  1. I largely agree, except for the DA content. It was intended as incarnate content, but it fails. If you're +3, max level DA content will only be +1 to you. You should be able to fight mobs +2 or +3 to you, the same way you can anywhere else in the game. Telling me to remove my T3 or T4 slots is not a solution.
  2. I know you're giving a tongue in cheek response, but I'd like to see something done to MLTF. Before the snap, it used to be hard. Now it seems like any random team can do it under 30 minutes. Maybe part of the problem is speed runs at +0 (do the AVs still always spawn at 54 or do they adjust based on notoriety?), but even at +4 it seems a lot easier than it used to be.
  3. The lore and destiny level shifts aren’t needed in DA. Reduce to +1.
  4. I recently joined a team running DA missions on a 50+3. Mission was to +3 x8 (mission holder was not level shifted), so mobs were even con to me. It was a joke. No challenge whatsoever and increasing it to +4 would not have helped. If the DA missions are going to grant a +3 shift, the mobs either need to go higher than 54, or the minions need to go away so you can fight only lieutenants and bosses.
  5. The way I have it slotted, it's a 237 hp (20%) heal that's up every 4 seconds and does 239 hp damage. Similar to Abyssal Gaze, it just gets worked into the attack chain.
  6. This is my current build. The order of the powers reflects how I leveled it and needs a respec to move the snipe earlier. I made no attempt to soft cap defense.
  7. I've got a Dark/TA and an Ice/Time, so I'm parsing the relevant pieces of each build. If you fire Time Wall before Time Stop, you get a mag 4 hold. For this reason, you may want an acc IO instead of a proc in Time Wall. I originally slotted Tenebrous Tentacles for damage but I changed it to 1 acc, 1 range and 4 procs (I may swap the range for a 5th proc). I slotted Life Drain with 4 Theft of Essence and 2 Devastation, giving me both healing and damage. Why no Superior Blaster's Wrath? I would put that in Abyssal Gaze instead of Thunderstrike. I've got Time Shift, but I'm not in love with it. I slotted it for stun rather than -tohit, but it's very skippable.
  8. Bruising was removed with the January tank changes.
  9. From the main page of Paragon Wiki: If you're looking for information about content on Homecoming, or any other independent servers, you won't find it in Paragon Wiki. Our current policy is to keep Paragon Wiki as a historical reference to the official game as it was at shutdown.

    Any fun SR tricks?

    Yup
  11. In Mid's, go to Window/Data View. This will open the Power Data window. Then point to whatever power you want information on. Beta Decay is autohit (look at the Auto-Hit entry). As stated, Radiation Therapy has 3.00x base accuracy. Ground Zero has 1.20x base accuracy. The ally heal is autohit.

    Tanky Blaster?

I just leveled a Dark/TA blaster and was pleasantly surprised by how survivable it is. Dark has a heal and TA has a stupid amount of regen in its sustain power. Unless an entire spawn attacks me at once, there's not much I can't heal back.
  13. I have ten 50s. Three have Hasten. The others are quite viable.

    Any fun SR tricks?

I was tanking a steamroll ITF yesterday on my 50+ SR tank (set to +2 as most of the team was under 50). Was midway through the 2nd mission before I noticed Tough and Weave weren't toggled on. That's how awesome SR is.
  15. Not that I've ever noticed.
  16. Honestly, I don't remember. I thought it was an event but it might have been a mission.
  17. This thread is long, so I apologize if these have already been mentioned. Minimal fx for Rock Armor Ability to turn off the fog horn sfx for Arctic Air and whatever the sfx for Shadow Fall is supposed to be. For whatever reason, the sfx for Steamy Mist don't bother me.
  18. Wasn't there a Nemesis event back on live that had mole machines spawning in Brickstown?

    Any fun SR tricks?

I use similar slotting on Life Drain on my Dark blaster. I use 4x Theft of Essense (heal, heal/rech, acc/heal, acc/end/heal) with 2x Devastation (acc/dmg, dmg/rech). I get a 237 hp (19.7% heal) up every 4 seconds along with 191 dmg (53% enh). I lose the 3% dmg buff but get another 12% regen (22% total).

    Any fun SR tricks?

FWIW, here's my SR/Staff build (existing, not ultimate). http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1645&c=731&a=1462&f=HEX&dc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
  21. At that level you don't have any -res, nor do you have Singy to help with your damage. Presumably you're not fully slotted for damage yet either. Are you using Time Crawl and Time Stop for the -regen? You could try getting some Envenomed Daggers for more -regen or get a Shivan in Bloody Bay. Other than that, bring a team.
  22. Put a KB>KD (or Overwhelming Force) in Crane Kick. I ran a build without Eagles Claw for a while. It's probably better from a DPS standpoint, but I just found it boring. Eagles Claw adds some flash. I can still run a an attack chain of Storm, Cobra, Crane and CAK with no gaps, but it's fun to throw in some color with Eagle's Claw.
  23. Yes Ground Zero is not skippable. It's a 2.0 damage scale PBAoE with a 15 foot radius that can hit 30 targets. It does more damage than Atom Smasher, although half of it is a DoT. Proton Sweep is probably the most skippable power, but you don't pick up any other AoE until level 26. It's standard 1.0 (75%) accuracy. Keep in mind that you'll also be running Beta Decay, which is autohit and has a defense debuff. Slot Radiation Therapy for healing, not damage procs. You want Beta Decay well before lvl 47 - it's you taunt aura, it provides a recharge buff and it debuffs foe defense and tohit. You don't need 3 slots in Stamina. Between Radiation Therapy and Gamma Boost, you'll have no endurance issues.
  24. I rolled a Cold/Beam defender a couple of weeks ago and it can stack some -regen and -res: Benumb provides -500% regen, Disintegration provides -150% regen and if you hit a foe that is suffering from disintegration with Single Shot, it provides -75% regen. Sleet provides -30% res, Heat Loss provides -30% res and Piercing Beam provides -20% res.
  25. Similar to the issue with Tar Patch that was fixed in Page 5, the defender, corruptor, controller (and MM?) versions of Sleet all have the same 30% -res and 30% -def values and the defender, corruptor, controller and MM versions of Freezing Rain all have the same 30% -def values. The defender version of Freezing Rain has 35% -res, which while higher than the 30% -res on the corruptor, controller and MM versions, doesn't follow the normal 1.0 : 0.75 relationship. The defender versions of Sleet should presumably have the same -res value that Freezing Rain has.
