After screwing around with this build for about a week its very solid. Both Lions and Alpha wolf (level 18) lick themselves pretty much on cooldown. Aid other is used very often, but not on cooldown. Pets are just downright tough as hell. Disruption Field (-res toggle) can go on any pet Sonic Siphon (single -res debuff) works great on bosses as a fight starter And alternating Bonfire with KB to KD and Liquefy is just awesome Also turns out the single and big bubbles have toxic resist. beasts (with IOs) are up to 70%~ish toxic resist And Sonic Repulsion with KB to KD is just chain knocking down whatever is near it, if you can tolerate the sound, which i cant. Its like the first mastermind I been able to enjoy in a long time.

Not 100% sure on this but you can use the Arena's pokemon style battle using Longbow Warden (?) badge to overnight healing badges. theres probably a more detailed guide somewhere on this

please factor in perma-ish soul drain. also enemy resistance, not all firefarms are the same. but the cave firefarm comicon map has a reasonable amount of lethal resist. quills and blazing aura should do the same amount of damage, but dont.
-
My latest Fire farmer is a dark/fire/MU. Mu Mastery is horrifically important. 30 seconds of a nice 8-10 target Soul Drain and enough recharge through IOs/incarnate getting it near perma is what makes it awesome Soul Drain, use AoEs. Burn>Fences>Ball>burn Static Discharge Cone is nice for pulling and Shadow Maul is low priority unless enemies line up for it. Mu Mastery is where the damage comes from most fire farmers. Sure Burn is a contributing factor but Mu Mastery people overlook/dont wanna switch to villain for 30-60 minutes/dont know about.

If all you want is an auto follow alt alt account consider force fields or sonic. switching back and forth for little buffs/debuffs can get too much. meanwhile something like merc/thug/bot with force fields/sonic reso might be much easier. edit: I guess any mastermind primary with force fields. thinking like a brute/scrapper main account and a beast/forcefield following around the main might also be cool. even go for a ninja/ff thing following a kat/nin scrapper and so on

Anyone ever tried this combo? Using Frankenslotting to get as many Auras I can into the pets I am looking at: +40% resist from sonic shields, +30% resist from aura IOs, and +15%ish s/l/c resist from beast inherents which is close to pet's 90% resist cap for s/l and 70%ish to most other damage types beasts have 12% def to all inherently, add another 10% from the two aura IOs and up to 22%, another 10% to aoe from the ATO, throw in maneuvers for another 4% to all 26% melee and ranged def, and 36% aoe def, not counting beasts 6% def to all howl buff since uncontrollable, but its there 85%ish s/l/c resist 70%ish to f/e/n resist 30% t/p resist

Its been over a year now. Can you stop? i rarely read your posts

Then dont tell me how to post

i dont want to log in to check the numbers but between unable to control what he does when i dont want to rely on mostly -5% tohits. also remember that high level enemies resist debuffs
-
Since your pets wont be invulnerable you can still 4/6 Call to Arms (skip dmg/end and aura) and 1 regular damage and 1 regular recharge IO for Soul Extraction. Or you can put Command of the Mastermind RECHARGE/+AoE def aura in place of the regular recharge IO and free up a slot for the Lich for: Lich: 2 acc/mez hamis, 1 dmg/mez hami, acc/dmg/end blood mandate, dmg blood mandate, 1 aura This slotting gets maximum Mez, dmg and acc out of the Lich. Please note that Mez/whatever hamis are universal. It will hold longer, immobilize longer and fear longer. Remember this if you ever make a Merc mastermind.
-
No to all of that. Zombies: 2 acc/dmg hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end blood mandate, 1 end/heal hami, 2 auras Knights: 2 acc/dmg hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end blood mandate, 1 end/heal hami, 2 auras Lich: 2 acc/dmg hamis, 1 acc/dmg/end blood mandate, 1 end/heal hami, 2 auras There are 3 resist aura IOs giving +10% resist to all and that 30% total stacks well with your Thermal shields There are 3 def aura IOs, giving two being 5% to all, and one being 10% to aoe
-
Consider Beast/FF or Beast/Sonic Aura IOs are a must for both. With bubbles, you can softcap fairly easily at low levels With sonic, you can get really close to the 90% resist softcap. 40% from 3 shields, 30% from 3 IO auras, and all beasts come with s/l/c resist around 15% Strait heals are terrible to keep pets alive. If you are hard set on Nature you will need to be able to frankenslot pets to have all the aura resist AND def IOs and be quick with the fungi -tohit debuff and enough global haste for your pbaoe resist/absorb

Just slot KB to KD. You will be happier once the whole flash of anger caused by a teenage rebellious spirit fades away. Even with fighting/epic pools you should have more than enough slots for KB to KD at 50. Is the freedom to knockback everything all the time really having your entire account filtered? Remember if someone ignores one of your characters, your entire account gets ignored by that person Every time you send someone a tell for a TF or a group and they dont reply, you been filtered Every time you ask a question and no one answers, you been filtered Ever join a paper/radio team and after the mission is over everyone quickly leaves? Those are the nice people who dont want to be around you and filtered you

If you are casual why do you want the not-casual stuff?

Or at the very least has more spell effects when it hits an enemy. I dont know what else to call it. Tailor > Burn > Bright Fire > both colors top left Grey When solo and not hitting anything, its a nice transparent greyish cloud However when hitting one enemy, its back to blindingly white in both thickness of the fire and color With Dark Fire same crap, but dark. Burn gets super thick and bright when it hits an NPC
-
I am perfectly happy with rad/fire/mu blowing my spine/fire/pyre and ss/fire/mu out of the water in cave firefarm times. Maybe you shouldnt take so much pride in alts and trying to convince others to not be optimal because you have a special attraction to something
-
then.. why SS at all? literally the sets gimmick. Radiation Melee is about non-resisted damage types, TWO irradiated ground patches filled with procs and build up. using SS to farm is dumb and using SS without rage is dumbererererer
-
The age of this thread has me worried about replying but: DO NOT DO SS/FIRE BRUTE FIREFARMER The rage crashes for me were just too much, 10 seconds of nothing does not feel good and it just super noticeable when in constant combat. Sure outside of Atlas you can rage crash between groups and whatnot but ugh. While SS/Fire/Mu did some nice damage I eventually got too sick and tired of the rage crash and went Radi/Fire/Mu
-
Is it possible to turn this into a .. ya know what im not even going to fuck around with pretending this is a new idea Turn it into Frozen Orb from Diablo2 Pseudopet, coded to just "walk" forward at the time of casting in front of the caster with AoE power(s) just firing off left and right
-
i didnt read the rest of the thread. ill eventually not worry about this someday and thats good enough for now
-
Or at least add a 10 second cast time. Sick and tired of popping TT on a task force and X people instantly TP to base meanwhile only Y people stay for TT Then the X people bitch at us to wait.

Hard No. To make Cross Punch work you will always always be using Boxing/Kick for that combo stuff and you will be doing nothing but that and just.. no. And it is a small cone, you will RARELY hit more than one target. Now Boxing/Kick/Punch for say a hard soloing controller or mastermind... not too bad.
