Mind Dominator working solo. Sleep whatever you fight, pop immediate health and endurance, cotinue. Six slot rest to make this fast. How feasible would this be? How about Six slotting brawl? Torchbearer: Sunsinger - Fire/Time Corruptor Cursebreaker - TW/Elec Brute Coldheart - Ill/Cold Controller Mythoclast - Rad/SD Scrapper Give a man a build export and you feed him for a day, teach him to build and he's fed for a lifetime. The more I thought about it the more I realized youd probabaly have to have 3 slots in sprint, swift, and hurdle, and focus on movement speed set bonus' and youd probabaly still be the weakest travel power ever. Maybe I'll try it on justin. Pairs well with Ninjutsu. There i some run speed increases in the set, along with a stealth that doesnt slow you down and makes ninja run a true ninja run! It is a fast swinging, fast recharging, endurance-conserving attack power, which means it's great for building fury. Putting brawl on auto-fire is almost manditory for leveling a brute. Well having maxed defense isn't that useful if you can't attack due to Afterburner. That being said I'd forgotten how good Weave is on Defenders. I am quite sure you actually manage to have more melee attacks than time enough to use them all. Particularly with cross-punch in the mix (which I actually just tested on Justin, incidentally -- cone attack that would give this build 10% recharge bonus per struck target). HelenCarnate Posted June 15, 2019 Share Posted June 15, 2019 Ok so this would take forever to kill anything but it could survive. I took 0 time to figure out attack strategy or optimize damage. Just threw in sets to bump up various defenses and resists as much as I could. Almost 40% Fire/Cold Defense. Close to soft cap Melee Defense and capped S/L resists. I figure fight what you can and when you get low on HP, hit afterburner and GTFO and heal up then come back. Oh and 6 slotting brawl with 4 damage procs and accuracy is potentially viable. Over 300 damage if you get lucky and they all proc on the same attack.
