That's the idea, between Ouro portal and base teleport I am 100% comfortable just getting around with jetpacks. I buy the "Small Longbow Jetpack" which looks less dinky than the 5k one from p2w. It isn't actually slower than Power Pool Fly I don't really need the KB prot that much since Faraday Cage offers full status protection when I'm in it's warm embrace. Vengeance is there for a LoTG mule mostly, I could easily drop it since I'm not taking Hasten, possibly for Recall Friend. Scorpion Shield is one only patron toggle that gives S/L Def so I'm rocking it to help get to def cap. As for CJ I'm most likely going to change it to Hover when I get there Thanks for the feedback 😄

When you are in a party it's not guaranteed that the heal will even bounce to you depending on the team comp even if you target your sentinel

Hi HC, here is a build I am working on and I would like some feedback to try and make it a bit better, not super experienced making builds yet so here I am ! Currently sitting at a decent 44.1 S/L defense, 39.1 F/C defense, 41.7 E and 28.1 N. Negative could probably be better but I' not 100% sure if it's THAT important to max all the defenses as long as S/L are up there. Resistances are a bit lower when not in the Faraday Cage. When in the cage I'm sitting at 50-53% s/l/f/c and 20% e/n. I'm building the resistances considering that I will always be sitting in the cage. Not 100% sure I need Hasten with this build since I have a ton of buttons to press, something should always be ready to fire off at all times. Between attacks, buffs and heals I don't really think it needed to use up a slot for it. Thanks for your feedback ! I made mine with Dark Blast I was looking at Water for a second but I didn't want another set with a stacking mechanic. The reason I settled on Dark was because it has great AoE (If you like Cones), some good disruption (Knockback, -to hit) and a heal power to supplement /elec's somewhat lacking self heal potential

Possibly some wonkiness with Mids, when I have both off I'm getting 53.6 melee 38 ranged and 33 aoe. Also, why do you run with Mask Presence off ? in case you didn't know, when you are in combat it still gives a 3% all def, secondly it gives you first attack out of stealth a critical strike. So in essence the above numbers with mask presence on, while in combat you should be looking at 56.6 41 and 36 m/r/a defences. Another change that I wouuld make to your build would be to add a Celerity: +Stealth IO to your Sprint. This combined with Mask Presence will give you a pretty much unbreakable stealth

First of all, this build is so far over def caps that you don't even need to have Mind Link on to be at caps (a little shy of cap for AoE). The easy way out here without redoing the whole thing is obviously to drop Mind Link all together and choose a new power. You could go with Psychic Tornado as it will cater more to your gameplay plan than Psychic Scream since it is a targeted AoE that doesn't need positioning to work, the glaring downside of this is that you weapons will redraw every time you use it and come back to your stabby powers. Secondly you could pick up Confuse, a very good power that also stacks with Aura of Confusion to confuse Boss class enemies. You could also go for a Travel Power if you are inclined but I usually skip them on my characters since I find them redundant in a world of 5k inf jetpacks, ninja run and base port.

Still would take 30 mins to do it XD

Wow Gloom really is good, I will have to look into switching up Mu for Soul to try it out. It also offers access to Darkest Night instead of Fences as a pre-req power for the pet at the end. Interesting ! Thanks for that breakdown I'll probably wait until Toxic Dart comes out to try it all out at the same time. It's at times like this when I wish it didn't take 30 mins to do a respec !!! I could totally see myself putting one of those slots into Stamina for the new 15% run speed buff from Synapse's Shock

I like the Large boat maps the best. Worst for me is the CoT caves with the wonky teleporters all over the place or the Council maps with the (what feels like) 23 story "Sauna" sections

I'd have to try with Ball Lightning in the build, it's in interesting power for sure. What I like about Suppression is how wide it is, it DOES take a while to animate but I never get tired of looking at it since it looks AWESOME. While Ball Lightning has is weak ass animation, it sure is faster. Other glaring problem with using BL instead of Sup would be when exemplaring I would be completely out one AoE power which would be pretty bad. If you don't exemp, then fine but if you do it would be pretty game breaking to get rid of Sup. Fences is also a lot faster animation and can possibly fit in more procs (not 100% sure since I don't know Proc-Fu) but from what I see on my fire farmer, the damage is significantly lower than Suppression. I actually have Fences in my build as a pre-req for the Mu Striker pet but I rarely use it since it isn't slotted. But the exemp problem still exists with this one. Frenzy is meh as best since you are wasting time running into melee range instead of doing damage with your ranged powers
-
Try making a Thugs/Cold MM. It is a late bloomer set, like you don't have many active powers for a while but between your Enforcers, Leadership, Cold shields and Arctic Fog your pets will be near defence cap by level 20ish.

Here is the build I am currently playing. I got it originally from a user name Omega-202 and modified it to suit my needs/playstyle. Not sure yet how good Toxic Dart is from the new power pool so I can't comment too much on it's viability as a replacement for Longfang. While Longfang's DPA is lower than the melee attacks, the time you will waste going in and out of melee range ( since you need to position somewhat for your cone attacks ) would cancel any dps gain you might have had. As to taking both Arctic Breath and Bile spray, I would advise against it since you will actually have too many cones that you won't be able to effectively use them all. With a permahaste build, both rotations I have listed here are very tight, there is no downtime in the rotations so adding 2 other cone powers would be redundant. Channelgun is a lot worse than Mu Lightning in the damage department, as such I only use it as a set mule and when I exemplar. Not sure how Spirit Shark holds up compared to Mu Lightning but it is a good idea to replace Channelgun in your rotation since it is very weak. I can only speak for Mu Lightning but it is significantly stronger and has a split second animation. My Single Target rotation is : Venom Grenade > Mu Lightning > Longfang > Mu Lightning (When Exemplaring just replace Lightning with Channelgun) AoE Rotation is : Venom Grenade > Frag Grenade > Suppression For Incarnate slots: Alpha slot is Musculative (obviously!). I went with Barrier with the Ally Rez option for added team utility in the Destiny Slot, With my Hybrid slot I went with Support for the endu discount which helps a lot when summoning pets since it's really the only time my end bar has trouble. I chose the Arachnos Lore slot simply for thematical purposes Cryonic Judgement slot for the cone since I'm usually positioning myself for Suppression in the first place Villain Plan by Mids' Reborn : Hero Designer 2.6.0.7 https://github.com/ImaginaryDevelopment/imaginary-hero-designer Click this DataLink to open the build! The Soldiers of Arachnos ATO has one fun one (Global Proc woo) and one super lame one (Chance for terrorize boo-lame-boo). Dominion of Arachnos could fun if it followed the example of the other set and made the terrorize proc global too ! Since both are relatively weak compared to other ATO sets ( Stalker, Scrapper ) I doubt it would break the balance much. Like others have expressed, Mastermind ATOs fitting only in pet slots (that need major frankenslotting to be good in the first place) could use a change but I think that this is a symptom of a larger problem with Masterminds. Some of those (what 6, 7 ?) pet aura buff frankenslot bonuses could be baked into the Mastermind Supremacy passive to free up some of these slots.

This is supposed to be a tool that will export your current build and enhancement setup from the game to a web page for people to consult existing builds. From what I understand, at this stage it is not meant to be a builder but a viewer.

Focused Feedback: Electrical Affinity - Powers (Build 2)
Seigmoraig replied to Jimmy's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
Would be nice if Shock dealt some damage instead of just doing the end drain and the -dmg. Feels like it would be a much better incentive to actually use the power and have some positive feedback when using it. As it stands, it doesn't feel great to use shock since it doesn't feel like it's doing much of anything. It feels like a weaker version of Infrigidate to me
