  1. I slot Siphon Life with 3 Crushing Impact and 3 Theft of Essence (including the +end proc). That gives me a 300 hp heal and 274 dmg every 5 seconds. Adjust to 4 and 2 if you want more damage or more healing. Highly recommend including Touch of Fear. Slot it with 1 acc IO and 4 dmg procs and it becomes a really good AoE attack.

  3. Interesting. I know on Touch of Fear, fear and -tohit procs only go off on the main target - if you want to hit the AoE targets, you need to use melee AoE or taunt procs.
  4. This is true for the Trick Arrow version, but not the Tactical Arrow version. EMP Arrow holds all targets, with electronic targets getting 1 mag extra. ESD Arrow stuns all targets and only holds electronic targets. Hold set damage procs would only deal damage to electronic targets. You could slot stun or endmod set damage procs if there were such a thing.
  5. Not to my knowledge. Corruptor and defender Sleet currently have the same values (although they shouldn't). Defenders get better values for most other Cold powers.
  6. The flag is "Electronic". It's a pretty long list that includes not only robots and machines, but also Freaks. No damage to anything else. Not sure why the damage can't be enhanced. The power is modeled after EM Pulse and EMP Arrow, neither of which take damage enhancements either. I browsed through the dominator secondaries on CoD and some powers with mezz do provide for domination (Total Focus, Seismic Smash, Thunder Strike, Psychic Shockwave) while others don't (Devasting Blow, Midnight Grasp). In the epics, World of Confusion does while Energy Transfer doesn't. I think it's work flagging as a bug.

  10. Some control sets have -kb in their immobilizes and some don't. Gravity hasn't since launch and don't see why that should change. I don't recall the devs ever saying otherwise. Gravity's holds do have -kb.
  11. Director 11 has a "run away" power. It also includes -30 mag immobilization protection, which is why he ignores immobilizes.   13. Powers have an attack type (positional and/or typed) for checking defense as part of the HitChance calculation, and then a damage type which checks resistance after HitChance has been determined. I don't see how positional resistance could be implemented.
  14. They did this with Gravity/Dimension Shift (Location AoE intangible), but they also made it possible to enter the phased area and fight the phased foes. Not sure how to do this with a ST intangible, but making it a toggle would definitely be an improvement.
  15. I'm confused. I see the redirect to the 13.6 second mag 4 taunt (which is named Fury), but I also see a 2.25 second mag 3 taunt (which the brute also has). Most scrappers with taunt auras (Bio, Invul, Rad, Shield) have 13.6 second mag 3 taunt. Is it possible that the mag 4 taunt doesn't work for scrappers?
  16. I find jumping backward using Ninja Run works really well for this.
  17. The requirements for "Master of" vary by TF/trial. For some, it just requires no deaths with temp powers and incarnates disabled. For others (like the Incarnate Trials), there are particular tasks you must complete to get certain badges. Some of these are mutually exclusive and require several runs to get all the badges, while others can be achieved in a single run.

  20. What??? Gravity has the highest ST damage of any control set. In contrast to most sets, I believe it's actually higher damage on a controller than a dominator. Also, all the animations have been greatly reduced over the years. I remember when Propel had a 3.5 second animation.
  21. If you're wanting to 6-slot your lvl 49 power, you can do this if you respec. 6-slot all your powers? Hard no.
  22. Best sources for +hp are the Freedom Phalanx Reserve, Portal Jockey and Task Force Commander accolades (Born in Battle, High Pain Threshold and Invader if you're a villain).   23. Force of Nature (Force Mastery) and Surge of Power (Electrical Mastery) have an endurance crash, but no health crash.
  24. Blaze and Inferno. I would put the proc in Blaze.
  25. On corruptors I split the Superior Scouring Blast set to have 3 pieces each in two powers for 2x the 10% recharge bonus (plus another 10% from Superior Malice of the Corruptor).
