So I was originally going to make this character a sort of "supermodel/diva meets low-level vigilante", but after playing around with different colors and costume pieces, I instead decided to make her a relief worker who, after working with several members of "The Lost", became a little too interested in the changes they were undergoing and weapons they were utilizing. To this end, she used that close contact to gather a few DNA samples and choice pieces of equipment. Thus, she became the wielder of "Alluring Armaments", not because of her appearance, but because of the power to do good that these findings could enable for her... alluring armaments3.costume

This thread reminds me of how many early 3D games that used 2D backgrounds, (think Resident Evil), would kind of "remember" your control orientation, even if the perspective shifted, so you may have to continue to press down to move forward, even if you were now moving away from the screen. Regardless, just set your controls the way you like, then save them so you can quickly reload them on any future alts you create... -
One of the things about CoH that always boggled my mind was how gangs that messed around with demons (Hellions) or death (Skulls) are considered low-level threats, while glorified LARPers like the Warriors are tougher. The whole dynamic seems out of whack, (though I guess the same logic is applied when the Joker can suddenly pose a threat to Superman, when the plot demands it)...

As @WanderingAries mentioned - try temporarily disabling your firewall, or whitelist/allow CoH and Tequila, then try again. Hope that helps!

Put simply, I'd love to see a way of setting a particular costume slot to be used when "in combat". The game has a way of detecting this state, (since there are aura options that do something similar). I know what is treated as "in combat" is by no means perfect, but it'd be great for characters that are supposed to undergo some sort of transformation when they fight, (were-creatures, mecha-suit users, etc). You can impose the same 15 second cooldown on changing, to be in line with other costume changes. And to just get it out of the way, I am aware that I could use costume change emotes and other binds/slash commands to do this manually - I'm just proposing a more automated way of doing this. Thank you for your consideration!

The collar is part of a sleeveless jacket - gunslinger or steampunk, IIRC. The flair part that sticks up is one of the head details, (Imperial Dynasty, IIRC).

With the devs revamping the Warriors, I could easily see, for instance, Council members using the pistol attacks and special ammo or beam rifle attacks, alongside the more traditional AR-based ones...

Y'know, I keep wanting to use those resistance goggles, but they don't seem to take the secondary/lens color very well, (but you pulled it off somehow)!

I can't say this definitively, but I recall early on that there was going to be this concept of certain powerset or origins being strong vs certain enemies and weak vs others, which was scrapped, due to players either choosing origins to work around this, or targeting/avoiding certain enemy groups for this reason. Frankly, certain powerset are already stronger/weaker vs different damage types and/or sources already, so why not just go with those...

Up to this point, Tia had been one of your typical Paragon City residents, for whom muggings and purse-snatchings were an inevitability. One day, while walking to a bus stop after her office job, she caught a glimpse of a purplish-blue crystal in an alley. As she went to investigate it, some random Hellion grabbed her purse and pushed her down. Tia fell back, and that crystal she had spotted earlier became imbedded in her back. Feeling a surge of power that she'd never experienced before, she struck out at her attacker, quickly defeating him and recovering her purse, before running home as quickly as she could. After a feverish night, the Kheldian that was in that crystal revealed itself to her, explaining its origins and how the two of them had now become one. Thus, Tia began a life of heroism, naming herself after the purple-blue crystal that started it all... tanzanite tia2.costume

I wonder if they could simply make "opportunity" apply a debuff to the enemy, and simply reduce their damage resistance or trigger a heal on the ones attacking that target, to instead benefit your entire team that way...

Well, I see what you're saying, but I meant just the fists, and not also the forearms. Thank you, though.

Alternatively, I wonder how hard it would be to add a "no-bleed" glow aura, with requisite eye options, which basically produces a glow effect that does not extend beyond a fairly sharp boundary, (i.e. just the eyes, or just the fists, etc).

No one knows the true intentions of this "Little Girl Lost", though her actions appear to be heroic for the time being... little girl lost2.costume

I know there are various pieces of password management software out there that can auto-insert your credentials into websites and such - would any of them work for a stand alone program like CoH?

I'd be happy if we just got some more female tops with skin, preferably without the weird jagged straps going around the sides & back, and perhaps not just options that involves leather and straps/buckles. I'd also love more options that could be utilized under shirts/jackets/other top pieces, that didn't show such ugly straps underneath.
