  1. So I used it on the Boss guarding Fusionette the other day. She didn't release initially. However, after the Lost boss was cured, the citizen he turned into started running for the exit. Once he exited the building, Fusionette released.
  2. YES. I go to Echo Plaza and just dream.
  3. I'd also recommend Electric / Electric. My build is a bit different than the one Zerethon posted. I think the main thing I would suggest that's different is I would proc the heck outta everything, but especially Tesla Cage: Tesla Cage: Unbreakable Constraint (Chance for Smashing Damage), Apocalypse (Damage), Gladiator's Javelin (Chance for Toxic Damage), Neurotic Shutdown (Chance for Psionic Damage), Gladiator's Net (Chance for Lethal Damage), Ghost Widow's Embrace (Chance for Psionic Damage)
  4. Never have I ever not immediately flown through the donut hole the second after I zone into Faultline.
  5. I logged on immediately after the server reboot last Tuesday and headed to Brickstown. Only 12 prisoners had spawned (no prisoner bosses were present). This is a different problem than the other issues that I used to encounter with this event that others described above (a Freakshow flyer is hard to locate). I'm sad this event isn't working because it's kind of a right of passage for my toons. I like to see how soon I can solo this event.
  6. I like the Assault on Striga Mission from Provost Marchand. Tell the NPCs to stay put, set it to +4 X 8 and then aggro a War Walker and a few transformation capsules before the ambush starts. Loads of fun (assuming you waited til 50 to start Marchand) I also like seeing how long I can survive the Nemesis waves during the Investigate Harvan's Lab mission during the final Pandora's Box signature arc. Obviously the Stone tank was fine. The Triple E Sentinel was much more hectic.
  7. Congratulations on the accomplishment! I have several long-term projects: There's the 1 lvl 50 of each Tank Primary: There's the 1 lvl 50 of each AT that has a Radiation Powerset choice (the character/costume remain the same... each time he hits level 50 he finds himself immediately reset to lvl 1 with rad powers manifesting differently, and different starting zone depending on choices made in prior run) Then, my personal favorite, 1 lvl 50 of each AT, but NEMESIS
  8. Knockout Blow. The wind up animation and the resulting knock up never gets old for me. Dual blades spinning attack (I think Typhoon's Edge?) is a close second. I think it's awesome looking with the right blades.
  9. My PUG tonight didn't hurt, mainly because nothing hit me the entire TF.
  10. When you are comparing costume colors to a Google Image search of bacon it's time to log off.
  11. Whenever I see a dumpster in a mission map I can't resist.
  12. I would recommend you get some more cash money so you can get some IO enhancement sets. If you don't want to play the market game, I would convert all your reward merits to enhancement converters and then list those for somewhere btw 70-75K. You can also pick up 120 merits for every Hami raid you join so I'd join a few of those. The Dark Astoria story arcs are fun. I'd run those. If you haven't run Market Crash, do that and you'll get a purple recipe. Pick up the 4 passive accolades if you haven't yet.
  13. What about that poor guy who took multiple dives in PvP one on ones?
  14. Wonderful Tanker Tuesday Penny Yin Run on Everlasting tonight. Did not have a single repeat primary or secondary by complete chance! We had: 1. Electric Armor / Super Strength 2. Stone Armor / Fiery Melee 3. Bio Armor / Spines 4. Radiation Armor / Radiation Melee 5. Super Reflexes / Martial Arts 6. Dark Armor / Dual Blades 7. Shield Defense / Psionic Melee 8. Willpower / War Mace
  15. They do pretty good although sometimes I have to give gentle reminders on discord: "Please don't click the glowies while the rest of your team is getting slaughtered" "Why are you just standing there?" "Please turn off Group Fly"
  16. Yea that was my bad. It was later than I thought so I hit go and then 30 seconds later I had a tell from the 8th sentinel.
  17. Spoiler Alert! It does not end well... FOR CLAMOR
  18. And just realized I never posted Team Domination from last go around. Had a fair amount of deaths on this one, mainly due to having two baby dominators (played by a nine year old and a seven year old)
  19. It's happening again! Ended up running with 7 wonderful sentinels tonight. Rolled it pretty well. Would have been well under 30 minutes without a weird occurrence on the first mission (last hostie wouldn't pop free... I think a freakshow spawned in one of the jail cells or something). I think we had three deaths, with one occurring after a team split,
  20. ((New Toon named Infinity Explorer who will only be doing street sweeping to check out the new exploration tips)) 0.0 I realized, the moment the world went black, that I would not be destroyed as I had feared. Instead, I found myself falling into an infinite starry expanse in which I had only fleeting moments of coherence. I have tried to speculate how long I was trapped within this void, but I must admit, however— such conjecture is futile. Still, the question of how I found myself back in Atlas Park in front of Ms. Liberty is unsettling to me. To allay my apprehensions I have decided to seek out the truth, to explore this land. Am I home or am I still falling into the infinite, a lunatic on the fringe? When I queried Ms. Liberty she seemed to have no memory of the event, and in fact recommended I speak to Penelope Yin. I fear I cannot trust anyone but myself. 5.3 I finally have regained enough strength to leave the confines of Atlas Park. I couldn't help but feel something sinister behind the smiling facades there. How can no one remember that the world ended? And who is this Twinshot character who forced her way into my comm channel? Why has she been watching me and talking about me? I must find somewhere more remote. At the front door of Eastgate, I dare not take even once last backward glance. 6.0 After a few discussion with the locals I have located some possible information. Evidently, there are hidden messages in the graffiti that may hold the key to understanding my dilemma. The journey ahead looks daunting.

  21. I was pretty amazed I got Power Hitter on Everlasting.
  22. My AR/Dev blaster plays like a ranged stalker. I had a lot of fun on the webs in Grandville. Although sometimes it doesn't end well!
  23. Here's how I would fantasy book the Warriors. The Odysseus of myth was known for being a very charismatic speaker and very sly. With the Warrior's focus on enhancing human capabilities to the utmost, I can see him building a money making empire based on promising gullible people that he will help them achieve their utmost potential. I'm envisioning he'd come up with a program focused on a fad workout regime, dietary supplements, and a straight edge lifestyle. His organization (cult/pyramid scheme) would have multiple levels (think the different color belts in martial arts or like the different Scientology levels), and the abilities of his followers would get stronger as they moved up in the organization. He'd naturally (see what I did there?) become the owner of Future Dynamics (the Natural Store) and would be seeking to drive the other stores out of business. He would be a little bit like Countess Crey... you know he's up to no good, but he's always one step ahead of the law. Instead of recruiting famous actors, he'd recruit famous supes (of natural origin).
  24. Glad I wasn't the only one perplexed by this! When my old SG buddies and I found out about homecoming we were going around trio'ing the task forces and had no idea what we were doing on Market Crash (i.e., take out the force field generators dummies!). The Crimson Prototype whittled my max hp down to 1 and then seemingly one-shotted my Granite tank. I had to open up the combat attributes to figure out what was happening.
