  1. Dr. Q's are a long slog. Unlike Legacy, rare Enh recipes are not that hard to come by anymore., not even the PvP ones. Sounds like someone was being kind, take it for what it is. A for making a female character "with big ol' bobbies, like ya do", I typically figure it's a G.I.R.L, I'm sure others do as well.
  2. Back when my friends and I leaved near each other and could gather every week, we'd routinely play some fashion of a d20 game. On the days we didn't we'd play one of the many games in my best friend's library of board games. I can't even name all of the games he owned but the ones I enjoyed the most were: Settlers of Catan with all the expansions. We never did any "map" we would put the leaf in his dining table, lay out all the hexes face down and only flip tiles as they were explored. Betrayal at House on the Hill, so random we had games that the betrayal might happen in 15 minutes of play or over an hour. Carcassonne with all the expansions Ticket to Ride: Europe Colosseum For card games we played a lot of Munchkin and Gloom. One card game that I've played since I was a kid that can be played with 2-6 players, so really easy for a small group is Mille Bornes, a race to reach 700/1000 kilometers while slowing others with hazards like stops lights, speed limits, wrecks, flats and out-of-gas cards.
  3. These were the type of answers I was expecting to see. Though I doubt "playing while nekid" is really that unusual.
  4. I am also eagerly awaiting the release of Minecraft 1.18 Mountains and Caves update. Where a cave or crevasse entrance went from this: To this: Much more dynamic with some truly epic caves and underwater lakes.
  5. This is my main, Thearzah (highest of my 2 available characters... -.- ).
  6. I did it to see whether any of the nuisances of other MMOs have been fixed. No, there's gear repair costs, gold sellers, A prominent official cash shop, low character limit, gear-related appearance so everybody knows you're a noob, gear scores, and an early Elder Scrolls type progression system where you can jump higher by jumping often to boost your jumping stat. I suspect I will tire quickly. And crafting, a metric crap-tonne of crafting. requiring you to harvest, mine, chop, fish, pillage boxes scattered around, so that you can cook, weaponsmith, armoursmith, tanning, loom cloth, make potions, just to name a few...* The whole 'faction' thing is a mess more often than not leading to one faction controlling the majority of the zones on the server. And in reality, it's not the factions but coalitions (guilds) controlling the cities. At least the PvP is a toggle so you can 'pretty minecraft' in peace. *An apparently on the test server that just went up, they increased the crafting XP x4 to get to skill level 200.
  7. The relevant portion OpenSea's ToS Section 9 states: The same section also provides details on how to report these assets.
  8. And sometimes it takes someone pointing out that someone else is being a posterior head-adornment, to realize that they are being a posterior head-adornment. People tend to forget to read a post in a neutral voice and their own emotions will colour what they read then post. It's always a good idea to re-read a post and your own response before hitting that 'Submit' button.
  9. In Echo Plaza, if you fly beneath the main island, there is a hole leading up to under the Plaza terrain.
  10. CAPTION THIS SCREENSHOT "Well, what about 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'? We both kinda liked it."
  11. 750-ish points of damage you say...?
  12. Kudos to the HC team of volunteers for not only resurrecting and keeping afloat CoH, but in actually improving on the Legacy game. Regarding the various successor games that tried to build their own brand, it was a nice idea but unless you've worked in the industry it's pretty easy to underestimate what an undertaking it is to build an MMO from the ground up.
  13. The Moody Blues - Never Comes the Day
  14. Since I have this stuck in my head (for no apparent reason), I decided to share. Roger Miller - Chug A Lug
  15. All of them, with clones of the same character. Then with the inside information, pit the groups against each other, weeding out the weak.
  16. John Driskell Hopkins w/ Levi Lowrey - "The Devil Lives In A Mason Jar"
  17. Pretty much, though I found that it offers some that with the swap of a letter or two you end up with decent fantasy names.
  18. You may have better luck up in the Corruptor section. https://forums.homecomingservers.com/forum/18-corruptor/
  19. Yeah, the forums lock groups behind a membership feature, so you cannot access the threads or features within without joining them first.
  20. Quite a bit has changed with regards to bases and building within them. You'll want to check out this thread down in the Base Construction forum.
  21. I'd take the squashed blueberry over the bus driver cap any day.
  22. These were the primary reason I started modifying SFX, that and the MM Bots tromping around. Now I hear infant giggles and rubber duckies.
  23. I did come across this thread that may or may not help with the various VFX for powers. @therealtitanman also provides some pretty cool texture packs that are far cleaner/less fuzzy than the stock VFX.
