I assume he's a time/ice defender? I like the idea that he uses his time control to create ice. It's a similar idea to the one behind my kinetic melee/super reflexes scrapper. Technically speaking, her only super power is "super speed". Oh no doubt, but I was thinking more about being able to change the color of the vents & ports, for both the high tech and steampunk variants.
