  1. This is sort of the other side of it. Once you get past a certain point in IO builds, you realise you aren't power pick limited. You are slot limited. So just giving us some slots somewhere would be far more helpful to "solve" the "issues" of the power pick. But considering we don't actually need more power creep ... Means even if it were easy enough to do, it likely wouldn't be something they should do.

  7. Changing power order is possible, no one said it wasn't. Changing the secondary pick to 1 or 2 was stated as not an option when the tanker changes started happening on test. In that example the T1 and T2 of tanker secondaries were flipped as one of the proposed changes, one of the reasons they did it that way was because they could not do the other

  9. This is basically where I am with regards to the melee support stuff. I don't see the big divide between ranged and melee that is evidently inherently obvious. Which might help explain my counter proposal of assault sets for corruptors "If they really want to punch instead of shoot so bad .. well okay.

  12. Seems like there are three general "wants" when it comes to melee support. A melee defender with a better inherent. (Low damage, high suporr) A melee variant of a corruptor with a better inherent (high damage, some support) A heavy support variant of a tanker (high survival, some support) presumably this one overlaps with one of the others. So it sounds like people who advocate the melee support idea really want at least 2 ATs not 1. ======= I agree trying to make the inherent do everything will not work. No other AT does this. Seems more reasonable that whatever melee support character comes out of these ideas should instead follow the Stalker's lead. In that it should give up some support powers and some melee powers to balance the fact it will be a support character with mez protect and armor. Or a melee character with a lot of support.

  14. Widows have the highest damage versions of Spin and Evis available .. And Dart Burst is fun. I can't see avoiding AOE.

  17. I've teamed up with you on several Task Forces and never made anyone wait though.
  18. SR runs great. Rumors of its supposed squishiness for Tankers I think are spread by people who don't play actual SR *tankers* to 50.
  19. I wonder how the chance for hide affects defense. I know I have more defense from the Hide power when "hidden" a lot more when AOE is concerned. I also use Stealth to hold a LOTG And I am in the hidden state when that fires, although still attacked.

  21. The thing is, why bother? You can already build an invul tanker to levels rivalling a Granite tank with none of the drawbacks. Otherwise id agree, I was a Elementals/Monolith and Thing fan way back when.
  22. Some ideas fit in the category of .. they would have been good ideas when COH was in alpha. But its an established game now, and you aren't going to radically change how it plays at this point.
  23. You should be able to jump the normal, non hurdle, non sprint amount when jumping in granite. Rooted idk, doesn't matter
