  1. I just put in place holders. However, Dark Blast is repeated and Focused Accuracy and Targeting Drone are the same power with a different visual effect. Like the original post said, however, was I was trying to get access to Power Blast and/or Sniper Blast, so Scrapper would have an Epic Pool that gave an energy blast that wasn't electric aesthetics or from the eyes.
  2. Does the +50% to Crit Proc actually go off that often in damage toggle?
  3. What changes did they do to Dominator Total Focus, because looking at mids, it's same animation with a longer recharge.

  6. I loved it on a Tanker, when CoH was live. I'd actually love to have it on a Stalker, but the Stalker version lost Ice Patch, a great ability of the set imo.
  7. I never felt Whirling Hands needed fixing. However, I never thought Energy Melee was supposed to be some great AOE set and Whirling Hands was good enough 🙂 Now, only if they'd give me Whirling Hands instead of Stun on a Stalker. Still prefer my suggestion of Crushing Uppercut for Total Focus and Spinning Strike for Energy Transfer, but I'd just like some nice animation for the attacks, but I can see people preferring some straight forward ones instead. Still think TF and ET could use a reduction in recharge time as well. Energy Melee has THREE attacks that have 20 second recharges. 😞

Power Blast Sniper Blast Superior Conditioning Physical Perfection Focused Accuracy ...the suggestion is just to give Scrappers an Epic that gives them Power Blast/Sniper Blast (or just Power Blast). An energy blast range attack that doesn't look like lightning and doesn't come from the eyes. Seeing as how Darkness Mastery and Soul Mastery have overlap, I figure nothing wrong with this set possibly having overlap with others as well.
  9. Which is why I suggest just giving Total Focus and Energy Transfer animations from Street Justice, while slapping on the pom poms to the fist attacks. Faster attack speed, without being 1.188 second animating attacks.
  10. Oh. On that front, I just don't see it as activating any power to regenerate. That's just the meta. Could be the healing going into overdrive, adrenaline boosting the healing.
  11. I actually, feel Regeneration captures the Wolverine/Deadpool...characters that can regenerate more. Willpower can as well, but I just feel it more with Regeneration myself, which is why I want it to improve. I also feel adding the defense to Resilience keeps in line with them. Without going Spider-Man defense levels. This would allow people to build for more defense easier. I'd also still like to see Integration get a regeneration boost, at the very least allow us to actually enhance it.
  12. I'd argue Wolverine and possibly Deadpool, have a bit of S/L resist outside of just their Regen abilities, especially Wolverine. 😛
  13. I was doing that with a WP Scrapper. I'm not so sure it's the single AVs that's the issue, but the idea of being able to build up to 4/8 content.
  14. Yes, but adding Incarnate Powers to the other secondaries allows the same thing really.
  15. Love the pink pom poms. Miss the old Energy Melee. It never felt the same! I main WP/EM Tanker until they ruined Energy Melee. I didn't even mind the heightened animation time, I just didn't care for the animation. Been looking at making an EM/ Brute (Scrappers need EM!) just because I do love the pom pom animations 🙂 but some thoughts... If possible, give ET the Spinning Strike animation! Throw a kick in there, the feet don't need the pom poms! Doesn't even need the AOE, just a better (okay, it's opinion based) animation and faster! Total Focus...Crushing Uppercut. Maybe even lower both their recharges down to 15-18 seconds. Let us use them more! Though it could just be one of them. One of the things I loved about the set was it's ST focus. Got a PBAOE to feel like a bit of AOE was going on, and big hits! 🙂 Also the pom poms.
  16. That's why I suggest the Defense. Allows Regen to build for a popular defense. With no -To-Hit or Defense Debuff, it'd be more about taking the alpha. As for it working with the theme of Regen, the set already has a defense power. Though, I'm also of the thought MoG and Resilience should give Resist/Defense to all damage types and defenses (positional and typed). Allowing Integration to actually be enhanceable in the regen area could also help.
  17. I think we'd see more people take Ice Armor, if it had a no FX option. Ice Armor's FX hides the outfit and if they had a minimal FX option, it'd work with a lot more concepts. I know plenty of players who didn't want to touch Bio Armor (considered the best by many) until they learned it had a minimal FX option.

  19. Is that new, because I recall the damage aura in the armors not critting on live.
  20. Didn't need it to survive 4/8 content. Didn't need it to solo an ITF without Incarnate abilities. Nope, had enough survival that I didn't need to rely on a PBAOE knockdown with /WP.
  21. While it may not be a concern, I have to wonder, would that make it more powerful in PvP? Isn't that reason Regen got nerfed so much to begin with?
  22. Yes! As for what I'd like for Sentinels... Improve the tier 1 or 2, so they're both equal in use. Could be different in how they do it, but I always hate that I may have to use an inferior attack, if it has the better animation. 😞 For sure don't care for seeing the Passive tied to tier 1 or 2 choice.
  23. With that combo, I'd think it's better on Brutes, due to two damage toggles. Scrappers don't crit, at least with the Armor ones, can't recall with Quills.
  24. I like the defense option I suggested a bit more. But anything to help get the feeling of survival I can build for on many others. I felt my Fire Armor and building for Resists was more survivable.
  25. Been trying to get Regen to feel as strong as I feel a lot of the other sets can feel, and when building them, I'm saddened that... 1) Integration doesn't actually benefit from Heal IOs 2) Instant Heal doesn't benefit from Heal IOs 3) Moment of Glory doesn't also give Positional Defenses ...and what I got to thinking, was maybe what Regen needed, that I don't imagine would impact PvP at all, but help in working up the defenses in PvE, is an equal amount of defense as resistance in Resilience. Also, give the set the Psi Resist/Defense in the Resist/Defense powers.
