  1. I haven't been to DA since live but I seem to remember liking the change, the monstrosities there now are kinda Berserk Apostle-esque
  2. You're going to have to compromise dmg a lot to fit all 6 imo just aim for soft cap for pets & do what you want with any slots left over. Note: if you take the Mu AOE immobilizer it reduces kb to kd so you can skip the kb to kd IOs
  3. I saw a Rumblebee in LFG a month or so ago, I asked if the name was a combo Rumble & Bumblebee but they never answered (Obviously the words are a combined but I had the Transformers in mind)
  4. I understood that reference, I'd like to join on one of my villains (not that I have many)
  5. Power Build Up + Farsight
  6. On Live, I found the longbow support spamming the empathy Healing Aura very useful on my Bots/Traps/Mu especially when Soloing the BAF Turrets & the Spawns inside of BAF but I agree a brute probably wouldn't get much out of them.
  7. Correct me if i'm wrong but all IOs of one type are linked despite lvl so someone can craft & post for bid a lvl 10 Def IO which will fulfill any bid for a lvl 50 Def IO, In which case it will always be better to buy one off the market than to craft one.
  8. Why are you doing this to another thread about the market? The market is currently an absolute mess. The lower tier IOs aren't worth crafting because the higher tier IOs are selling for so cheap courtesy of converters. Again, not a real problem. People can afford builds for their characters. I don't consider this an "absolute mess", in fact it's a much healthier market than we ever had on Live. This!!!!!The Market on Live was super, ultra, hyper, inflated ex, +, alpha compared to Homecoming. I remember when LOTG 7.5% recharge & similar hardcore "do want" IOs cost 100 million a pop! "Good" Purple and PVP set IOs were worth 250-300 million! I was only able to cap inf (2 billion) & make a purple'd out build for my main through focusing all my alts on the TF/SF of the week & exploiting the hell out of "The Last Conversion" along with the rest of the Triumph server, good times *"The Last Conversion" was the only time when dealing with the market on Live was a pleasant experience.
  9. What is veteran XP good for? Every veteran level you get some bonus Incarnate stuff, either threads or Empyrean Merits. Thanks!
  10. Not everyone thinks that this game IS just a power fantasy... consider that players dial up the difficulty as high as it will go. If all they wanted was to smash mobs like superheroes beating up gun-toting mobsters, they would run it at -1/x8 to have more bodies falling to the floor, faster. xp/reward rates would plummet under that scenario, put it this way, if the rewards for -1 were the same as +4 what percentage of players would bother with +4?
  11. This, also where can I find more info about unity?
  12. Thank you, I'll check it out.
  13. I haven't seen any "gear" checks on indomitable. The only gating I have seen are for farms in which case you have to pay your way in.
  14. City of Titans is pretty much what i want out of a COH2
  15. agreed also what does Fatigued do when you hit some one with Boxing after picking up sweeping cross?
  16. Sonic has - by far - the worst (inherent) single target dps of any Blast set. The stacking -resist debuffs merely bring that up to 'adequate'. Fire Blast will still do more damage solo. Sonic Defenders also tend to 'de-optimize' their single target damage rotation by taking Screech rather than Shout since it boosts the resist debuffing. Fireball and Rain of Fire easily beat anything Sonic has in terms of damage per activation. But they have relatively long recharges. On the other hand, Sonic can relentlessly roll AEs. In essence, you need to compare Fireball/RoF damage per recharge vs. Howl/Shockwave damage per activation - and Fire loses that comparison (badly). However, that's under ideal circumstances. In practice, Cones are much harder to use than target AE and target location effects (and the latter have higher target caps). If you take that into account, your Sonic Defender is probably running about even with a Fire Defender for raw AE damage. In theory, Fire could take Fire Breath, but almost no one ever does. Fire breath has fallen out of vogue? Is that just for Defs? I remember the Pre-ED days of BU -> Fire Breath -> Fire Ball -Rain of Fires would just melt spawns leaving only Bosses

  18. Are you using the endurance saving mode of Staff?
  19. Are you going for a Grunbeld theme?
  20. -Res is probably the best Debuff type in the game so Sonic by far for all the reason already stated it is just extremely powerful for Defenders.
  21. Time/Sonic/Soul Time: is amazing overall, & good to great at many things, all but 1 power can be used solo, Chrono Shift will help you Perma hasten which will help you Perma Chrono Shift. Finally many of it's powers can be boosted by Power Build Up Sonic: Dmg is underwhelming on paper until you factor in the -res which will make it easy to stack over 100 -res easily doubling the dmg of any allies & pets & that is in addition to whatever -res or +dmg your primary offers! Soul: Provides PBU, a perm-able DMG Pet, a +dmg PBAOE (you can use to boost your sonic attacks which in turn will add -res for when you use your judgement attack)
  22. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( BRUH
  23. Cool Costume great concept.
