  1. So, there I was, going after badges, where one of those badges was "Hang out in Recluse's Victory for an hour"! Then I end for the day and went to Atlas Park to hang out! OMG! We need a badge for being in Atlas Park for lots of hours! Maybe even...24 hours! 😮 Suggested Badge Name: Ms Liberty's BFF
  2. Passive Power that grants smaller +DMG/+To-Hit, but a bigger amount when in Storm Cell.
  3. On live I mained a DB/WP Scrapper. Could solo +0/+1 (didn't try for +2) AVs and solo the ITF. No incarnates. No inspirations. No temp powers. Had no deaths except on first run of Silver Mantis, but I let her heal back up before going again. That includes no deaths on all the ITF. WP isn't fancy. It can be a bit boring, but really no more than SR. I blame the lack of a self heal(ish style) button. As for soloing 4/8...those who actually do it and not just ask for it, will tell you they can and do in fact, die on those. It's nice to try, it's never going to be "HAHA CAKE WALK!" well, except for maybe Council 😛
  4. I ran Shield/EM. Scrapper would come out a bit differently, and would depend on if you wanted to add in Moonbeam for best ST DPS.
  5. Softcapped defenses. The best ST DPS. Shield Charge to go with Whirling Hands. The combo is solid. I went with the Rebirth Destiny. Didn't feel I really needed the heal, but it's great to have imo.
  6. Get IOs, get the Accolades, your End usage will be taken care of.
  7. All the best Vampires come from Vampire: the Masquerade anyways *nod nod*
  8. You know, I wonder if people would put the 3% Crit chance in Brawl if they could 😛
  9. I vote for Fire/Ice as I just like the combo of Fire/Ice concept wise 🙂 Axe however is a fun set!
  10. Hey, Claws/Regen was my first 50 on live too, but that was back when it took lots of players a longer time to get to 50 and it was far from my first. My Justice-Girl was awesome! 🙂 It was like Wolverine and Captain America had a baby! 😛
  11. I would figure back on live, they may not have gotten to them yet. Something to save for future updates and all. I however, don't feel there would be a problem with them in other areas. The sets themselves tend to follow a pattern. I'm not 100% but I believe they're all the same in terms of set bonuses, with only the Range Damage and Pet sets having different bonuses and even then Range Damage has the 10% Recharge bonus the other purples would have. Would only be the Proc that may really be interesting for players.

  13. Made one that could do a 1:35 Pylon time, while someone else was able to get 1:30 Pylon time. It's lots of damage. Don't think there's much more you can do to stack -damage. As for survival, it survives fine enough 🙂
  14. Doesn't feel OP to me. However, I don't tend to have the -Resist pop up on enemies now, because for normal enemies, I'm not casting Opportunity. I just keep blasting away. 😛
  15. Naruto specifically or the anime itself? Earth/Martial for a nice Gaara homage 🙂 However, if you want to go Naruto...Illusion/Martial seems like the right choice.
  16. This is what I'm thinking. SR may be a one trick pony, but get that trick high enough with some IOs and you're good! Plus there's some easy healing to go along with it...Panacea and Power Transfer: Heal Proc, for when hits land. Took Rebirth (the heal) on my SR and I hardly use it. Softcapped SR is pretty decent in not getting hit over and over.

    Staff/Bio

Last I recall, may be a long cast time, but it's still a good DPA attack, compared to the others in the set. However, the +10% Resist All just helps with survival, so I don't know why one wouldn't take it.
  18. I'm curious as to why you put Focused Burst ahead of Quick Strike. Quick Strike with same damage slotting and 2 Damage procs as Body Blow looks to pull ahead in DPS, when compared with just the same Damage slotting and no procs. Focused Burst, with same Damage slotting and 2 procs (with one being the purple proc) is still under both QS and BB in terms of DPS. I'd love to hear how you can make FB better than the others, in that I love it's animation!
  19. I have a Nemesis! She goes by Silver Mantis 😛
  20. It's not that hard to understand...Very Rare and PvP Set Bonuses work all the time regardless of level of IO. You have to be in slottable level of the IO to get the bonus, best use is Attuned unless going for some slightly more min/maxed build and want to +5 those Max Level IOs.
  21. I have ran both. SR feels stronger in those debuff situations. Mind you, I like Ninjitsu, but I know when I ran ITF I felt SR to be the better set. But I don't believe I had max S/L Resist going on...maybe more like 60.
  22. True, but the lack of good DDR still hurts. Tho, now I'm wondering if I could get a Ninjitsu user to capped S/L Resist.
  23. Well, it would still have the added -Resist versus Damage proc, tho, wouldn't the -Regen be part of the healing aspect, so every now and again?
  24. Ninjitsu lacks enough DDR, that I feel SR pulls ahead, even with Ninjitsu having the heal. However, the +END Heal of Ninjitsu is nice.
  25. Bio would add -Regen, Damage Aura and +ToHit (and as mention -Resist) vs Stone adding Damage Aura and Damage Proc.
