Sustainable ST? TW isn't exactly End Friendly (hence why it's popular to pair it with a defense set that offers +END and/or +REC). Those Pylon times mentioned, could be built for the best dps and not damage mitigation. They aren't using Defensive Sweep for sure. -

Yes, but it could also be popular because it's a set that gets one feeling super strength like. You're carrying around a huge sword! Go to the other Melee AT's with access to TW and it's not nearly as popular. 5th place on Brutes, and the general feeling for most players, is Brutes do more damage. On Tanker's it falls to 6th. And on all those top times, those are some pretty tricked out builds going around. That generally rely on t4 everything. -

Yes, but it's only popular with a few sets. TW/BIO .. a combo that gives more damage and has ways of helping end issues. That's at #2, with the next TW combo being #13 with TW/WP. Another combo that has ways to help End Issues and no redraw. Then it falls to #23 with TW/RAD another combo that has End helping aspects. However, using the #1 position as the reason to say it's the best doesn't work well, when the #1 Secondary is Regeneration, which no one goes about saying is the best Secondary. -
I love Dual Pistols as a set for animations. I just wish I could dish out more ST damage with it.

Whats Peeps thoughts on Regen with a Scrapper?

Been trying and trying to get a /Regen build I like that can do in PvE what my DB/WP and now StJ/NIN can do in PvE. Neither may be the fastest at farms, but both generally did okay at 4/8 setting and could solo AVs, without the use of incarnate abilities. -
For all these times, what is the best Interface? -HP? -Regen? Fire DMG/-Resist? Does -Regen do enough to really warrant taking it over a straight +DMG one with no -Resist secondary effect?

I'm going to have to disagree. The unmovable object is just a way to find out a number, which helps people go "Will I even have the damage to take on an AV solo?" 😛 Now, surviving one it does not.

The +50% Chance to crit one is better.

Mind running that again with a different T4. Like Preemptive, to see what the difference is between more proc damage and no -HP? Or have you already?

A Time Energy Armor Set. We have Time Manipulation. Take cues from that and make a melee armor set. Energy Melee on Scrappers. Ported animations as alternate animations for those which match up on animation times.

With the new proc changes, it would seem Dark Consumption can be turned into a long recharge, but high damage, almost no end (.52) PBAOE. That by the DPS numbers, could be substituted in for Smite for a more powerful attack with the same animation time.

Able to soft cap. Self heal. Has an End Mod ability that's basically a heal for your blue bar (I two slotted it with 2 +5 EndMod/RCH IOs and called it good). The Stealth stacks with the Strealth IO. I put a slot in Sprint instead of the Stealth power myself, so I could get the 2.25 S/L Resist bonus.

See, that's what I was getting the feeling with the Time/DP...and I believe it was the build on the second page, yes. Though, looking at your build, made me realize a Proc'ed out Empty Clips will out damage Dual Wield sans putting the Purple Proc in DW.

I've seen your build, and I'm curious, how it's handle going up against AVs? Have you tried soloing them? Do you know how much DPS you're putting out?

While it wouldn't have the radius of a NUKE, I'm curious, does this allow one to turn Dark Consumption into a cheap mini nuke? 4 Damage Procs. 1 -Resist Proc. .52 End Cost. 1.188 (Arcana Time) Activation. 180 Second Recharge. The radius is only 8 feet, so that seems like it doesn't take down the chances much.

Build wise, I can get Farsight Perma without Hasten. It's Chrono Shift that becomes the harder one. However, I asked the question, because according to Mids, Hasten is reducing the damage of the procs, but so is the Force Feedback: +Recharge Proc. So, I was just seeing if there was ways to make that less of an issue. I'm guessing not.

Looking over your build, I got to wondering. Is Hasten needed? If I read your PPM right. FF: +RCH in ES looks like it would proc often. Is it enough to make Chrono Shift Perma without Hasten? Also, Mids looks like it the FF: +RCH causes the procs to lessen, though I thought I read that it didn't. Is it just the slotted +RCH that effects Procs, or is it Hasten/Chrono Shift/FF Proc too?

I did go looking through those, but I believe it liked to rely on Incarnate powers.

As someone who recently made a DM/BIO Scrapper, I think this needs fixed too.
