  2. That’s working as intended, devs stated Scrappers will never get any more taunt auras than those on live.
  3. Which Mud Pots? Are you saying the Tanker/Brute versions broke? No other versions will get taunt but those two.

  5. Slows are pretty useless in PvP so it wouldn’t make a ton of sense. Taunt, maybe.
  6. Agree. The game is already easy enough to solo most TF’s, so an easy mode beyond the existing easy mode is a little questionable.
  7. I want to play as many as possible! Once I hit 100 50’s soon here, I will have only 8 powersets not leveled to 50 on any AT (3 MM primaries and 5 Dom secondaries, I believe). Ofc this assumes (1) if the powerset name is the same, it counts, even though Sentinel’s for instance have a lot of little unique features and (2) let’s admit that Ninja Blade and Katana ate the same set 🙂

    Scrapper ST DPS

    I find both Claws and Titan Weapons to be on the more boring half of the melee set options. So I’m a bad min-maxer 😕 Katana reeeally appeals to me for this. Golden Dragonfly can slot Achilles’ Heel, Fury of the Gladiator, and/or Force Feedback, and is super sleek and cool to look at 🙂 incredible. Ice Melee is super appealing to me as well; it’s just good at everything and not boring. EM is EM ofc
  9. Good point here: whether I’m sitting in someone else’s farm or powerleveling myself, I’m typically using leveling time tabbed out working on my new toon’s build 🙂

Not sure how KB->KD IO’s are any more of a “Mastermind thing” than a Storm thing, a Kheldian thing, an Energy thing, a Bonfire thing, etc. I happily deal with it on all of the above because the KB->KD IO’s are plainly worth it except on S/T attacks. On some powers like Tornado and Bonfire, there is no other enhancement as potent as a Sudden Acceleration/Overwhelming Force in DPS terms. So obviously the knockdown conversion should retain its cost, because powerful things have costs in game design and balance.

  15. Don’t hold your breath - it’s SR’s only meaningful hole, really. SR is already pretty god tier right now.

  19. Melee attacks are not affected by range boosts. They are indeed great for ranged characters and especially for cones. My Sonic/ blaster actually grabbed Clarion Radial to try to make all those Sonic cones a little sexier. A little range boost also means you can usually hover blast outdoors with impunity.

  21. By choice, sure. The devs themselves have said over and over how very accessible IO’s are nowadays. But self-gimping is not a popular means of creating challenges. Some players want to be challenged on maxed out characters, and good MMO’s provide an outlet for this, like HC is working towards here.
