    Nope, mag 0.67 knockback (any knockback mag less than 1 is knockdown). Are you using it on clockwork (weak to knockback) or foes below your level?

    Elec/stone

    I've got the combo on a brute and find it pretty unkillable. It's very easy to hit resist cap for S/L/E and you can probably get close on F/C/Psi. Beware of the toxic damage hole and the lack of KB protection once you leave the ground. Stone is definitely lacking in AoE damage - Tremor comes late and its animation is loooooong. I'd really like to see Fault replaced with Fissure (damaging version that doms and trollers get).

  4. Did some more digging and apparently it's a bluetooth issue. Unless you select a microphone other than the bluetooth headset microphone (i.e., a separate wired microphone), or output the game audio to the 8 bit mono communications channel, you can't listen to both Discord and the game through the bluetooth headset at the same time.   5. I have bluetooth headphones (Samsung Level U Pro) that I would like to use with CoH while talking to teammates on Discord. They work fine with the game alone, however, when I connect to Discord, the audio from the game is cut off. I have tried changing the Windows audio settings to specify the headphones as the output device for CoH (instead of Default), but it doesn't fix the problem. I end up having the game play through my speakers while Discord plays through the headphones. I have no problem when using wired headphones/microphone. Not sure if this is a Discord issue, a CoH issue or a bluetooth issue.

    Radiation Melee

    I've got a Rad/Rad scrapper that's very strong. My biggest complaint is the narrow, short cone and low damage on Proton Sweep. I feel like that power needs to be fixed to provide the set with another AoE attack to supplement Atom Smasher and Irradiated Ground. I've got Ground Zero from /Rad. Shield Charge would also help. Also, the animation on Devastating Blow is soooo long (and not interesting at all).

  12. I understand what it's doing, but I'm not sure it makes sense. Combat Jumping and Ninja Run previously stacked with Sprint and Hurdle but couldn't be run together. Now they can be run together, but nothing stacks (including Sprint and Hurdle, which stacked before). Per CoD, travel powers now have a "highest value suppresses others" flag.
  13. Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended. While I can now run Combat Jumping at the same time as Super Jump or Ninja Run, the effects don't stack. Looking at the Movement tab of Combat Attributes with Combat Jumping on, toggling on Super Jump or Ninja Run causes Combat Jumping to disappear from the list of powers/set bonuses contributing to Jump Speed and Jump Height. I expected the additional jump height to be additive. Am I just retaining the defense and immobilize protection?
  14. For non-melee ATs, I'm generally happy with defense somewhere in the 20s or 30s and moderate resists, particularly if they've got powers with -tohit. On teams, I find it's a non-issue, even with TFs or incarnate content, as there are usually plenty of buffs around. I don't solo much, and when I do I'm perfectly content to play at +1/x3 or +2/x4 (or whatever the equivalent is after level shift). The only time I really notice it is soloing on my blasters.
  15. The version Blasters get has a range and recharge debuff and a chance of lethal DoT.
  16. I believe this is working as intended. Corruptors and controllers both get storm as a secondary, while defenders get it as a primary. Powers in a primary are always more powerful than in a secondary.
  17. Dark Miasma is a really good set. The one power to avoid is Black Hole. Slot Fearsome Stare for -tohit, not fear. It has the same debuff as Darkest Night and they stack. Tar Patch is a huge -res that you want to use every time it's up. There are a lot of strategies for slotting Dark Servant, but I go for a mix of -tohit and heal. For Dark Blast, you should be aware that the powers aren't the same as blasters get. Avoid Dark Pit. Torrent is skippable unless you really like knockback. Not sure you need Life Drain since you already have Twilight Grasp.
  18. As much as I like snipes, I disagree that every blast set needs one. I vote no on changing Bitter Freeze Ray to a snipe, although the animation time should be tweaked. Also no on changing Dehydrate to a snipe. I like heals in blast sets. Sonic does needs help, but I'm not sure a snipe is what it needs. I would give it more AoE damage, not ST. I'm in favor of adding a snipe to Dual Pistols, but I would replace Piercing Rounds - a 5 degree cone that can hit 3 targets is just silly.
  19. Under options, you can hide auto powers and/or toggle powers in the group window. This greatly reduces the number of icons displayed.
  20. The tohit debuff and fear are single target. Cloud Senses and Glimpse of the Abyss will only work on the primary target, not the AoE targets.
  21. On a tank, I find that the damage from the procs is superior to slotting the power for damage. The recharge is short enough that you can spam the hell out of it. If a foe gets feared and debuffed, that's just a bonus. Also serves as an AoE taunt, but scrappers don't get that.
  22. I'm leveling a DA/DM tank and have Touch of Fear slotted with 1 acc IO and 3 procs. It works really well and I may add more if I can spare the slots. The thing to remember is not to use fear set or tohit debuff set procs - those effects are single target and only have a chance to hit the targeted foe. Melee AoE set procs can hit any foe in the damage AoE.
  23. Not sure if this is doable in CoH, but in other games there's a button/pulldown on the zone map for "change instance". This would allow folks to change from RWZ1 to RWZ2 instantly.
  24. Your MA slotting is fine, but you've made some odd choices with WP, particularly how late you're taking the powers. You're going for a lot of +regen set bonuses and uniques, but they're really not needed with WP. I would target resistance and defense bonuses. High Pain Tolerance doesn't need to be 6-slotted. I slot with 2 heal IOs plus the Steadfast Protection and Gladiator's Armor 3% defense uniques (which you've skipped). Instead of Titanium Coating, I would slot Mind Over Body with Unbreakable Guard. If you don't 6-slot, don't skip the 7.5% +hp unique. Fast Healing doesn't need more than 2 heal IOs Indomitable Will is your mezz protection. Take at lvl 10. Why are you deferring to 35? Rise to the Challenge is probably the most important power in WP, yet you've deferred it to 38. Move this up to 16. I recommend 6-slotting with Preventative Medicine instead of Numina's. Take Quick Recovery at 20, not 41. Take Heightened Senses at 28, not 44. Don't skip Strength of Will. It's one of the best T9s and doesn't need more than 1-2 slots. Superior Conditioning and Physical Perfection are unneeded with WP. I would take a different epic pool, probably something with AoE damage (which MA lacks). Combat Jumping is fine as a mule, but I wouldn't bother slotting it for defense. Assault isn't worth it on a Brute. You won't notice 10.5% +dmg. Unless you're going to slot the Gaussian's BU proc, I would skip Tactics. If you drop Tactics, I would slot it in Focus Chi. You've got LOTG slotted all over the place, but none of them are the +7.5% global recharge.
  25. It's a mag 3 immobilize, so it will only affect minions and lieutenants with a single application (although it will slow bosses). The other thing to keep in mind is that Time Wall applies the "Delayed" effect, which makes your other Time powers do bonus damage or add additional mag.
