everyone is rewarded with what they like. Or they change a bit. Usually with good advice from the folks in tbe forum or in Help if they ask

I recently 50'd a Kinetic Melee Tank. Tank Mage. Can stay at about range 40 and be nearly as effective as right on the mob. Animations are....odd, so I made it a wizard. Tank Mage.

Nyet Nein Non Oh Hell No. Take your hand off the nerf bat, and no one gets hurt. Building a toon to survive the constant Alphas gets you that reward. Invul Armor has no damage aura, but lets you do this, usually, if you build right. Try it on Fire Armor every spawn. Good thing you got the Rez power.
