  1. TLDR: If you have to preface your post with "Hate to be THAT guy buuuut.." - You are that guy, and you clearly don't hate being it. Stop. Touch grass. They have a Team tab? And what does it matter... it's pixels and e-fame regardless. If you doubt they've done this 8 times, what does it matter to you? Who's fun does it infringe on if they're not telling the truth?
  2. Beam/EnA Sentinel. Or Water/Regen Sentinel.
  3. Getting attacked and attacking, regardless of hitting on either side, builds Fury. Def brutes are in NO shortage of Fury - It's just that due to AT modifiers and whatnot, you're better either running Scrapper or Tank (depending on damage or toughness), than running a Def-based Brute. Perfectly competent, but min/max will pull you to another AT for the defensive powerset.
  4. */Rad with BS/Kat/Staff seems a great idea, abuse the Parry. Leaning towards Staff/Radiation (both want PLENTY of targets) I've a StJ/SD Stalker... who was VERY end hungy, so leaning towards /Ice repeat for the management tools. I feel /Regen is weakest on a Scrapper now, given the 4 AT's that have it... So, looking to pair with a strong Primary, and one that won't thirst for many targets, but wants hard targets - Stone/Regen I run my Sav/DA Brute with BT exactly like that... it's not a Build Up, it's an end recovery tool by instantly refilling my stacks. I can see that... Again, not a bad idea, but attempting new combos/playstyles. First, thank you all, and to any else who comment. So, with the input, 20ish hours of thinking, and some rest, I think I've filled it out. Now just need to think of concepts for them all... and roll them, and play them... My doubled armor sets are all the Defense or Defense-hybrid sets... Figure I should lean into the strengths of the AT. Battle Axe Fiery Aura BL Psycho? Broad Sword Willpower Generic Pict? 5. Agreed on Claws/Stone, is also why I have TW/Nin - I love the exclusive combos, even with proliferation. (have an Ill/Dark troller, too). Validation on Axe/Fiery, nice. Stealing Fiery/Nin (why didn't I think of that?). Nrg/SD seems solid, catch is if I can tint stuff to ignore the pom-pom clipping, or make it seem a normal part of the shield. Other ideas are good, but not seeming to click, yet. Though, BS/Regen is a slower Kat/Regen, so hard pass there. Thank you! And, @Rokkeb - I didn't really see a recommendation in your lists, more just several you seem to be unsatisfied with. If I misread, please clarify.
  6. Currently have a small stable of scrappers, with ideas for more, and as I'm always build planning, trying to at least forecast the rest... So, I'm turning to all the crazed, brilliant minds of the Scrapper boards for assistance/feedback. I've a strong aversion to themed Pri/Sec - no Fiery/Fiery, Ice/Ice et alia. I'm looking to make a Scrapper for every Primary - as there's 21 available, and only 14 secondaries, there will be repeats. If I've made a horrific combo, that I'll regret, feel free to give your feedback Mained a Kat/Regen on Legacy, also had an MA/Inv - So, not repeating those. 7. 75% resists versus 90% resists. 'nuff said.
  8. 24 power choices to 50, 3 Pri/Sec mandatory, and 4 pools with 5 powers each means you're shy 1 power and 3 slots if you don't train to 49. Can still be combat level 50, and never an incarnate.
  9. Where's the customization? #ACAB
  10. 0. Redraw does nothing to alter the cast time of a power. It is a cosmetic only change in HC.
  11. Sorry, got sidetracked way too late/early in the morning, due to mini-conversation with @Bill Z Bubba
  12. 1 Acc, 3 Dam in attacks. 3 Def/Res in any armors. 3 Rech in clickies. 3 Heal in healing 3 EndMod in +Rec EndRed to taste

spendier.
  14. Lost the build, will have to remake. This is in Wentworth's. Nevermind, not remaking, this is a hot mess... When I revisit it, I'll need to fix it.
  15. Similar, though I didn't take Venge/Victory...
  16. So, SotW has the edge, over time, in AS stacks, too... Interesting. I remember from my number crunching days on my Kat/Regen Scrap... I had GC > SotW due to the DPS differences... Then found in play (not pylons) that I had a smoother chain, and less slivers of mobs to kill using the higher alpha of SotW. IIRC, I ran GD > SotW > SD > SotW... Never played Nin/ since it was a bad copy of Kat....
  17. I'll second Rad/Fiery for tanking... Is only the second I've gotten to 50 (first was Ice/SS on legacy). Obscene toughness, multi-use kit, and ALL the AoE.
  18. Warshades would be insane with a short duration MezPro after dropping Dwarf... Main advantage that PB's have - Perma-LF = Mez Pro (-Fear... freaking Tsoo).
  19. There's a bias here... But I'm not sure what it is...
  20. 4 dps difference between the two (+GC), 38 dpa difference (+SotW). The difference is minimal. Though, I'm sure someone with better numbers than I can tell if the higher frequency, lower damage works out better for +Crit damage.
  21. Personally, I wish Impale and Throw Spines changed animations... I may have to drop Impale for Barb Swipe myself on my SpIce scrapper... the lack of ST is murder.
  22. I mained a Kat/Regen on Legacy. I've yet to touch */Regen Scrappers on HC. Have an Ice/Regen Stalker at 47 that works well, plans for a Psi/Regen Brute... But fail to see the point of it on a Scrapper. This makes me sad.
  23. You placed a Proc in a toggle with only 1 chance to proc every 10 seconds as a result, and got disappointing results? Shock.
