I wonder if it would be too exploitative to simply give MMs a power to force-recall their minions to their location...

I would do something like: T1 - 2 footmen using broadswords and shields, 1 cleric with a mace, shield, and a heal-other power. T2 - 2 archers, possibly getting some nature or plant powers via an upgrade. T3 - A wizard with power bolt (as magic missiles), fireball, and maybe lightning storm later on. Alternatively, the T3 could be something like a berserker using titan weapons, and you yourself would be the wizard, gaining the energy, fire, and electrical attacks. Something like a "battle cry", which temporarily buffs your minions would be cool, as the special ability.

Roll an "easy" AT/powerset combo to level, get it to 50, then respec into what you "really" wanted to play - seems kind of like an exploit to me. Just roll what you really want, and if you can't stomach the sub-50 content, there's lots of ways to expedite that journey. Further, you can pretty much change your name, costume, and even body type at-will, so there's nothing there holding you back. Heck, you can even get enh unslotters and mail items to your own account if that's what you're after...

I think the quickest path to getting crossbows would be to adapt the small single-handed ones into pistol models, and the larger 2-handed ones into AR and/or beam rifle models.

Or it could be that many sites use the same security providers, such as Cloudflare, and they decided to implement tighter security based upon some other metric they're using...

When you say "gone right", do you mean that he still looks human, or that he was able to break free of the mental conditioning, etc? In short, does he look like a Council Vampyri under the mask?

It's not all that dissimilar to domination - there's the click power, but it's tied to the AT's special resource bar instead of end.

I like the idea, but I'd tweak it a little, (order of powers not hard-set): 1. Riot Shield - Uses the existing shield models. Provides a tiny amount of defense, but also reduces knockdown and repel effects. 2. Sidearm - A simple pistol shot. 3. Spear throw - Use the animation from the various Cimerora enemies. 4. Booster pack - The base power would be similar to superjump, with a click that grants flight. 5. Enhanced Vision - An auto power that boosts perception, resists tohit & perception debuffs, and provides a small amount of +acc.

We need to be able to set a "tether-distance" for our pets - if they get further than a certain value, they are literally dragged along to keep up with the MM or otherwise respawn.

I think there would have to be a lot of tweaking with regards to the damage & control values, and a lot of thought would have to be put into this class's special ability. For instance, I wonder if they could implement a special ability, similar to containment, but only for your pets - like maybe your pets deal increased damage and have an increased chance to hit vs controlled enemies, but you yourself did not. This could include pets from the secondary as well. As others pointed out, though, Illusion may be too powerful in this setup, so maybe just exclude it for the time being.

I've had good results with those cheap to medium-quality all-metal risers/stands - they allow better airflow, don't vibrate as much, and inherently act as a large heat sink...

I have a water/bio sent at 50, and it is very powerful.

I wonder how hard and/or different it would be to implement something like a 1940s or 1970s Atlas Park, via Ouroboros or some other form of time travel...

Here's another thought - y'know how they added an option to change the range of local chat - what if group fly could be given a variable range option, with one being self-only. If they can't readily place Nulls all over the place, how about allowing those with group fly to simply shrink its range a bit?

Gotcha. Either way, I tried Edge, which has zero add-ons or extensions of any kind, and I get the issue...

TY for the response & update! I don't have any Homecoming-specific extensions in any of those browsers that I reported the issue with, and Edge is completely free of any extensions or add-ons at all. Any other suggestions, (otherwise I'll just stick to Firefox until things blow-over, as it were)...

Did some further testing - seems to be something with Brave, Chrome, and Edge, but Firefox works fine. Any ideas?

I should also add that I can both play the game itself and browse other sites without issue...

I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies & cache, disconnected then reconnected from wifi, rebooted, checked for updates, yet the issue persists.

I access the forums from various computers. Even with my AV temporarily disabled, I am now sometimes getting stuck at "Checking if the site connection is secure", which seems to be a preliminary check performed by Cloudflare. Any advice on how I can remedy this? Thanks!

I don't think you understand - the Wiki does not dictate what powers exist in the game, how they work, or where they originate from - the game and the dev team does that. While you, as a player, can come up with a story surrounding your particular character and how their powers work or came from, you are still constrained by the game engine and mechanics. Your character can claim that they are Statesman's mom and that she gave him his powers through a set of magical Underoos, but that would be a baseless claim within the greater scope of the game itself... and even if you created an entire wiki about it, it still wouldn't have any veracity...

That wasn't what I asked. Please address my questions to you. I don't care if the wiki copied the in-game text verbatim - it doesn't make it authoritative...
