I wanted to try for a sort of carbon-fiber look for this character's armor. I think "The Deceiver's Reticle", (Illusion/Arsenal Dominator), turned out rather nicely!

Hmm, been a while since i've posted here. A long break will do that. Anyway here's a few i've come up with in the recent months.

Multi-Tool - Arsenal Control/Trick Arrow Controller. Armed with a wide variety of weaponry, he's got a bullet, grenade, arrow or mace beam for any occasion. Making liberal use of holstered weapons for sure here.

Devil's Handyman - Dark Melee/Fiery Aura Brute. Even the Devil's own toilet gets plugged up sometimes. Takes a serious plumber to deal with that sort of backup.

Nuclear Hoodlum - Fire Blast/Radiation Emission Corrupter. No real story here, was shooting for something punky or Freakshow-ish more than anything. Originally came up with the costume for an Electric Sentinel but I had other ideas with that.

Experiment 062-P - Psi Melee/Shield Defense Stalker. Created as an offshoot of the Seer program tooled for close-quarters combat to employ in the IDF, this one found herself able to slip away and join the Resistance. Costume was aiming for something akin to the Failed Experiements though they have a number of unique pieces not available to players, mainly the shackles are not something we can use.

Post Apocalyptic cape, it's only available with the Full Mantle setting.

Well, I finally got around to getting a villain to level 50!

Jouleiana (Energy/Energy blaster)

Juliana Omlin was an engineer on a Crey Industries project, researching ways to use fiber optics to transmit energies more powerful than mere light and data. When a hero came rampaging through her workplace, a piece of exploding equipment left Juliana blind, and the released energy permanently altered her skin, leaving her bright pink. Once recovered from her other injuries, her mind was still as brilliant as ever, but now she held a deep hatred for so-called "heroes". She accepted an offer from Countess Crey to have her right eye replaced with an experimental optical implant that interfaced with her undamaged optic nerves and restored her sight, along with providing other benefits. She returned to work, but her anger toward heroes only grew deeper. One day she stole materials from work and built herself a suit that would allow her to focus dangerous energies into powerful attacks, and set out for revenge!
